The best thing about our stay was the hospitality shown to us by Travis (remotely) and Resa (on-site). We were worried about finding the house in the dark after our flight was changed and Resa was so kind as to meet us at the airport and guide us to the house! (Much less stressful as it was also our first time driving on the left hand side of the road!) They checked in on us daily offering help and suggestions (Resa even MADE us a candle when we asked if they had any!) The house was very roomy for 2 and we loved the decor. I love to cook and I was able to find everything I needed to do so. A few glass glasses, bowls, plates would’ve been nice but I understand…it’s a rental. There was tons of bug spray and suntan lotion in case. (definitely need both) Yes it’s an older house but the location is fantastic and most of the houses seemed to be 4-5 bedroom mansions that didn’t work for us. There is a separate locked off bedroom down below on other side of house that can also be rented if you need more beds (not a lot of natural light and facing the road). We enjoyed walking the beach, exploring the Island and will definitely be back!

We have visited Exumas several times. Usually in resort . We decided to try renting a home. This home , while may be dated in the outside. Has an amazing past. The interior has been redone. Has everything you need even tons of games. The hosts were fabulous and recommended restaurants and activities. We had in home couples massage that was amazing.. There are paddle Boards snorkeling equipment and kayaks for your use. There is nothing you need that they don’t offer. We will definitely be staying here again. The location is so close to the airport and Georgetown. 5 stars and above !

First, Travis and Resa are amazing. The communication is excellent with fast response. Help with car rental, directions and parking to amazing beaches and on a precious visit set up a boat tour! The house is great, location is close to everything we wanted and it’s PRIVATE!! Neighbors are not that close which made it super relaxing, oh and the private beach area….cannot complain! Already have another stay booked with more to come, for sure!

We just returned from our stay in Bahamas, and we are already planning our next return. The people are so nice, water is beautiful and Travis/Resa are outstanding host. I have rented VRBO's on several occasions and I have never had a host like them. They both made sure our stay was enjoyable and they even helped with our car rental, boat excursions, groceries, places to eat, etc. You will not be disappointed renting this home.

Paradise Point was the perfect location on the island. So convenient to everything. We loved the house - clean, comfortable and cute as it can be! And the VIEW - Absolutely amazing view from every room in the house! Travis and Resa went above and beyond in making sure our stay was exceptional with their communications, restaurant suggestions and things to see and do. Best rental ever! We left feeling like family!

Perfect house for us and would highly recommend. Very private - only saw two other people on the beach the whole week. Very good location as well to make trips for groceries or into Georgetown. The view of the beach and ocean out back was spectacular. There is also a nice little reef to the left that had a lot of fish to see. The host, Travis, was very helpful with everything from arranging rental car to recommendations for excursions. Some of the highlights were renting a boat from Minns, lunch at Santanas, snorkeling Fowl Cay, and feeding stingrays ar Chat n Chill. Would love to return to Paradise Point.

This home is full of Bahamian charm! Travis the owner went out of his way to make our stay the best it could be. Resa, the caretaker was a gem! The view from the home is unbelievable and the location mid-island is perfect for exploring.

Paradise Point is the perfect beachfront location; close to everything. The proximity to the airport, Georgetown, groceries, restaurants and beaches worked perfectly for our family! The home is stocked with literally everything you need for a wonderful vacation! Travis and Resa were extremely quick to respond to any questions we had and even set us up with a rental car before we arrived. The view is unbeatable and location on Tar Bay Beach was both beautiful and extremely private. We only saw a few people walk by in the mornings. We would definitely stay here again!

WOW! We were blown away with the beauty coming up the walkway with the most amazing view and the prettiest blue water we've ever seen. We really couldn't have asked for a better vacation at such a wonderful villa on our private piece of paradise. We loved everything about this vacation home. It has everything you need to relax, unwind and simply soak in everything you can imagine on an island. I can't say strongly enough how wonderful Resa and Travis were from booking the rental over a year ago throughout our entire 8-night stay. Travis helped us with a car rental and provided so my great recommendations. The communication was the best I've ever experienced renting any vacation home. I now see why this home is called "Paradise Point". It truly is Paradise in every aspect!!!! This was our first time in Exuma but certainly not our last!

We had such an amazing time! The property is incredible and our whole time there was wonderful. The hosts were great and great communication.

This place was so perfect for our vacation. The place is well stocked with anything you need. From kitchen supplies to towels, both bath and beach towels, to games and books for rainy days, everything we could’ve needed was there. The second level bedroom and bathroom was perfect for our kids to stay in and have their own space. And the views are absolutely AMAZING! Travis was the best host we have had through VRBO and any other travel app. He communicated throughout our entire stay checking in and recommending things for us to do. And Resa was so great. She grabbed some groceries for us and came by to check on us the day after we checked in. Cannot say enough about this home. As other have mentioned, it’s an older home, but it was perfect for us! Cannot wait to come back again!! Exuma is truly a special place!!

The owner and host, Travis and Theresa, are absolutely amazing. I’ve never stayed at any VRBO where the owner is so helpful in planning our visit and making sure we have everything we need prior to our visit. They go above and beyond and truly want to make your vacation a memorable one! The house itself is in a great location. It was very clean and had everything we needed. We had Theresa shop ahead of time for us and I highly recommend this perk! The beach and water are so beautiful. Our family loved snorkeling, paddle boarding, and kayaking. We would have been out there everyday if the weather had been better. Overall we couldn’t have asked for a better host and experience in Exuma, well maybe better weather, but we still had an amazing time!!

My wife and I recently had the pleasure of staying at Paradise Point for our honeymoon, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience. The beach was absolutely beautiful – beautiful blue water, soft white sand, and we only saw a handful of people walk by all week. It was the perfect spot for a romantic and relaxing getaway. The house itself was well-kept and had everything we needed for the trip. The kitchen was fully stocked with all the utensils and appliances we needed to cook our own meals, and there were plenty of towels and linens provided. Travis and Theresa, the hosts of Paradise Point, were in constant communication with us throughout our stay to make sure everything was perfect. They were both incredibly friendly and helpful, and they even gave us some great recommendations for local restaurants and activities. Overall, we would highly recommend Paradise Point to anyone looking for an amazing beach getaway. Travis and Theresa truly went above and beyond to ensure that our stay was perfect, and we can't thank them enough. Thanks for an unforgettable honeymoon! We already miss the island and the people!!

Family of 5 of our first vacation in years! Travis made the entire stay super streamline. Was in constant contact with us for recommendations for restaurants, activities, etc. resa was available to go to the grocery store before our ( we should have taken her up on this) and during our trip. The house was perfect. Steps to beach. Close to all activities. We had our 12 yr old twins stay in the down stairs unit. Very safe. No issues with that at all. Memories of a lifetime!

WOW!! and Amazing!! Two ways to describe this property and setting!! When I walked up the walk way and around to the back deck for the first time I was blown away by the view!! Travis has a real gem and piece of paradise for sure. This property is in a great location and in opinion the property is located on one of the prettiest beaches in Exuma. I can't say enough good things about the property and Travis and Resa!! We had anything we needed there at the house pretty much even great water toys. I would say just bring Swimsuits, Flip Flops, sunscreen, and bug spray and you're pretty much good to go. HAHA. I just really think we would have a hard time finding another place to rent that is so great. Oh and our teenage daughter went with us and stayed in the downstairs portion so she felt like she had her own privacy. So this property is great for families or couples that want their own individual sleeping and bathroom spaces. We will definitely be back and are already trying to figure out when we can return!!

What a wonderful week! Gorgeous weather and beaches. Home was very nice with all amenities. It was wonderful to hear the waves crashing on the beach, especially at night. Travis made us feel at home and offered assistance in many aspects of our trip, such as rental car, excursions and even groceries. Resa, housekeeper was awesome! A place we would love to come back to! Thanks for everything!

Travis was an excellent host. Was very helpful in organizing my vacation including car rental and cab rides. Very quick to answer any questions. House was very comfortable and well supplied.. View is spectacular. Theresa, the caretaker was likewise very helpful and had groceries I requested available when we arrived. Loved my time at Paradise Point and looking forward to returning again.

Travis was a very attentive and helpful host. He helped us with cars, excursions and recommendations on restaurant’s. We loved the private beach and the house was exactly what we needed. We would definitely stay here again!

As advertised, the property was older, weathered and a bit worn. But what a spot! Best beach on the island, and that's saying something. Private and pristine. The house was clean and offered everything you would need for a great stay. The hosts - Travis and Theresa - were exceptional. We've used VRBO multiple times and they were by far the best hosts we've ever experienced.

It was such a pleasure to stay at this property!! It’s centrally located on the island and nothing is more than a 30 minute drive from the house. It feels open and full of natural light. Also, there are black out shades in the bedroom and we got some good sleep. It’s RIGHT ON THE WATER and served as an excellent home base after a day of sight-seeing or beach going. You definitely need a kitchen on this island! There’s also a gas grill out in the patio overlooking the ocean. Travis is the consummate host. He helped us with a rental, helped us when we got a flat tire and it wasn’t even his rental car. He was able to make suggestions as to where to go, but wasn’t pushy. You can tell he legitimately cared whether we had a wonderful time on the island. Our trip would have been significantly less fun if he hadn’t helped out. We can’t wait to come back.

My husband and I had a fantastic time at Paradise Point! The views of the ocean were stunning and we loved the private beach and outdoor deck. The house was very clean and so much space for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and sleeping listening to the ocean was magical. Travis and Theresa are really great people and they were so helpful throughout our stay and very quick to respond to questions. Rental car was waiting for us at the airport and was so easy. The house is located perfectly so you can travel to either end of the island very easily. You won’t regret your stay here. We can’t wait to return to Paradise Point!

As first time visitors to Exuma, the constant interaction, help, and ease of communication from Travis was unbelievably helpful. Travis promptly answered all my questions, arranged rental car, arranged a private boat tour, and provided numerous documents for recommendations. Anytime I had any questions or needed directions to anywhere Travis sent a google map pin with pictures which we were incredibly grateful for. Travis also helped in ensuring one of our checked bags that didn't arrive with us eventually got delivered to the house. We've never stayed at a property with a more helpful host so many thanks to Travis and Resa for always being available. The location is perfect, the house was clean and had everything we needed. The porch and private beach were incredible as was the snorkeling in front of the house. Hooper's bay for swimming with the turtles is an easy 4 minute drive away. As first time visitors to the island we thought shopping for groceries on our own would be feasible. Travis offered to have Resa do the shopping for us before we arrived for a small fee. Don't be like us. It would be wise to take him up on this offer. If we could have stayed there longer we would have. In our opinion you will not find a more private, accessible, and relaxing spot with an owner who cares as much as Travis.

Travis provided a lot of details and useful info about the island before and during our stay and helped arrange the rest of our program on the Exumas incl. a car rental, taxi ride, sightseeing trips etc. The house was beautiful and well equiped and the location right on the beach is great!

Travis is the best owner!! And Theresa was very helpful with groceries and anything we needed while we were there. Travis was excellent communicating all the details for the property. It is a cute beach house right on the beach. The deck is amazing with steps leading right down to the beach. The landscape and scenery is picturesque. Will definitely come back. We loved the house and Exuma.

The property was just as described. An older beach house with an exceptional beach just steps away. We enjoyed long walks on the mostly deserted beach every day. Our favorite restaurants were Shirley’s and Santana’s by Tropic of Cancer Beach. We also enjoyed buying fresh lobster from a local fisherman in town and grilling it at the house. Also, Driftwood for breakfast was wonderful. Our host, Travis, communicated with us every step of the trip from booking through the end of our stay. He always responded very quickly when we had a question. The caretaker, Theresa, is also a gem. She too was very helpful during our stay.

Nothing short of spectacular. We immediately felt right at home here. The property is clean and fresh with all the conveniences of home but a huge bonus having your own private beach to swim , snorkel , paddle board and kayak. We took advantage of it all. We enjoyed coffee on the deck each morning watching gorgeous sunrises and went to sleep with the sound of the waves. Thoroughly relaxed at the end I of our stay and ready to book a return trip!

We just returned from a week at this wonderful property. Everything was perfect, if we needed something, it was there, the only thing we had to buy was the food we wanted. We arrived on Sunday, so I sent a grocery list the week prior and Resa had everything in the fridge waiting for us. She also stopped by to check on us and she is one of the happiest people we met on the island and wanted to make sure we got the most out of our stay. The house was clean, and the view was awesome. We walked the beach every day and snorkeled and kayaked without leaving home. We ate at Shirleys and Santanas. We cooked most of our dinners at the house and can't say enough good things about the butcher shop right down the street. Travis arranged our car rental and stayed in touch with us before, during and even after our stay, he's the most attentive host we have ever had. The house has a perfect location right in the middle of the island on a beautiful beach, so we were able to explore South one day and North on another. I would not hesitate to stay here again, we had a wonderful Exuma experience. You will not regret booking this property.

We were 100% satisfied with everything at Paradise point. Travis and Resa were great to work with. We have had some good VRBO hosts in the past but they are in a league of their own. The property was very clean and well stocked with anything you might need for your vacation and the views and beach right out front are 2nd to none. We would highly recommend Paradise point! This trip was a gift to each other for our 20th anniversary and it couldn't have been better. From the moment we opened the front door, we knew we had found the perfect place for our milestone celebration! Paradise Point reminds me of a tropical movie set from the 1950's. A quaint stone cottage hidden in the palm trees on a quiet stretch of beach. It's rustic, charming, and so relaxing. Inside, the living area faces a wall of windows for a full view of the ocean and great interior lighting. The open floor plan with vaulted ceilings means the beautiful view can be seen from every corner of the cottage. Everything was comfortable and clean with thoughtful touches throughout. The kitchen is well equiped along with a gas grill outside you choose to dine in. We bought fresh snapper & 2 huge lobster tails for $46.00. And I didn't even have to tip the chef!!! A brand new counter top ice machine gave us a constant supply of fresh ice for our cocktails and the dual Keurig/fresh grounds coffee maker happily greeted me every morning! The master bedroom was good sized with ample storage and a very comfortable bed I have a few MUST haves on vacation and PuP hit the mark on every one. 1. LOCATION (amazing). 2. CLEANLINESS (excellent in all areas) 3. COMFORTABLE BED (bed & pillows were great, along with nice bedding and super soft towels). 4. HOT & FRESH coffee (dual Keurig/fresh grounds coffee maker) and 5. ICY COCKTAILS (Brand new counter top ice maker never let me down! Kicked out ice all week long!). On a side note ,I fully expect to find a bug or two in the tropics. Not one single bug, anywhere. e for cooking meals or along with the gas grill on the deck make cooking he ceilings are vaulted which aulted ceilings are Nsexpansive windows facing the ocean and vaulted ceilings which make it light The exterior is a rustic stone cottage and the iI think we saw two people the entire week. Paradise Point From arrival to departure, this trip couldn't have been easier or more relaxed. The host has a strong knowledge of the island and takes pride in providing excellent pre-trip information. He has many resources in Exuma and can help you make connections for rental cars, boat tours, fishing trips or even a private chef. We felt very comfortable moving around the island and his suggestions were spot on.

We just got home from staying at Paradise Point for 8 nights. The location of the house is perfect and the beach is unbelievable!! The house is old but has so much character. I would love to know the history of it. We had everything we needed and Travis was an amazing host. He communicated very well with us and was very quick to respond with any questions we had. We had trouble with a dead battery in our car and Resa the caretaker was there in minutes to give us a jump. She is a jewel!! The rum punch she left us was a nice welcome! The only complaint we would have (and it’s a small one) is that the bed was pretty hard. The AC units in bedroom and living room cooled things right off!! Travis was really good about keeping us updated on weather reports about the hurricane that was in the area but thankfully it missed us. We will definitely be back and wouldn’t hesitate about renting property with him. The view from the deck was so beautiful and relaxing. We drank our coffee out there every morning. Thank you Travis and Resa for a wonderful vacation!! We feel we have gained some new friends!!
