Perfect!!! So much available in condo for you to use!! Location is perfect to pool and beach. Very clean. Beds were very comfortable!!! It’s the little things for me and the labels on light switches were IT. I hate going and figuring out what switch works what.

We had a wonderful spring break vacation. The condo was wonderful and many things were provided that we did not expect. In the master closet, there were beach chairs and a beach umbrella, along with many sand toys for little kids. The views and beach are wonderful. The owner is very quick to respond to any questions or concerns you have as well. The only complaint was that the main pool is not heated. It was hard to leave as we all wanted to stay longer!!

I really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo. Everything was how it was described. My only complaint is the bed in the master bedroom was too soft. Otherwise, everything was truly spectacular! The owner was so amazing and responsive about all of our questions. It was extremely clean, perfect location and peaceful which is what I was searching for. It provided me with comfort and beauty. This was truly a mental vacation and wonderful home away from home experience! I will return.

We come to PCB several times a year and this was the best all around experience with our 4 children. The condo is absolutely perfect! Jeff is so kind and responds very quickly to any communication. The property has everything you need and plenty for kids to do. We really enjoyed the nightly karaoke and music. If you go to Oceans, you must try the nachos! We hope to come here for many years!

We loved everything about our stay. Our whole baseball team was there and after hearing about other’s rooms, we were beyond grateful for this one! It was incredibly clean, spacious and the owner is AMAZING!

We stayed for a week with my family and parents and can not express enough the beautiful location, resort and the outstanding communication with Jeff. Jeff was extremely quick to reply when we had questions and was very clear with the checkin process. The condo’s view is spectacular overlooking the main pool and beach. One of the best experiences we have had on vacation. We will, without a doubt, be looking to rent this unit next time we are on vacation in that area. Thank you very much Jeff.

First time here, loved the property, condo and area. The condo was updated and I loved the decor. We had an amazing view of the beautiful beach. This is considered their off-season so we basically had the huge pool to ourselves and there was very little traffic. The condo is close to lots of great restaurants and shopping. Jeff, the owner, responded quickly and he was kind enough to let us check-in early. I would definitely return!

We have stayed at the Edgewater several times and absolutely loved this condo! Our first time staying in Tower I and loved the layout of the condo, the oversized balcony, and the views from this floor were spectacular and even from the master bedroom! The mattress was even more comfortable then the one we have at home! The owners are super nice and went above and beyond to make our stay wonderful! The bathrooms and shower were gorgeous and all the furnishings throughout the condo were perfect and seemed brand new! Also loved the decor throughout! Loved having the Roku tvs to watch our Netflix shows too! I really can't say enough good things about this condo. We'll definitely be back soon!

Amazing condo, with great floor to ceiling windows in living room and master bedroom on beach with awesome ocean view. Very nice guest room with two queen beds. Condo has two bathrooms. Unit has been updated and decorated beautifully. Owner is very responsive and communicates very well. Very nice resort. It is close to many great restaurants which we thoroughly enjoyed as well, along with a sunset dolphin cruise. We would give this condo more than 5 stars if it were possible. We will definitely be staying here again!

The view is amazing! Very nice condo with extras (blender, Keurig and coffee maker, board games, etc) and the bedrooms are big and roomy. Jeff, the owner was great to work with! We happened to be booked the week of a hurricane and he went above and beyond to help us before and during our entire stay. I would highly recommend this place and will be returning.

This property was in a great location. You can see the pool and it’s just a short walk to the pool or restaurant. They had music playing at the pool most nights that you could sit on the balcony and listen to.

Cannot brag enough about the condo itself and communication and experience with the owner. Well maintained, clean, and nicely decorated. I would stay here again and again. My family had the best vacation and made wonderful memories this year at Edgewater and Panama City Beach.

Great Stay in PCB
We had a great week-long stay at Jeff's condo. The condo was conveniently located above the main pool and within steps of the beach. It was clean and had plenty of space for our family of four. The master is very large and the second bedroom's two queen beds provided our boys with plenty of room. I highly recommend!

Great Vacation Condo!
This property is an amazing beachfront property at Edgewater. Working with Jeff (owner) was great and he made everything very easy for us (check-in, property details, check-out, etc.). This space comfortably fit our 6 guests and we will absolutely look to stay here again in the future.

The property was amazing just as described online. Jeff the owner was AMAZING !!!!!!!!! Anytime I needed to get ahold of him, I didn’t have any issues. He always responded to my texts immediately or if I messaged him on the app he always responded immediately! I will definitely be renting from him again real soon! He’s so great I wish he had other condos in the state of Florida because I would deal strictly with him. He was the best!!!!!!! Thank you so much jeff for everything!!!!!!
