I want to give this owner a good review but I just can't. He communicated well, but the trip just wasn't enjoyable. We were responsible for things as if we lived there and I don't go on vacation to take care of the property where I am. He had furniture stain removers come and clean a stain that was barely noticeable, he had the entire HVAC system changed out while we were there. In 90 degree weather. Pool cleaners, we had to set the trash out, wash the towels. There were 6 of us with only 4 wash cloths and 2 dishwasher pods. and two rolls of toilet paper. We had to not only buy simple things like wash cloths, toilet paper and what not but it just wasn't a comfortable enjoyable stay. The sliding doors to get to the pool are hard to open, and list goes on and on. Again he communicated well BUT I think all of what took place should have happened when he did not have a renter, I also believe if you know the size of the party staying there as well as the length of time somethings should just be a given like dish liquid, toilet paper and wash cloths.

Place was a perfect little get away, close enough to stores and food but secluded.

Nice home, lots of living space. Pool was great never made it to the beach, weather was too hot for the beach. Could have used some more coffee cups. Also, there could have been some extra paper towels, toilet paper, and trash bags. And there wasnt any dish detergent for hand washing. Just might want to add that to things to bring. Just comparing to other places i have stayed at. All in all great place.

house was very big inside. Windows and sliders everywhere to see the pool and woods view. Host was super fast to respond to all my questions and very accomodating to my needs when adding extra guests at almost last mjnite without extra charges! Would highly reccomend this home!

This is a great house with a nice pool in a quiet, friendly neighborhood monutes from several beautiful beaches. Owners were very responsive. It was a terrific stay!

Loves the house. It was a little far from the beach but not their fault. Nice neighborhood. Very quiet. Would highly recommend to anyone unless u want to be closer to the ocean

My family and I truly enjoyed our stay in this lovely home. The pool with view of palm trees and blue skies was the perfect spot for our family to unwind. The location is great for visiting area beaches. Our favorites are Daytona and Vilano Beaches each about 35 min away. The house was spacious, clean and the owner was quick to respond when we had questions. Don’t hesitate, this rental property is ideal!

The only thing I can truly say that was wrong was pictures do not do this home justice! It’s wide open space in the home. My parents, my spouse, our adult child and his family fit comfortable. Our son and his family that lives in the area has a wonderful time together! The pool is nice, the kitchen is wonderful to cook, sharing meals inside and out! We throughly enjoyed our time making memories in this beautiful home.
