My family had a wonderful stay in this condo! It was perfectly equiped for a family vacation. There was easy access to both the pools and beach. Parking was convenient with the 12th floor garage. It made loading and unloading a breeze. We loved the convenience. The real star of our stay was the stunning panoramic views of the ocean from our condo. The host was also wonderful to work with. She was responsive to all of our questions and needs during our stay! I would definitely recommend staying here.

This place is stunning! The view every morning was breathtaking. Booking , cost and clean up upon leaving made this trip so incredibly easy . Definitely will be back .

This is not your average vacation rental. This is an upscale experience you will not be disappointed in. The kitchen/living area is huge and surrounded by oceanfront views. The deck is expansive with enough room for oceanfront dining. Each bedroom has their own en-suite and their own magnificent view of the ocean. I can’t stress enough how nice this place is. If I were buying a condo, this would surely be at the top of the list. If you are looking for an adult getaway, this is your place. First class experience from parking on same level to unload/load, to the resort amenities, you will not be disappointed. Trust me, pay a few more dollars and go first class, you won’t regret it.

this property has the best sunsets and sunrises. it’s perfectly located. we would definitely stay again. only suggestion would be to add simple condiments like salt and pepper. the kitchen was perfectly stocked otherwise.

We love the Phoenix West II. This time around the outdoor pool was so cloudy and milky you couldn’t even see your legs in the water. The condo we stayed in was super nice and clean, the only problem was the sheets were dirty. There was a dried blood stain on one and loose hairs on another. Other than that our stay was amazing and we will definitely be back. Our host Julia was super amazing and very attentive to our concerns.

This property was clean and beautiful! We enjoyed our family vacation very much. Access to the beach and pools were wonderful. Only downside was the parking garage (you have to drive up to the 12th level to be next to the condo). Other than that, wonderful from beginning to end!

This was our 2nd year renting the same unit. It did not disappoint. If it wasn't already booked for our week next year, we would have booked a 3rd return trip!

Breathtaking views from every room! Very comfortable for our group of 10! Shopping carts were a life saver, parking was easy, even with construction and the condo was peaceful and quiet. Definiltely will return!

This room was just what our party of 11 needed. We loved that each room had a bathroom. The only complaints were dusty rooms, one of the bathroom tubs didn’t have a proper seal when trying to give kids a bath. Other than that, the property was beautiful and the views were just gorgeous!

This condo is very roomy!! There were 11 of us and we didn’t feel like we were sitting on top of each other. The kitchen oh my the kitchen was just wonderful and the views were spot on!!! We would stay here forever if we could!!

We fit 13 in this beautiful condo! It’s on the 12th floor, which meant we did not have to use the elevator to load and unload the vehicle; we could park close to the entrance. The views are stunning and the layout of the condo was perfect. We had one issue with the tub not draining properly, and once I notified management it was fixed right away. We all agreed we would want this exact location when we return. A beautiful bar in the kitchen and the large table accommodated all of us. The property itself has an amazing pool and location. Definitely worth the price.

The condo to as exactly as pictured. Being the end corner unit was really nice for our bunch! Great location to restaurants and shopping. The parking pass limit of two was frustrating as the condo sleeps 14 and we had three families with three cars. Not an ideal parking lot off site for third car.

Had a really great time. The property was just as advertised and absolutely beautiful.

Our only problem is they closed the pool for a sprinkle because it was lightning 9 miles away. Very frustrating.

This property was even better than described with plenty of space for our extended family. The furnishings were high-end but comfortable and inviting. We had a clogged bathroom sink and notified Julie. She sent someone right away. The unit was spotless and well-equipped. The beach and pools were nearby and so fun! Highly recommend! By the way, we used the red rental umbrellas and chairs. The attendants took great care of us!
