This host is 5 stars+++. From the point of even considering the rental, Krystal was incredibly responsive & helpful with all the questions I had. Once booked, she offered me travel tips for not only the location but specific ideas for kids- even a car seat question (talk about out of her scope lol) but she was super helpful & fun to talk to. The actual rental was beautiful & a perfect fit for my husband and 2 kids under the ages of 4. It was very clean and the in room laundry really helped us pack light. This host thought of every detail & is generous with what is offered, for example provided was shampoo, conditioner, body wash, TP, dish towel, plenty of bath & beach towels, a paper towel roll, q tips, hair dryer, beach chairs, I mean honestly you are set. We cooked most meals there, but simple things like pizza, eggs, nothing fancy but there was enough dishes/cooking items to make these types of meals and kid dishes! We were welcomed with a thoughtful card and gift which was above and beyond what we expected. The condo is updated, nice & compared to other listings I’d say one of the (if not the) nicest ones. Pool is perfect for kids, we spent a lot of time there & it was heated so even staying later we stayed warm. Food at the Palms is good, we like the pizza & blended coffee. Read the host book of recommendations for the easiest beaches get to & avoid long walks to the water with crabby kids, we read it 3 days in after trying beaches that required longer walks in hot sand!

Our flight arrived early in the morning everyone at the resort was very accommodating and had access to the pool right away. It was wonderful being on the first floor and close to everything. We had a wonderful girls trip weekend. Thank you.

Everything worked out well, the condo was spacious and we enjoyed the ground floor level and convenience of the coffee shop, bistro and pool courtyard area. I am probably more particular than most about clean, so some areas , (floor) needed some attention. Overall it was decorated beautifully and the owners provided us with what was needed in supplies to get us off to a great start.

Everything was excellent. Since I have mobility issues, one thing that would be on my wish list is higher stools and handicap bar in showers. It was a perfect place for me and my three adult daughters.

Our family of 5 had a great stay at this property! Very clean upon arrival and great communication with the hosts. The beds were super comfy and our boys loved the bunk beds with the tv! We had everything we needed for the beach, a short walk from the condo. Although we had some chilly weather, our boys enjoyed the heated pool, hot tub, games in the condo and playing tennis on the courts. We would definitely stay again!

We stayed here for the second time and had another great stay! Krystal is a great host; very responsive and the property is clean and has SO much to offer. Having little kids it was SO nice not having to pack a pack n play, sound machine, high chair, etc. Love the location is on the first floor / we didn’t have to mess with elevators. 10/10 recommend

We had a great time. The owner, Krystal, made sure we enjoyed everything down to the last towel! She thought of everything to put in this condo to help the guests. She was also incredibly helpful giving us restaurants to go to and places she would recommend. The condo fit my group of three well and everyone had tons of space. The pool was great and we had fun with other friends staying there. It was also nice to be on the first floor. Everything was so close and you didn’t have to worry about getting on elevators. It was a great week and we loved it. Thank you Krystal!!!

When entering the property my boy said how nice it was and thanked me the whole time ❤️ We visited for my sons WS baseball event and it was everything we expected and wanted. The owners were just so great and responsive. We will definitely be back !!!

Condo worked perfect for two adults and four teens. Having two baths was very helpful! Location is in a very busy area - very close to beaches but also a lot of traffic. Enjoyed the live music the resort offered in the evenings from our patio.

This condo was just what we had hoped for! Several new updates to the condo were done before our stay such as newly upholstered bar chairs, new kitchen lighting, cabinets refinished, and new kitchen appliances! The entire place was perfect for our family of 4. It had everything we needed and was clean! The location of the resort is great and close to all Destin has to offer. It was very convenient to be on the first floor and not have to wait on the elevator. They provided plenty of beach towels, beach equipment, and toys for the kids. My daughter loved the games that were there and we were able to have a family game night one evening. The room is close to the coffee shop and restaurant, both of which were very nice. Krystal was great to work with and checked in with us several times. I really appreciate the excellent communication and quick response time! We hope to stay here again if back in Destin! Would highly recommend for families with younger kids!

Property was just as described with many convenient on-site amenities. Gym, coffee shop and pool are great making this an ideal location if you have young kids. We liked that it was on the ground level (safer for kids) and still felt like there was plenty of privacy. Wish the main pool was heated but I’m sure it’s the perfect temperature during the later summer months. There’s a smaller pool that’s heated and worked just fine for us. Owners are proactive communicators. They really made us feel welcome and cared for. Having beach towels and equipment to use was an added and much appreciated bonus.

My family had a wonderful time Krystal and Dave's condo rental in Destin Florida! The check-in process was quick and efficient and we were in the room very quickly. The condo was very well decorated and had new appliances just installed before our stay. The condo had everything that we needed and much more. My daughter especially liked the big TV and large sectional sofa in the living room! The beds were also very comfortable with ceiling fans in the bedroom and living room. The first floor access was also very nice as my wife and I have difficulties walking (although there was an elevator in the building as well). The property's restaurant, bars, and swimming pool are incredible. You could literally just stay at the resort and have a good vacation! The resorts landscaping was also beautiful and well kept. It was also nice to have a covered garage to park our SUV so that the vehicle was not obnoxiously HOT from the sunny weather. Dave and Krystal were also very responsive in keeping us informed about the property, what to expect, and always prompt about answering question! We could not have asked for a better host!

We fell in love with this property for our stay. It was perfect in terms of size. It was clean and well-furnished. The owners checked in on us a couple times which was sweet! The location was great in terms of being close to beach, stores, and restaurants. Loved the pools and fitness room. The coffee shop was closed for remodel when we first arrived so we found other places for our coffee. Staff were always friendly which is just nice. We hope to be back!

This was an amazing condo! Very clean, had every thing we needed. Krystal was awesome to deal with. Answered quickly if we needed anything. Definitely a great place to stay. Coffee shop and bar is right there. There is a restaurant but we did not take advantage of that as we had several other restaurants to try out during our stay!

We couldn’t have wished for anything better from our stay in this condo, except better weather - thanks Mother Nature! 😄 the heated pool and hot tub were a great option in the chillier weather. Krystal was very helpful and a great communicator! We plan on being back in the future! Thank you!

We loved our stay. The condo has everything a family might need. They had sand toys, beach towels, kid plates, bowls and cups with straws. They also had a sound machine, humidifier, pack-n-play, and bunk beds. They also had every soap you would need along with paper products and even a few essentials in the pantry. It was cold but the hot tub and heated pool were used by us every day. Definitely book this if you need something family friendly!

We had a blast! The condo was clean and had everything we needed and more! The pool was fabulous and the beach access was great! All within a short drive to everything from restaurants, to groceries, and shopping.

Condo is conveniently located on 1st floor, close to pool, and within walking distance to the beach (and they provided beach towels and pool toys - huge bonus!). Setup is great, especially with kids! Had a great stay

In love with this Condo, has everything you need in 1 place, my family and girls loved it. Also the resort is beautiful. My host Krystal was amazing, she communicated with me very fast and also help when we wanted to extend our stay. I will definitely rent it again.

The condo was a described in the listing. There was two adults, one teenager and one 10 year old staying in the condo. The condo accommodation was just the right size for us. Not a lot of extra room, but enough room for our small family. If others have a tolerance for a more snug experience the sleeping arrangements could accommodate. Up to the family's preferences. Overall experience was good.

Beautiful resort, fabulous pool. Stocked with everything you need. Would definitely stay here again.

This was a huge blessing for our family. We needed a true getaway after life has ‘happened’ this year! We were able to relax in a clean and family friendly place. We had all that we needed and quick access to anything extra (Walmart, activities, etc.). Food and service on and off site were great and delicious. Pool, spa, and gym were added fun and relaxation. Our first trip to Destin. The owners were very accommodating and answered all our questions before and during the trip. The condo was great with everything that you would need including stuff for the beach. Awesome coffee! Great Food and great service! Love that the beach was close. Will definitely be back!!!

From checking in to leaving we were very happy with the resort and condo.. Krystal was always prompt respondyto my questions. Condo was very well equipped for our family. Loved being on first floor. Krystal was so incredibly helpful with everything I had a question about! The condo was super cute and beachy. The pool, hot tub, and coffee shop were all amazing as well! Within close distance to a ton of things to do. Amazing vacation for me and my littles!

We were looking for a Destin spot to cut down the drive time while heading north and this was a great respite. The condo was clean, looks exactly as pictured, tall ceilings and great to have separate bathrooms. We picked it for its first floor location and were super pleased it was very close to the pools and cafe/bar (which had decent food). It was fun to play billiards and hang out within steps of the condo. Communication with the owners was fast as was check in. If you are looking to stay away from the beach you can’t go wrong with this unit.
