We had a great stay. Condo was perfect for our needs. Quite and clean! Highly recommend!

Great stay and very clean

Not the vacuum...Birmingham's southern suburb. Secluded location but convenient to everything. Karin has the condo perfectly appointed with all you need to enjoy your time away from home. We enjoyed our stay immensely. I hope it's available for our next trip to the 'Ham.

This home delivered even more than we could have expected! The place looked like a model home. Furnishings were both beautiful and comfortable. It was like a home away from home in all areas. Additionally, it was so clean. We look forward to visiting Hoover next May and hope to stay here again. Karin was the perfect host for our stay!

Stayed here while visiting Oak Mountain state park for hiking and biking. Great area, with easy access to the essentials. Host made it super-easy, would stay again!

The apartment was very clean, neat, and everything was easy to find. The whole stay was great. The upstairs neighbor is just kinda heavy foot but we didnt mind because it got quiet around 10pm.

The condo was beautifully decorated and clean. It was everything we needed for a quick, peaceful trip.

We came over from UK for a 3 wk stay to visit our Son which was very convenient for us as his apartment was close by. Communication was good between Karin and ourselves she was very responsive from the start to the finish of our stay. Due to our later flight Karin kindly allowed a later check out which was very helpful. The property was lovely and clean and comfortable and had all we needed. We were however disappointed with some of the listings on the virbo app regarding out door facilities which were not infact available. Karin was quick to apologise and compensate us which we appreciated. Karin has now removed those facilities from the app. All in all our trip was very enjoyable and we would use this condo again. My wife absolutely loved the accommodations. and little added decorative touches that made it feel like our home and not a rental. This condo was absolutely perfect for my friend and me for a short girls stay of 3 days/2 nights. Easy to locate, only 3 steps down to the condo door, parking right in front of the 3 steps. My friend uses a cane or walker, she had no trouble with the steps and the condo is all one level. Large bedroom with a full sized bed and a twin rollaway tucked into the large walk in closet. A full bath inside the master bedroom with a tub/shower combination, also a hall half bath. Fully appointed kitchen, Karin also left some bottled waters and some breakfast snacks which were so appreciated! There is a full size washer and dryer, a perfect family room and dining area - FR has a large TV and fireplace. Also an outdoor patio. The whole place is beautifully decorated! We felt very safe and the complex is clean and quiet. Very close to anything you are doing or need in Hoover or the 280 area. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and will be back!

Great location with easy access to anywhere you wanted to go. Cozy and comfy and clean!! Host was great! Let us check in early after we had driven 5 hours in bad weather , so that was really nice. I would use this property again for sure and highly recommend

Cozy, clean, and quiet. Checking in was very easy. Amenities in the place were thoughtful and useful. The shower pressure was wonderful. The neighborhood is well kept and conveniently located.

The house was very accommodating. It was very pretty everything you could need or want was in the kitchen. It is definitely a nice place to rent if you're in town just to relax. The neighbors are friendly and the host was reachable at all times. I enjoyed my stay there so much i stayed 2 extra weeks. You will enjoy renting this beautiful home.

The very first night I slept soooooooo sound. I felt very well rested the next morning. I felt safe in the neighborhood along with all the close amenities near by, I enjoyed it so much I am staying an extra week.

We were very comfortable and pleased with our stay here. There was plenty of space, which was all tastefully and comfortably appointed. There were plenty of amenities and we had everything we needed. It was well located and easy to find, which is good because we would definitely stay here for future trips to the Birmingham area!

The property is extremely clean and well supplied. It is located very conveniently to food, fast food, groceries and I-65. We stayed here over a year ago, liked it, and decided to do it again. We were completely satisfied. From my point of view, this is what makes this unit a good place to stay: We had a very minor issue (as sometimes happens), the owner was extremely responsive and the issue was resolved quickly, efficiently, and professionally. We travel a lot, this is not always the case. We were impressed with our stay and will be back again in about a year. 5-Star - Highly recommended.

If you’re ever in the Birmingham or Hoover area in Alabama, you want to book this place. The hospitality from the owner was breathtaking to me. They’re complimentary snacks, water, household cleaning supplies, washer and dryer, cooking supplies, etc. you name it it was there. If I could explain my stay in one word, it would be , “Tranquility.”

We were in town to see our daughter at UA and to go to a game. This was a perfect place to stay — excellent accommodations without the big price tag in Tuscaloosa. Clean, quiet, comfortable, and relaxing.

Overall great experience. We especially enjoyed the use of the large Instapot and sharp knives provided. Next time we visit Bham, I will look up this property first!I

The location was spot on for our activities- in town for Grandson's Band Competition and Performance; Very Clean and thoughtful; Responsive Host. However, the last night there was an altercation in the parking lot outside of our condo and the police had to be called- may have been an only occurrence but it clouded the stay.

This place was clean and comfortable. The owner was a pleasure. It was quiet and great for an adult getaway.

Just perfect for my husband and I. Granddaughter stayed a couple of nights, had fold out cot for her. Nice, clean, quite neighborhood, close to shopping, restaurants and baseball fields, which we were there for. Highly recommend

My husband was visiting Hoover to watch our son play baseball. The listing was the perfect location. The unit was very clean and well maintained. Karin was very easy to work with and very responsive.

Everything was so awesome! Wished it was available for our stay in July. One small issue was didn't have a key to use the pool, but would definitely recommend and hope to return!!

The property was as described. Very clean and well stocked with basic supplies. Located conveniently to Oak Mountain State park.
