We enjoyed the music, the pool table, and television amenities. The space allows for four people to have their own privacy. The little cabin out back doesn't have a bathroom so do not recommend having the night-time bathroom goer have that space. Be mindful of floor transition, they are quite uneven but once known it was a non-issue. The host sent our great communication, including that we could check-in an hour early. Kitchen had everything you need to cook a meal, and the common areas were spacious and welcoming.

Enjoyed the Marshall Street Music Retreat very much. Close to everything we needed or wanted to do. Well stocked, comfortable, good for dogs, fun pool table! Would rent here again for sure.

We couldn't have been more pleased with the Marshall Street Music Retreat! The property was lovely and very comfortable for our large family. The kitchen was well appointed, the bedrooms were large and beautifully decorated, the large completely-fenced back yard was perfect for the children and our dog, and the home in total was exactly what we had hoped for. We are already planning our return!

The best VRBO property we have ever stayed at! Great house, location to downtown was perfect and the neighborhood was beautiful. Great backyard. Plenty of room for 6 adults and a 18 month old. Very easy check in check out. I would highly recommend this house to anyone staying Boise!

Our stay in Boise was fantastic! The house was very clean, they had plenty of extra bedding, towels, and all of the furnishings that we needed. Would absolutely stay with itrip again!

What a BEAUTIFUL HOME..... we LOVED the backyard~! We spent every chance we could sitting outside relaxing, talking and eating. Your cleaning people did an incredible job the house was spotless and I’m kind of OCD and it was awesome~! The house was beautiful everything was immaculate, kitchen had everything we needed. We cook every meal special diets so we do not eat out and there was nothing missing that kitchen was stocked. Darlene and Tamlyn are soo responsive, I would text or call and they were on it.. The best customer service EVER~! We love it so much we will be reserving it for years to come.

Stayed with a bunch of family for my dad's 70th birthday. Spent a lot of time on the back porch. House was clean and exactly as listed. Would stay here again.

This property exceeded our expectations! The neighborhood is quiet and so conveniently located in the city! A quick walk to Ann Morrison and Sarah Albertson Parks. Quick bike or walk to the Greenbelt! The house was so clean and comfortable and well appointed! The back yard is so private with beautiful landscaping and a Peach tree brimming with fruit!! Loved sitting on my he back porch! We would come back and stay here in a heartbeat! I wish all Vrbo rentals were as attentive and cozy as this was!!

We were very happy with the house for our weekend trip in Boise. We used the grill and kitchen for cooking, enjoyed the shady backyard, and enjoyed the pool table. There is a nice speaker system for whole-house tunes and smart TV. Best part was the location being close to everything we did and especially close to the park and river where we had outdoor activities a couple of the days.

We had a great stay and loved the added touch of the welcome basket and musical theme.

Loved the music-themed rooms. Easy to drop down to the Greenbelt and bike to Esther Simplot park. We had little ones so we did walk our bikes down the hill. The spacious back yard with a fantastic grill was a relaxing place for dinner. We loved the shade on the back deck and each of the kids found a surprise on the bookcases. So thoughtful to have listed favorite restaurants and places to visit on the chalkboard at the house; the ones we tried were excellent.

This house comes well equipped and we definitely would consider it for future stays…

The house is really lovely, and having the pool table was fun. The fourth bedroom is a “cabin” in the back with no bathroom, so we didn’t end up using it.

I went on vacation at this location and is the best...is beautiful house..bigs house for family, is have everything in the house you want, location is good closer to town...shopping and restaurants..is wonderful..I enjoy stay there.
