Location was good and breakfast was good. The staff were AMAZING.

The pool was disgusting, cloudy and dirty. This was disappointing as this was the main reason we decided to stay at this hotel for. I know there is short staff due to the pandemic but I think the pool could have been cleaned and maintained. We also wanted room service and we were told because of short staff we could not be provided that service. I understand but I think it’s his could have been handled.

I liked the bed, probably one of the best hotel beds I’ve slept in.

There was no soap in the bathroom which wasn’t noticed until I was in the shower. The staff entered our room at 9 am while we were sleeping to clean then tried to come in again later before check out. We didn’t have a do not disturb sign for our door.

Clean, nice breakfast, close to airport, very convenient and affordable.

The attendants were helpful and friendly. My stay was close to the airport and above all had a shuttle to the airport. This transport was a plus.
