Beautiful home with plenty of room for our family of 9. Everything was like new and in working order. We loved the living room with fireplace. The couch was huge and kept us cozy during the rain on the first day. Nice open space in the yard and loved that we could be at the beach with a short walk. And the hot tub was great after long active days. Would recommend to friends and definitely would stay here again.

It is so hard to find a good place to stay for a family with 8 kids. This was a beautiful (almost too nice to bring the kids), comfortable, well stocked home in a gorgeous location. We will be back!

I cannot fault this house/owner/manager for the attention to detail (decor & amenities), location and overall house arrangement (sleeping-beds/linens were great). Kitchen was fully stocked. However, I would suggest that each time the house is cleaned, I would have them check the smoke alarms &/or carbon monoxide detection devices, or automatically change every 6 months. At around1:00 a.m. first night, we were rudely awakened by deafening fire alarms in the house. Called management. They told us to call police. Called police. They told us to vacate the premises (raining outside). The police contacted the fire dept. for us. They came and inspected premises for CM. Nothing detected. Our fear was that PERHAPs the fireplace was leaking CM, because there definitely was not a fire. Go back to bed. It happened again at 2:30 a.m. No one, not even the fire department, was able to spot the one detector that needed a new battery, because it stayed green until it went off, THEN it turned red. Assuming that someone had been there the night before (or several nights-New Years Eve), because I don't think they had the time to clean the hot tub. We still used it. The garage is marketed as a game room, but we found it too cold to enjoy. None of the kids (teens, who can weather most anything) used it. A space heater would be nice (or some form of heat). I would rent it again.

The house is lovely and totally remodeled. The only thing is that it is located about 20 minutes north of Fort Bragg. I didn't really understand that from the listing.

A beautiful well-appointed home. Quality furnishings, appliances and comfort. Provided most everything we could need. Whole-house generator was a blessing as a storm knocked out power for a couple of days, but we didn't miss a beat. Floors a little noisy, but didn't bother us too much. Highly recommend!

The house looks and is as good as the pictures you see. The beds are really comfortable with the pillow top mattresses they put on them. Most places we stay do not care about comfort on their beds, but here, they do (thank you). Kitchen is well stocked. Grandkids loved the game area in the garage. The spa was awesome. The only issue is the floors. Unless the entire family goes to bed at the same time, any noise of people walking on the floors or noise from the living room/kitchen, echoes down the hallway to the bedrooms. If only there was a door separating the hallway from the rest of the house, that would eliminate most of the noise that echoes down the hall. I highly recommend this home. You even have an ocean view through the windows that are the west side!

The house was beyond our expectations-could not have been any better

Lovely location m, perfect size for our family with 6 adults and 4 young children. Room for everyone, well stocked kitchen, game room and hot tub a hit! Very nicely decorated, beautiful view and comfortable beds.

Beautiful home and great location. The house is very comfortable, nicely furnished and single level. Loved the natural light and the open floorplan. The kitchen was very well stocked. We really enjoyed the sunroom and watcing the sunset from the deck. The beach access is an easy 5 min walk. Can’t wait to come back.
