This was the second time we stayed at the property, and it was great to be back! The entire facility is well-maintained and has a relaxing and friendly atmosphere. I love that there is a full bathroom on the unit's first floor, making it easy to rinse sandy toes quickly. One of our favorite things to do is enjoy the morning sunrise from the balcony chairs with our coffee. We also appreciated the extra towels, beach chairs, and umbrella! There is not a washer or dryer in the unit, but the owners have provided a laundry basket, and the laundry room facility on the property is a short walk, and there are plenty of machines available. We look forward to staying in this unit again. We feel instantly relaxed every time we visit!

Very comfortable and great location. Great instructions included in the condo for everything. Well-equipped kitchen and nice outdoor areas. Door lock is fickle - be patient, it does work. Only negatives - all bedrooms are upstairs and laundry is a communal area not in the actual condo.

a little off the beaten path. The sign out front needs lit up it was hard for the Uber driver to find us. The maintenance man walked in on us when we first got there which was a little disturbing. Otherwise everything else was good

Well maintained and super clean! Everything from kitchen ware, towels and beach items provided. Views are beautiful. Pool and beach were private not crowded. There is also an outdoor bbq area. Loved this place.

This property was excellent! The unit was immaculate with great access to the beach.

We enjoyed our week at Crescent Beach so much! The beach is huge, clean, and uncrowded…even on July 4th weekend! A 2-minute walk to the beach from the condo, with shower and boot bath station in the pool area to reduce tracking sand into the condo. The view from the back deck is beautiful. The condo itself is gorgeous, updated, clean, and had everything we needed. In the bedrooms, the three beds are comfy with lots of drawer/closet space. There’s a community laundry room right below the condo that has several washers and dryers for around $2 a wash/dry cycle. We didn’t realize there were no elevators on property for my elderly mother to use, but it was only one flight of stairs up from the parking lot to the condo, so not an issue. When we return to the St. Augustine area, we’ll absolutely want to reserve this condo again!

This condo is beautifully decorated, close to the beach, all the amenities you could want or need, with the most comfortable bed I have EVER had in a rental! Coquina is a very nice, daily well maintained property. Very laid back, not too many people so plenty of space on the beach. We loved it! Owners are great to work with. Highly recommend this property!

This place is beautiful. Great location not too far from downtown St. Augustine, but also far enough that it wasn’t crowded at all. We had the entire beach to ourselves several times.

My family and I had a very relaxing stay in this unit. The kitchen was well equipped with the exception of spoons - only 5 teaspoons in the cutlery drawer - but this was a minor inconvenience. Everything was provided down to the comfortable sand chairs! Thank you for sharing your place with us!

I would stay there again in a heartbeat. It was very clean, very nicely decorated, beautiful complex, and felt very "homey". Danielle was exceptional from start to finish. Easy to reach, very quick response time, and saw to it that we had everything we needed for our entire stay! Thank you and hope to get back to Coquina again. Kathleen

The condo was clean, nicely furnished , and with beautiful beach access. My only complaint is that the next door neighbor condo was remodeling and very noisy during the day. Luckily the weather was lovely so we just vacated to the beach!

We’ve stayed at this condo complex for over 20 years. This was our first time in this particular unit. The furnishings were beautiful and comfortable. The decor was outstanding. I was tempted to find out who to contact to ask about the paint colors in the main areas and bathrooms. The bedding was cozy, mattress comfortable. The only complaint would be the pillows. Kind bed only had 2 standard pillows, so we borrowed from the kids bedroom. The pillows themselves were not comfortable. I usually travel with my own, but was trying to pack light. The guest room had plenty of board games to play, and the kitchen closet had plenty of food storage. We look forward to staying in this unit again next summer.

The place was wonderful! Nicely decorated and beautiful views of the ocean. The views of the sunrise was spectacular! We enjoyed our stay.

Everything was absolutely amazing

We loved our stay. The best view of any condo we've rented. There is one full bath on the first floor and the second on the second floor. The complex and condo were extremely quiet (we could not tell anyone was below ours). A couple days before check in I sent a question to Vacasa to ask if an item was available in the unit and I did not receive a response until the day we left. Other than that no issues.

Having stayed in several units at Coquina over the past 12 years, this B203 was my favorite! The pretty cottage decor and fresh kitchen and bath styling made us feel comfortable.

Coquina Condominiums is a very old complex which means it was built before regulations that required setbacks well behind the dunes. That means Coquina is closest to the water. It also means the units have been upgraded. We have seen many of the other units. B203's has been completely upgraded, from the walls, to the ceiling, to the kitchen, to the bathrooms, to the flooring. The view of the oceans and the pool area is excellent. Morning coffee on the balcony is treat. We loved this unit and will certainly come back.

Nicely updated and well stocked. We would stay here again.

The condo is tastefully decorated and clean. The condo was equipped with everything we needed. The rain showers in the bathrooms were great We loved the view of the ocean from the balcony. Close to restaurants and about a half hour from St. Augustine. Look forward to our next visit.

This is a quaint two bedroom condo. It's got pretty much anything you need. Would not recommend it for 6 adults, but 2 adults and 2-3 kids would be comfortable. Interior is updated & modern. The complex is a little dated, but maintained. Super easy access to a wonderful, clean beach immediately adjacent to pool area. Never spoke to a property manager, but never needed anything. N/A was not an option for that question. Only inconsistency with listing was that there were no "travel sized" toiletries, which was fine because there's a Publix a few miles away. However, we'd have packed shampoo, conditioner, body wash, etc but for that part of listing. Directional signage to and on the laundry room door would be helpful. 2 washers and 3 dryers ...about half...we're out of order. We'll visit again and had a great visit except for these minor items.
