Our stay at Dolores’ condo was fantastic! The condo was incredibly clean and, best of all, had everything we needed, including tons of towels, kitchenware, cleaners, beach chairs, umbrellas and more. The location is great and the 5th floor was quiet and gave us amazing views of the sunsets. Walking right out to the pool and beach was easy and convenient. There were 3 great restaurants within a five minute walk, and the Lucky Lizard was by far the best, best food, beer, and service. All in all a great week and we are looking forward to coming back soon. Thank you!

We had a fantastic view of the ocean and pool. My grandsons enjoyed the pool and searching for the perfect shell on the beach.

We have stayed at many Vrbos in the past and this is one of the best. Communication was outstanding. Condo was the best supplied with things for the kitchen plus outdoor beach items we have stayed in yet. Would definitely stay again

We seriously cannot say enough about how PERFECT this beautiful place is and how our family loved the layout having adult kids being able to have your own space bedrooms bathrooms along with having a great kitchen and dining area… not to mention the living room equipment with all the bells and whistles right down to the luxurious couch they have thought everything so your can enjoy every minute of your stay!!lots of extras for your beach time provided!!….So fresh and clean….The location is so convenient for dinning entertainment groceries and spirits. Loved the pool hot tub … and the beautiful white sand beaches…. What a view from right from your balcony!!!!!…Picture perfect sunsets ,dolphins,and sailboats … We can’t Thank the hosts enough for answering all of questions and hands down the most accommodating!!!… Thank you again ❤️…..This beautiful place is all you want and more to enjoy your family vacation!!!!!

Wonderful condo. Highly recommend. Local owners are great with communication and very helpful. Condo was very clean and beautiful with high end furnishings, comfy beds, and all the extras you need for your stay. Close to lots of stores and restaurants. The best part is you are right on the beach. Open the sliders and hear the waves crashing on the shore. Pool and hot tub are heated to really warm temps. We swam in 65 degree weather. Elevator worked well, two covered parking spots, and secure building.

Everything about this was perfect for our family. The hosts were very responsive to any inquiry we had and very quick to respond. The unit was super clean and the furnishings were amazing. - beautiful and so comfortable. We heard no noise from other units or outside. The view from the deck faces the gulf and we had some amazing sunsets while we were there. Great places to dine were within walking distances as were attractions to entertain the kids. Would definitely recommend for couples or families if you are looking for a great beach experience without the noise and partying.

Our family of 6 enjoyed this top floor condo for a week and would definitely return. We saw dolphin daily and even had a manatee swim within 2 feet of us. The master and second bedrooms are very spacious with huge closets. The 3rd bedroom is a little tight when the trundle bed is pulled out, but certainly big enough for 2 teens. The kitchen feels a little small when more than 1 person is trying to cook but not a big drawback. The luxury of 3 bedrooms AND 3 baths far outweighs the restraints of a smaller kitchen. The living room is also quite spacious with enough room for our family to relax and watch a movie together. The views from the spacious balcony cannot be beat. There were beach chairs, an umbrella and plenty of beach towels. Highly recommend.

This might be our favorite vacation rental ever for our girls trip. The photos do not do it justice. There were endless little thoughtful touches throughout. The furniture was very comfortable and high quality in every room. Plenty of beach towels and nice beach chairs to use. In my opinion, it is the best location in the entire building. Communication was fast and thorough. The pool and hot tub were very nice and they have a strict no smoking policy in the public areas which I LOVED. Thank-you so much for sharing your beautiful condo with us. We hope to be back.

This condo is comfortable, well equipped, right on the beach and has lots of extras such as beach chairs, umbrella, towels. Our family had a wonderful time here and would definitely come back in the future. Outstanding!!!

I will note next time not to book the week of the 4th of July Lol! The evenings were a bit too raucous to sit out and really enjoy the wonderful balcony of this condo. That said, it’s a great property and location. Restaurants in walking distance or a short drive. The beach is beautiful; we all had a great time!

This condo was perfect for our family of 5, including teens and young adults. Everyone had room to spread out. We spotted dolphins and manatees from the spacious balcony. Unit is spotless and well decorated. Owner was extremely responsive and accommodating. Would definitely stay again :)

Family of 8 adults stayed for 10 days and had everything we needed. Nobody had to sleep on a futon or a sofa bed. the condo was neat, updated, and clean and just an overall great space for a large group. The owners were super easy to work with. Hope to return here again!

The condo is gorgeous, spotlessly clean, extremely comfortable, and (as other reviewers have mentioned) the 5th floor patio balcony and view over the ocean are amazing. Dolores was incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with, such a generous host. We would 100% stay here again next time we're in Madeira Beach and give it the highest recommendations.

This property was perfect for a large group of friends. The condo had everything we needed, including beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, and beach towels. If not on the beach or in the pool, we spent our time on the balcony. It was very roomy and everyone had a seat!! We had a great time and will definitely return!

We loved the layout of Condo - worked great for 2 families. Clean and well stocked with all your needs Including beach items and a cooler. Kitchen was great for making meals and had all items to easily do this. View off balcony was amazing! Location ideal The few questions I had were answered very quickly by Ezra. We have been staying at Seaview every February for many years. This unit by far was the best one we have stayed in. The unit was above and beyond clean, which we appreciated. The kitchen was very well stocked for the many times we cooked during our stay. The beds were comfortable, the furniture and decor spot on. The view from the top floor balcony was the best! The condo property at Seaview is always well maintained with a great pool area, use of a barbeque and friendly staff. Communication with Dolores was timely and helpful. We look forward to our next stay!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at this property. It truly is even nicer in person. The bedrooms were all spacious and comfortable with attached bathrooms. The pool area and beach access were great for our family with little kids. There were many dining options a 5 minute drive away and several even within walking distance. We certainly plan to rent again if we visit the area in the future.

Dolores and Ezra are excellent hosts who have an amazing property that fit our family’s needs well! Spotless and comfortable, the condo has the most incredible ocean views from the top floor balcony. The location could not be beat! And I appreciated Dolores accommodating a special request. We will be back when we visit Madeira beach again and highly recommend this property.

We were a group of 6 women ranging in age from 23 to 87. The accommodations were excellent. We stayed 7 days. Nicole hit our last day and the owners checked in on us. I highly recommend this rental. Great location for a laid back vacation….

Beautiful property, views, and location!

We adored our stay here! We watched manatees and dolphins from our balcony that feels like you’re almost on top of the beach! The modern decor and cleanliness made it a pleasure to be inside the condo when we weren’t basking on on the sand! Our son rented JetSkis and scooters nearby while we just hung out near the ocean. The kitchen is equipped perfectly and we so appreciated having nice beach chairs and an umbrella that we didn’t have to bring from home. I can’t think of one negative thing to say! We sure did hate to leave and wouldn’t hesitate to come back again. Thank you so much!

Property was perfect. Everything was clean with a well appointed kitchen. Also had everything we needed. Location was super. As we visited friends in Sarasota and Wesley Chapel—- pretty much even distance between the two. As I write you, we have driven to St Augustine to see friends.
