The property was awesome. We enjoyed the hottub and the pool table. Would stay again when we come to vegas.

This property was home away from home so comfy and cozy. Very clean the hot tub was a hit very warm. Plenty of amenities everything was stocked up for us. The washer and dryer very handy as we had wet clothes from swimming. The home had plenty of sleeping space for our family. The couch bed also came in handy, every room was equipped with a television. That was also great as we had our children who love cartoon's. so they were able to watch what they wanted. I love how the home was located in a hidden private neighborhood. We felt safe and just really enjoyed ourselves. Thank you to Lou for hosting us.

Lou's property was incredible. It was a perfect hub for the hiking and activities we did throughout the week. It was especially nice for the two days it rained non-stop (a rarity for the area!). Lou was great to work with and I'd have no problem booking again with him.

Location quiet and easy. Backyard as advertised...lots to enjoy. Billiards, gaming, smart TVs everywhere. Serviceable kitchen for all but the chefs in the family. Good coffee machines...more than one. 3 bedrooms all work as designed. And garage parking. A good stay near Vegas but not IN downtown.

Putting green is a nice touch that people of all ages can enjoy! The owners will take good care of you.

We stayed at the house for my sister’s wedding. I The house was great and very entertaining and I’m am saying that without using the outdoor amenities because it was too cold during our stay. The house is exactly as advertised and Lou is the best host we have stayed with. He responded quickly and answered any questions we had. We will stay here again when visiting my sister in Las Vegas.

Very comfortable place to stay! Plenty of space for 8 adults. The pool, hot tub, putting green and pool table were all put to good use. Lou was very responsive. Highly recommend this place. Would definitely stay again!

Our group of 6 gals really enjoyed this home. So nice and clean when we arrived & Lou communicated exceptionally before, during & after. The cool evenings were spent out on the patio and all the bedrooms have very comfortable bedding. The pool didn’t get used except to sit around during the afternoons as the water was as expected this time of year, just a bit chilly. The 8 seat dining was perfect for meals and playing games. Would rent this place anytime and again, can’t say enough how spectacular Lou treated us from start to finish.

We had so much fun here! Lou has shown this house in his pictures very accurately. It's exactly what it looks like and described as! Checking in was super easy. Lou is very prompt and friendly if you send him a message. We had so much fun swimming and just unplugging and relaxing. The neighborhood was very quiet and safe feeling. We stayed for 9 days. I think we left just a handful of times. This was a perfect get away for us! We are talking about coming back already!

House was beautiful and well stocked. The owner has gone to extreme lengths to make sure your comfort and relaxation are top priority. Things were organized and labeled making it very easy to locate anything you need. We cooked our own meals for 5 days and had everything we needed, even an outdoor cookout. Neighborhood is very nice and quiet, location was very safe. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, and pool table. I can’t say enough positive things about this house. If I could give it higher stars I would. Lou was the most attentive host I have ever experienced!! We will be back.

Lou and team made an oasis in the middle of the desert. There’s a great amount of things to do at the house by itself. Then the level of access to everything that makes people want to go to Vegas are 20 mins or less from the location. Amazing

We chose Lou's property for our first time to Las Vegas due to the great facilities and reading the previous reviews - and we were not disappointed, it was even better than our already high expectations! The house is lovely and has everything you need - along with the swimming pool, hot tub, the putting green and the pool table...all fabulous and great fun! The house is in a great location - a nice quiet neighbourhood when you want to chill out and only about 10-15 minutes drive to the Las Vegas strip and airport. We pre-hired a car for the 10 days we were there, which was handy for pottering around Henderson etc but its really not essential; the Ubers are fantastic and very reasonable to the strip, it wasn't worth driving in. Comms with Lou were fantastic throughout, he made sure that everything was perfect. We would thoroughly recommend Lou' s property if you want a rental property with fantastic facilities, and its the best of all worlds - very close to everything that Las Vegas has to offer but away from it when you want to relax. Many thanks Lou!

The circumstances that brought us to the area were less than desirable. We were attending a funeral for a loved one. Aside from being a lovely home, it was the perfect spot for us to gather as a family. Lou’s property is clean, beautiful and inviting. The house is fully equipped inside and out. We loved the kitchen, pool, and putting green. Lou is a most accommodating host, and made us feel welcome and at home. If you are traveling to play or game, Green Valley Ranch and casino are less than 10 minutes away, and Vegas is just a short drive. Conveniently situated to many activities, but the location offers quiet evenings away from the noise and traffic. We highly recommend this property!

The house was perfect for our trip to Las Vegas. We were close enough to drive to the strip but then escape back to a nice quiet neighborhood. Lou is amazing and very responsive to any questions you may have. We loved the pool and the putting green as well as the pool table. We would definitely recommend this house to anyone traveling to Las Vegas and would definitely stay again if we get back.

This is one of the best VRBO’s we’ve stayed at. Great neighborhood which was nice for our family of 4. Kids loved the pool and my husband the hot tub. It was spacious and CLEAN! It was about a 20 minute ride to the Vegas Strip. We will stay here again as we plan to visit the area again. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time staying here. The place was spacious and clean, had many things to keep us entertained! The house is about 20 mins away from the strip which was great to be able to go to shows and restaurants and then head back to a quiet house, specially with kids this house is a great option!

This was the perfect home for our large family to enjoy together. It is truly beautiful, and the owner’s attention to detail was greatly appreciated: it is well stocked (kitchen supplies, towels/linens, coffee/tea/cream/sweeteners) with little labels everywhere so you can easily find everything! Could barely pry our kids from the pool & jacuzzi long enough to eat, tho I did catch them enjoying the putting green, pool table and arcade game occasionally ;) There are smart TVs in every room (but the kitchen & bathrooms lol) yet it was wonderful to witness the kids having too much fun otherwise to even wanna watch. They literally played until they passed out. The owner was very attentive/immediately answered any question I had. All experiences should be this amazing…

The house is in a great neighborhood which is very quite and well maintained. The pool is great and the putting green was fun too! The only complaint is we were planning on cooking but the kitchen is not well equipped.

This vacation home is absolutely fantastic! We 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to rent a home in Las Vegas. The neighbourhood is extremely safe and quiet. It was a perfect location if you were looking for a relaxing, quiet vacation. Lou is amazing, and his communication was prompt. I've rented many homes through VRBO, and this one by far was the best! The pictures don't do this home any justice. As lovely as it was inside, we barely spent any time indoors as the weather was so beautiful. We spent the majority of our time outside enjoying the pool/yard. The house was very clean, with no issues or concerns. The beds were comfortable and had extra pillows, and blankets, if needed. I wanted to point out how easy it was to gain access - it was a breeze. We also really enjoyed the use of the garage. The pool was extremely clean, and the pool guy was so friendly and nice! We liked that the pool was deep in some areas and not shallow throughout. The hot tub was amazing! You can tell it's in brand-new condition. We were so happy to have a washer/dryer available to use! The BBQ was also very nice! Overall, I would give this house a 10+. A huge shout out to Lou for making everything so easy and helpful. We will be back!
