The residences was as decirbed and failry conveinent for our vacation plans. Our issues were things not working in the house, such as the main living room ceiling light and fan not working, The fireplace was inoperable, water and ice dispenser on refrigerator not working, The grounds were in desperate need of mowing as the weeds were above wasit high in the yard. Most of the hot tub jets were inoperable. The WiFI/internet and Satellite-CableTV service was horrible. Partly to blame though as it appeared the previous tennants use up all the data usage and the service appeared to be dialed back because the usage was over the monthly usage limit. The biggest complaint was shoddy housekeeping. Whirlpool bath in master bathroom had stains and mildew in the jets, Bath towels smelled terrible....a stinky BO type of smell like they set in the washer too long and and turned sour. The grilling utensils in the ktchen drawer were dirty and greasy. The outdoor grill itself had to be cleaned before we could use it as it was disgustingly filthy. One of our guest found beer cans and what appeared to be a water bottle with urine in it under the bed they were sleeping on. The entire house was in need of a thorough dusting as there were dust bunnies everywhere.If you can overlook these items then the place was a nice place to stay. If the maintenance and housekeeping were better I would say this is an outstanding place for lodging in the Black Hills area.

We came to visit for the bike festival. The gravel on the roads in the development was tough for the motorcycles and wish I had known this earlier. The house was great and roomy. Owner responded to any questions or calls in a timely manner.

Beautiful location, easy to get to. Whole house needs a good cleaning, floors were dirty, old carpets, awkward furniture. Grill was unusable, was told it was to be replaced next week, we were not informed of this prior to arrival.

Had great set up for large families. All the bedroom were very big. Plenty of extra blankets to use. The fireplace on the main floor and basement we could not get to work but we just turned the furnace up a little bit as it got a little chilly in the evenings. Cabin was cozy feeling and worked perfect for our family trip. booking with this company was a breeze. I will try and book with them again the next time we come out.

This place was perfect for 14 of us for our Christmas Vacation. Close to Terry Peak and close enough to Lead/Deadwood if you need to get groceries, a coffee, or just visit the local sights. Would highly recommend staying here and would love to go back some day. Everything we needed was on site to make our Christmas with Family special!!

We had our annual family vacation, this is the second time we have stayed in that particular cabin and it was great.
We had minimal issues and the communication between myself and property manager was easy.

We checked in at 9:00 PM and due to conditions we checked out 2 hours later at 11:00 PM. From there we had to search for lodging for 11 of us with children in tow.
The temperature of the unit was 85° even though the thermostat was set at 74°. It was very hot outside (and in) and the air conditioning unit could not keep up.
The lower bedroom had wet carpet from some type of water leak, so we were unable to use it. The carpet had been pulled out of the closet. However, adjacent carpet into the room was wet. The whole downstairs was damp as a result. A text sent to me by the host advised that they knew this condition existed before we checked in but said nothing.
The hot tub had dirty/cloudy water and sediment in the bottom of the tub. The water smelled very bad. I have photos of the this.
While we did not use any towels there were only 2 hand towels, and 0 washcloths for 11 people. There was a sufficient number of bath towels.
Lastly, and least important, they advertised a pool table in the lower level however, there was none.
I would also note that before we moved out, we were told that if we stayed there for the night we would have to pay for one night plus for cleaning expense. We advised that we would check out and look for other lodging.
The host said that they would provide a full refund and they promptly did so, which was appreciated.

House was ok but needs maintenance done everywhere. Hot tub was disgusting. Water should be changed after a long stay renter. Dirty dishes in cupboards. We found out dishwasher is in need of cleaning. Screens in dishwasher need to be cleaned once in a while. Load of laundry in dryer that we had to put away. Front door handle is wore out and sticks. AC didnt work. Lucky it was pretty cool at nite. Other reviews said MORE THAN ENOUGH ROOM FOR 5 TRUCKS AND TRAILERS. HAHA. One even said 6 TRUCKS AND TRAILERS???? We had 2 trucks small trailers and 2 cars and barely fit! Who are these reviewers???? Weber gas grill almost burned house down! There is so much grease at bottom by burners that while preheating grill, it cought on fire! Overall place was/is dirty. It is in need of maintenance and deep cleaning. Nice place but not worth $$$ could be much better. Seriously, fix/ replace grill or your gonna have big issues. Havnt did review on vrbo yet. I dont want to hurt your biness cuz im not that type of guy. It would be nice if you would fix items above so next family has better expirience than we did. Jason and Jessica Hawker

Overall, we had an excellent experience. We had all necessary amenities for a week stay with a larger group. It was especially nice for each couple to have their own bedroom. We were disappointed that the advertised pool table and ping pong table were not in the cabin, and the football table was essentially inoperable. These were key features considered during booking. We had a group of 9 with 5 trucks and trailers. Plenty of room to park and relax. House was beautiful with two large areas to socialize and relax. This was our second time using this company and will again in the future. Very prompt with replies. Listing needs updating as there was no pool table or elevator. Extremely happy. 4 stars for cleanliness was only because the front of cabin was littered with garbage we had to pick up to keep it from blowing around and sand in the hot tub. Other than that it was really clean!!!

My girlfriends and I were looking for a house for a weekend get away. This house was perfect we all got our own room and bed. The kitchen was fully stocked and accommodating. The hot tube was hot and clean. Some of the jets were not working or very powerful but the hot water felt great after a day of skiing.

This was note the original cabin we pick. Somehow our cabin was not cleaned so they put us in this one and I'm very glad they did. We would not have been happy at the other cabin and it was close to the same price but this cabin was amazing, clean and had everything we needed and location by deadwood was great. We even had snow in July. It's colder in the high altitudes, bring warmer clothes. We HD an amazing time. Beautiful cabin. No internet but to much to do to need it. Would love to go back again.

We loved the house! Great layout for a large group. Cleaners did a great job before we got there. We were able to park 6 trucks and trailers in the driveway with some maneuvering. Enough hot water for everyone to shower in the mornings. Shower head in the master bath could be cleaned or replaced as it was pretty clogged, but we managed just fine. Lots of towels and linens, so that was nice. We were there with our side by sides, and it was a short trip down the road to the trails. I would for sure recommend this place!

The house is great the only down side was a note not to use the air conditioner below 78 that’s ridiculous just fix the problem!! But the nights are cool so it’s doable.

The home was as described and had plenty of room for my adult family. It has plenty of driveway space to park a trailer and a small 2 car garage to put motorcycles and a vehicle in. There were several small things that could be done that would have improved our experience. There weren't enough garbage bags or dishwasher pods. (3 of each) For a eight nights stay with 8 people. Also, the fry pans need to be replaced. The internet is through Verizon and was super slow if it worked at all. When I contacted the local contact about the internet password, they were rude and short with me. The hot tub had little to no water movement through the jets.

Served the purpose. There was black dirt in the tub. Some of the utensils were dirty. We were gonna start a load of towels, but when i opened the door there were wet, dirty towels in the washing machine. Only 2 jets worked in hot tub. We could not get the wifi to work, which I think is minor, but the manager would not respond. The pool table is really cheap. You could almost push the whole thing over with 1 hand! It was right across from Terry Peak and a very nice area. We had everything we needed!
