Family of 5 plus an aunt and uncle and this place was absolutely perfect! More than enough room for all of us- location was great, close to restaurants, state park, and the club amenities were excellent! The weather didn’t fully cooperate but we were able to take a trip to Robbie’s, stopped at some great little shops on the way back, sampled excellent local beers and home in time for a couple hours at the pool. Next day we went to Cannon Beach at the state park and were able to fit in snorkeling (purchase a snorkel/mask set outside of park - they charge WAY too much at the little shop). Family attended Holy Week services at nearby church, we completed a puzzle and watched movies. All the perfect blend of adventure and down time together! We are definitely going to make plans to return here! Jerry was super responsive and helpful!

The 3 floor layout offers plenty of space and amenities for everyone to enjoy without feeling cramped. With its modern design and ample privacy, each guest can have their own comfortable retreat while still enjoying the communal space.
One minor detail, increased lighting would surely elevate the rooftop experience for future renters. Thx jerry! Hope to be back soon

This property worked great for us! We have 1 child and went with some friends. Our friends were able to have their own space on the 1st floor and we had ours on the 3rd. The pool was very nice and the entire community was beautiful.

Jerry is a super host and his townhouse is gorgeous. The pictures show exactly how beautiful it is. The upper deck is great for watching stars and it is a lovely unit - clean and modern. Beds also super comfortable. Right by pickleball courts. Walkable location. Pools are warm and pool areas are well maintained and really pretty. Health club is great too. Highly recommend! You will not be disappointed.

Beautiful house. Very clean. Everything was top notch from the towels to the appliances. It was the perfect place for our family to stay. The three floors (plus sunroof) gave us
spaces for privacy and spaces to spend time together. The resort was great and very well maintained. Pools and hot tub were super-clean and spacious. We fished off the pier. We saw a manatee! Thank you so very much for sharing your beautiful home with our family, Jerry!

Jerry’s condo is very spacious, wonderfully furnished, and an excellently equipped kitchen (including a patio gas grill). The pools at the complex are great for relaxing in the sun/shade, and the location of the property is ideal for local restaurants and activities. Jerry is an excellent communicator, providing prompts and accurate answers to all questions. This property is highly recommended for a fun and relaxing time in Key Largo and we look forward to a return visit. Thanks!

We looked at SO MANY places before we chose Jerry's place & we are very happy we did! This is by far the best vacation rental we have ever rented. Very clean & well maintained! Well appointed with everything we needed. A beautiful gift was left to welcome us & our friends. The community is gorgeous! Communication with Jerry was flawless! I cannot say enough good things about this property. The townhome was absolutely gorgeous. The decor was amazing. It was very clean. The check in process and directions were very easy to follow. They provided everything you could ever want in a place to stay. Thr pool was awesome as well. Would highly recommend this property to everyone.

From the moment we walked into the condo, we were happy with the choice we made. The condo was super clean, beautifully decorated, comfortable beds and a great location. There were 2 minor issues, but the owner was super easy to communicate with and very quick to respond. The owner even offered us late checkout, which we didn't need to use. This condo is centrally located to everything in town and great location on the property. I would definitely rebook this property and recommend it to others looking.

Great for 3 couples and baby!
This 3 story condo was absolutely beautiful and perfect for 3 couples and a baby. Each couple had their own private bedroom and bathroom. All the comforts of home were provided by Jerry and Anne in this vacation home, down to the pillows and throws on the couches. The kitchen and bathrooms were very well stocked; much more than you’d expect. The beautiful pool is just a short walk. Our stay was perfect.

Awesome Vacation Home
Our stay in Key Largo was made even better due to the location of where we stayed and how lovely the place was. Jerry does a great job keeping this place updated and clean. It was a perfect location for our family of 5. We never even used the bonus ‘suite’ on the bottom floor as we were perfectly content on the top two floors. It’s also lovely to have such a beautiful pool to use on the grounds as well as the tennis courts. It was quiet and well maintained grounds and easy to find. If we find ourselves in the Keys again, we will no doubt stay here!

Very Nice Property
I stayed over Spring Break with my husband, 10 year old son, and senior mother. The unit was exceptionally clean and very pretty. It would be ideal for multiple families, as there are plenty of good sized bathrooms and multiple levels for escaping each other. The pools on the property are lovely as well. We very much enjoyed spending the day by the pool, looking out over the ocean.
The only thing to consider with the property is that there are a lot of steps, and they are concrete and a little difficult visually to navigate. This could be an issue if you are elderly/have bad knees (or trouble hauling bags upstairs)or if you have small children just walking. It was not an issue for us. There is a bedroom on the bottom level for grandparents, but you still have to go down a set of stairs to get there.
The only downside to the location isn't the property's fault, it's just how Key Largo is.. it's not walkable to restaurants etc. (Key West style) and there isn't a beach on property (but we did drive to a small nearby beach and there are MANY oceanside restaurants a short drive away).
The host was responsive and helpful.

Jerry’s property (709 Mariners Club) checked all the boxes!
Great amenities with well equipped kitchen including basic food supplies (spices, coffee, tea, condiments, etc.). Bathrooms were well supplied with plenty of towels (including pool towels).
The patio was a welcome oasis complete with large umbrella and gas grill. The rooftop deck is a nice plus.
Jerry is super responsive to communication and is most helpful.
Online photos are accurate including the pool and other common features of the resort.
Well located for restaurants and grocery shopping.
A wonderful property that is highly recommended, and looking forward to a return visit.

Absolutely Perfect
This unit was perfect for 3 couples, each bedroom had its own bathroom and there was plenty a space to spread out. We made use of the patio while grilling and rooftop for cocktails. Jerry was an incredible host - very kind and quick to respond. We can’t wait to go back!

Outstanding property in a lovely resort
I highly recommend Jerry and Ann’s property. It was absolutely spotless when we arrived and it is just impeccably decorated. The beds were comfortable, the furnishings felt high end, and there is amazing space for multiple age groups to enjoy time both together and separately. Mariners club is well situated with many things close by and the pool area was large and would rival any resort pool. We very much hope to return. Thank you for sharing your home Jerry and Ann!

WOW! That is my word for this property review! It was everything I had hoped for AND MORE! It was so beautifully laid out, with a nice size " apartment " on the ground floor and the living room and kitchen and dining room were on the 2nd floor. And there was plenty of room for 6 adults AND our 9 year old granddaughter, with room to spare. It was decorated really nicely with a beautiful floor and a kitchen that had everything you needed and lots more. It even has an Espresso maker, coffee, tea .The master bedroom was so spacious and comfortable with an amazing master bath. And the upper deck was a great place to hang out.. Jerry was EXTREMELY accommodating! He was there to answer ANY questions, no matter when you called.. And the grounds were impeccable. 2 heated pools with music playing in the background. The people who worked there were all so nice. It was a vacation I will NEVER forget. Thanx Jerry and Ann! If it wasn't for you, I know we wouldn't have enjoyed it as much.
So THANX! We WILL be returning to Key Largo soon and renting the same place.

Perfect for 3 couples
Very nice condo in safe, quiet, clean & well-maintained area. Was perfect for 3 couples. We each had private bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Large common area with huge TV and very well stocked modern kitchen. We also enjoyed the pickleball court. . Property would be excellent for families as well. Downstairs bedroom is almost like separate unit. Zero entry pool is huge. Would be nice for kids. Only issue we had was needing $55 fee (personal check or money order) at check-in before they'd even let us through security gate. None of our group had a check (and cash/credit card were not accepted). Maybe I missed it ahead of time in the fine print, but I did notice another poster had same issue. Anyway this is more of a heads-up than a complaint. Jerry was extremely helpful and responsive ahead of time with a few of our questions.. Very pleasant & easy to work with.

Great location - perfect for a family or several couples
Awesome condo and great location. The rooftop deck was perfect for sunsets. Impeccably decorated and furnished interior. The kitchen had everything we needed. The roomy bathrooms have shampoo, conditioner, and body wash supplied, which was great since we packed light for an airplane carry-on. We didn't have a chance to use the amenities much due to a cold front, but those amenities would be awesome for friends or family. If you like pickle ball, the courts are right beside the condo. And the owner is very responsive to questions. Trust me - you'll enjoy every minute in this condo.

Great warm weekend getaway
What a beautiful home in a beautiful neighbor with a lot of amenities! The kitchen was very well stocked with almost everything we needed. What we didn't have, we could get with a quick drive to a nearby grocery store. There were plenty of towels, linens, beach towels. The pool was very big so it never felt crowded. The 2 hot tubs were a hit. We felt very safe with 24 hour security. My sons did need to go next door to ask a group to be quiet at around 1:30 in the morning. They quickly obliged. Be aware that the HOA requires a $55 fee (personal check or cashier's check only) for the use of the resort facilities which we didn't know about until we arrived in town. It was in a Mariner's Club registration form that I didn't see until we arrived at the Miami airport. We had to go to the nearby Publix to get a cashier's check. This oversight may have been my error since I'm not great at virtual communication but Jerry was very helpful and answered my questions promptly. The only thing missing that would have made this stay perfect was a beach on site but some things only God can do.

Wonderful Stay
This residence was by far the BEST my family has ever stayed at. The place is modern and beautiful. Everything you need is right there. Jerry is a fantastic host and goes out of his way to help you. The Mariners Club Marina is a perfect place to stay in Key Largo. The heated pool is huge. Just everything about the place is beyond your dreams. I would not hesitate one second renting out this place again.

Wonderful stay
We loved our stay at this condo! We took a trip with 3 couples. The space in the condo was excellent. We had plenty of room and bathrooms for each bedroom. The place was clean and very nicely decorated. Communication with Jerry was easy, he was responsive to any questions or requests. The Mariners club pools were great, really enjoyed the heated salt water pool up by the clubhouse. Would absolutely come back again.
