This is our second time at the property and it was great again! It’s clean, in a great location, and the hosts are easy to communicate with. This is our go to spot when we are going to Myrtle.

Beautiful comfortable condo in Myrtle Beach. Felt like home. Close to everything! We missed where the WiFi password was placed and the owner immediately responded. The WiFi and many other needed info were labeled appropriately throughout the condo. All over had such a great week in part knowing we had such a nice place to stay. Thank you so much!!

Overall this was a good place to say but we did encounter issues which I will list below. I would probably stay here again despite these issues. We didn't receive our check in instructions and had to call multiple times to get ahold of someone to help. Ceiling fan in 2nd bedroom had an inch of dust on it. Both toilet dispensers weren't probably screwed down and secured. My daughter came very close to hitting her eye. One lamp in the main bedroom didn't work. The refrigerator was making an extremely loud noise periodically and also had leaking coming from the top onto the top shelf. On the day before we were supposed to check out our door code stopped working. It didn't take long to resolve but was still an issue. When calling to the property manager we had to always dial the selection that didn't pertain to our actual issue to get someone to answer the phone.

I loved staying in this apartment. Air conditioning was not working. But the owner called me and had someone fix the air conditioning. Thanks to the owner for sending someone to fix the air conditioning as it was very hot. I recommend everyone to spend their holidays or take vacations in this apartment. The condo is very nice and safe. I want to go back again.😍😊

The condo was exactly as described and shown in the pictures. Only thing that wasnt good was the fridge leaked water on the inside. Other then that it was perfect!

We had a great stay! The condo was very clean and made us feel right at home. Everything we needed was there and it was spacious for us 3 adults that stayed. It was also very close to the beach, less than a 10 minute drive if not closer depending on where on the beach you decide to stay. I am very happy with the property and plan to stay there again in the future for my next Myrtle beach visit!

The property was close to all the attractions. I wasn't sent the access code information. I did reach out to customer service and the rep was on it right away. The property owner called me back and gave me the code The unit needed to be dusted and there wasn't adequate toilet paper. Overall, it was a good stay. I would give that place another try.

We enjoyed our stay. It was a perfect area and we enjoyed the outside porch overlooking the pond. The rental experience was very easy. Overall the condo is clean and updated but the area outside the front door walkway needs attention. Fridge def needs attention as it is very loud. However we would stay here again in the future

The two issues we found was that there was no communication on how to get to our rooms prior to checkin. We were waiting 30ish minutes after 4pm to get into our condo. That was a bit ridiculous. But the property manager and owner was very helpful getting what we needed to get in the condo. And two, the beds could be updated, the king bed was super uncomfortable after day 3, advertised as king but it was really two twin mattresses with a divider in the middle. Overall, we got over it quickly because the location, environment, and condo were all outstanding. We will be definitely booking again, we were all pleased.

My family and I stayed at the condo for a few nights after coming back from a cruise. The condo was very clean and spacious. It was well stocked. The location was great and close to a lot of major attractions. I would highly recommend this condo and would definitely stay here again!

the condo is very convenient to Broadway at the Beach the refrigerator was VERY loud and there is no overhead light in the family room the balcony has a nice view of the pond

I truly enjoyed the few days I got to spend in Magnolia Place! It has beautiful landscaping and the neighborhood was amazingly quiet and peaceful.

Family of four stayed for five nights. Location is perfect, so close to everything Myrtle Beach has to offer. The property was quiet and well maintained and the pools were great and hardly anyone in them. The condo was immaculate, well stocked with linens and everything you need for a comfortable stay. We didn’t have to speak to the property manager at all other than to get the keyless entry code and they were very responsive. We loved the overlook of the pond from the balcony, was very serene after hectic days. Would definitely stay here again.

When we entered the condo we were impressed with the flooring and openness of the layout. There was plenty of room for my family to relax and watch TV and enough room at the DR table . The place was clean and tidy, really appreciated the clean bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked for everything we needed to cook along with a coffee maker and washer/dryer. Beds were comfy and there was a TV in each room, bonus! The view from the balcony looked over a small pond and we enjoyed morning coffee on the balcony. Will definitely book this condo again!
