The property was clean, well-furnished and had everything we needed for our five-night stay. The several hours spent simply looking out over the calm waters of Encounter Bay - on one occasion seeing dolphins - was pure joy.

Just myself and 2 dogs for a quick get away. Beautiful place with a small enclosed yard. We loved sitting on the balcony listening to the waves. I took my telescope and watched the seals riding the waves and star gazed at night.

My family used to rent this house years ago every time we would holiday at victor harbor.
This is the first time we have stayed here in years, and it brought back so many happy memories. The house is in the perfect location and renovated beautifully. We can't wait to come back again!

The overall experience was pretty good. Super easy process with good promts coming through on sms and email.
Just needed more than one roll of toilet paper for our duration. Info said there were 3 rolls so we didn't realise we ran out

My stay with my little dog Bella was perfect. The location was great with great walks to be had. It was not hard to fall asleep at night listening to the sounds of the waves. Thank you for a lovely holiday looking forward to a return visit. 😊

Ocean views, cool breezes, uninterrupted sunrises and sunsets. The house was perfectly situated for our stay.
The ease of dealing with the owner/manager Melinda was one of the best I have had.
Clear and consider instructions on how to get there and enter the house. A welcoming text on arrival, a checkin text the following day. Was never intrusive, just a hey if you need, just call.
A nice bottle of wine on arrival with Lindt chocolate to boot.
