The place is in a great location. Nice and relaxing, especially with a view of the lake. Would recommend for anyone staying at Seneca Lake.

Was a great place to escape from a large family gathering. Felt like a weekend at Grandma's.

My friends and I stayed here for a girls weekend Wine trip. The property was adorable. It was cozy and warm, a cute little a frame in the woods. It was easy to find and close to the wineries we were visiting on Seneca Lake. We enjoyed the back room after a day of travel. The kitchen was fully stocked and there were k-cups available. The coffee maker is a dual (traditional pot plus keurig) We would definitely stay again.

Lovely property…had wonderfully peaceful mornings watching the birds right out the window. Everything as advertised. Well equipped and comfortable.

Stayed here with my wife and kids. We absolutely loved it. The house is just far enough off the road to be secluded but close enough to walk to the lake. The house has a old world feeling but with modern amenities. We will definitely visit again.

This is a gorgeous property rental. House has old world charm that is warm and comfortable. The atmosphere is awesome. Home away from home!

We had a family wedding at a winery close to Pat's beautiful house. I had to find a place nice enough to please my sister but also OK for my dogs. This is the place. Rustic but well decorated with antiques - grandfather clock, piano, and lots of old photos. Rosie, Lenny and I took the downstairs room and my sister's family had the upstairs. Perfect. And far enough back from the road that the dogs had plenty of woods to explore. Deck, screened in porch, plenty of dishes and glasses and fresh linens. Tricky to find in the dark so be early! Nice view of the lake and quiet. Absolutely the right choice!

The home was spotless and easily slept 8 people. Host was kind enough to leave cheese and crackers - which was very welcome as we all drove from considerable distance to get to location. Location was lovely - short walk to Lodi Point so we were able to use kayaks and paddleboards, collect stones, small seashells and even some beach glass. Also, right on wine trail so we were able to sip while making smores at the firepit. Short drive to more than 10 waterfalls, so we often hiked during the morning, grabbed lunch then cooled off at the lake in the afternoon or evening. Had a few rainy days/nights, so we borrowed the hosts many games, puzzles and decks of cards for playing on the patio or at large dining table. Kitchen and baths were well equipped and we were able to use brand new washer and dryer! While owner was super responsive to text and phone during our stay, it was very difficult to get answers to emailed questions prior to our stay on the VRBO website. This seems minor in comparison to all the positives of this site. We had an exceptional time!!!

We enjoyed our stay in this wonderful cabin immensely. The property is beautifully maintained. The host provided excellent amenities. The house is centrally located so that it’s easy to enjoy hiking and winery opportunities.

We had a really great time. I booked it for my friend's birthday, and had 2 friends come down to surprise them. We all had a great time and it was so cozy. The bird feeder window is amazing!
