House was as listed, spacious, clean and well equipped with everything we needed. Great location, got to see some beautiful sunsets and the backyard is a huge perk. We all enjoyed it a lot! Will definitely be staying here again.

The accommodations were outstanding! We would definitely rent from this property management company in the future.

We had our 3 sons families (w/ 5 kids 4 and under) and us. 13 people in total. Great house for a large family. The swimming pool was a big hit with the kids and us as well. The game room off the dining area was also a big hit. We walked into town several times (including for HarborFest). Great bakery right down the street (Bunde's). Plenty of room to spread out. We even had a deer visit us every morning and sometimes evening. South Haven has great beaches.

Great home for the family to gather at for a quick weekend!

This house was perfect for our girls weekend getaway. It had all the amenities we wanted and was close to town. We had a lot of fun and loved the area. The only thing that we would suggest would be more towels and trash bags. For a group our size it was not ideal.

We were a group of 15 people (10 adults 5 children) staying from Friday to Friday • Very clean • Centrally located for beach access and walking into town ( longer walk) • Spacious bedrooms • Beautifully landscaped front and back yards. • Everything was as pictured All employees were very kind. • None of the arcade games were powered up. There were no instructions. We spent a long time the first day trying to get everything to work in the game room • The game room is a room off the dining area. It is not in the basement. • There is NO access to the basement or to the garage. Both are locked. • While the upstairs bedrooms are VERY spacious there is not any extra furniture besides a bed and a nightstand. There is ample room for sitting areas which would have been nice for people using those rooms. • Regarding the two bedrooms that are attached. The far bedroom has no closet access(locked) or dresser available. • There are “many” on/off switches. None are labeled and they are all different kinds. Some don’t work. If they were labeled a lot of time would be saved trying to figure them out. • Extra blankets and pillows would have been nice. None provided. • The steamer shower in master, outdoor tv, and fire pit did not work. • We were surprised on Monday when we messaged the office for a needed repair at the house and was told no one was in on Monday so our request went unanswered for the day.
