A great priced villa in a great location. The staff were very attentive. Unfortunately only one of the showers had hot water while we stayed there. The lower bathroom also has an unfortunate smell.

We absolutely loved the villa and how spacious and clean it was. The outside area with the pool was beautiful. The location of the villa within walking distance to the beach and shops/ restaurants was incredible and was closer than we thought it would be. All of the staff were very friendly and welcoming and we would highly recommend this villa as everything was perfect. Thanks so much for giving us a memorable holiday!

Everything was amazing about this villa !! The only thing that I could say is the downstairs bathroom had a really bad smell the whole time we were there.
But the service was amazing and always on top of everything

Lovely villa, tastefully furnished and located in a central location. Quiet area yet a short walk away from a busy street lined with plenty of shops and restaurants.
Property manager was prompt in communication and very helpful.
Highly recommended and would love to stay again on my next visit!

The villa is located close to lots of restaurants and all the shops in Seminyak but isn't directly on a busy street, perfect location. The finishes inside are nice and decor is tastefully done, the pool is great! The staff were very responsive to all of our requests every day and made our stay effortless. The breakfast was very nice too. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the villa for a family looking to relax in quiet and also be close to the action.

Fantastic villa with everything you need. Great location with a small walk to the beach and even closer to the heart of Seminyak. Would highly recommend and would go back.

Was a lovely located property. Nice and close to beach, shops and lots of really good food places. Had some water and electrical issues through our stay, but they were fixed pretty quickly. Rooms lovely and cool, and very spacious. The living room couch wasn’t very comfortable to relax on while watching a movie on the small screen very far away, but we made do. Still a lovely Villa to stay in. Staff were lovely and good with communicating

It is clean, the beds are comfortable. The lounge suite is not. Great pool, and position of villa is excellent. Close to shops, restaurants.
The staff were great. The Villa could use some finishing touches like a coat of paint in some areas. Overall we enjoyed our stay.

This is a good sized property with three large bedrooms. The property is clean and the staff are friendly and do a great job. Pool was great and we arranged a fence with our little kids. The location is great, a short walk to many restaurants and shops, with a large shopping centre less than 10 minutes walk. The decking around the pool does need replacing as it is water damaged in parts, but overall a good place to stay.

The villa was nice and clean, beautifully furnished and beds were comfy. We really enjoyed the pool and garden area which was alot larger and nicer than other similar type villas we have stayed in. Overall great value in a great location only a couple of hundred meters from all the action. Would stay here again for sure.
