Had a great time. Place was clean . Had a few minor problems but called management and they came right out. Location was close the grocery store and many places to eat. Would definitely recommend.

Great for multiple families with children given the easy access to beach. Short distance to grocery stores and churches. Abundant fridge/freezer space. Bathrooms in every bedroom make this house extra-appealing. Kitchen is very well-stocked with everything needed for meal planning.
Eating areas and great room were spacious. Two washers and 2 dryers made laundry days easy.
The option of heating of the pool, in our opinion, was not worth the cost of what is only a marginal rise in temperature.

home was set up well and worked for the 14 of us. The kitchen was well appointed. Beach reality was very helpful, and the few minor things were corrected quickly with a smile. The house was clean. he only drawback to this property was the very difficult climb off the beach to the stairs. I would compare this to to an oceanside home with short access to beach. the ocean is visible from the third floor but the beach was not.

Location is excellent. Near supermarket and stores. House is very well appointed, kitchen is well stocked. Bedrooms were comfortable and met our needs. We especially liked the cabana at pool. Decks had comfortable furniture. Beach Realty was a pleasure to work with, very responsive to our needs and was great with communication.

It was a great experience for the family and me. First time in Nags Head and won't be the last.Great location for all the activities - beach, pool, shopping and other activities.

Everything went so well. We loved the house, although the dunes interfered with our view of the beach from the top floor deck. The house was great but we suggest new mattresses!! And felt pads on legs of the kitchen table chairs! Other than that, all was great! We would definitely book through Verb and Beach Realty again.

My family and I had a wonderful stay. We had a group of 6 adults and 1 child and the house was absolutely perfect. The elevator worked great for my handicapped aunt. The house was super clean and had every cooking utensil you could need. We made some elaborate dinners. The house is in the center of everything-restaurants and grocery stores and things to do around town. Overall we loved our experience there!

clean and kitchen well stocked with cooking supplies. Pool not open( homes on either side of this rental had people enjoying their pools) but fireplace not available either. Not sure if owners couldn't decide what season it was so we did not get amenities for either.
