Very clean house in good location, large and everything is there you need. Easy and worryfree stay 5min from downtown Duluth.

Had a nice stay for a hockey tournament. Very clean and perfect for our group.

We had a nordic ski race at Spirit Mountain. It was a short and easy drive to get there. We were pleasantly surprised by how many good restaurants were within a 10 minute drive (both in Superior and Duluth). The house was as described. The kitchen was good, the beds were comfortable. Having only one bathroom on the main level was a little tight for our group but we knew it going in. We forgot to take towels so had to purchase some for our stay.

This is a cute home what was just what we needed for some relaxing family time. And it was not a far drive to some sightseeing locations. House was clean and had all of the essentials you need to just walk right in and make yourself at home. We were even able to do laundry and make full meals for the whole family. The space was amazing. Room for everyone to sit and watch a movie and relax. The owners were very friendly and had great communication with us and quickly answered any questions we had. Thanks for offering such a great place! We will definitely book again when we are in the area!

A little more attention to detail for a property at this rate. Some things not working-needed adjustment, some areas dusty, some cleaning steps cut a little short. I’m betting the management company hired to clean and repair the place is cutting some corners. Contact was helpful and answered phone quickly.

This was a nice quaint neighborhood! There was plenty of room for our family of 6. The washer and dryer was down stairs so it didn't keep us up. We were visiting family in Duluth, so a few minutes over the bridge was all it took. The only thing, and this is just preference, was the mattresses were soft and I prefer firm. It wouldn't stop me from staying here again!

We really enjoyed our stay, here. It's a very clean house in a quiet neighborhood.
