Overall good location and condo was exactly as advertised with a great view of the gulf. Only downside was that one of the elevators was not working and the others were very slow. We definitely enjoyed our stay.

Clean and nice

Beautiful location on the beach. Couple of minutes only to walk to a wonderful beach with soft white sand. Plenty of beach related items in the unit. Close proximity to great restaurant's and shopping at Johns Pass. It was a family reunion and Mothers Day celebration. Everyone loved it. Condo, beaches, and a real nice pool and jacuzzi. Staff was engaging and quite friendly and warm. Overall no complaints about anything.👍😁

We had a great time! Their was only minor issues with the floor being a bit dirty for the baby. I messaged them and got a quick response so they knew for the future. I appreciated that greatly. Our family greatly enjoyed our stay here. We were able to comfortably sleep our family of 5. There were beach chairs, umbrella, sand toys and a small cooler in the closet that were greatly appreciated. Internet was a little spotty but we overall had no issues, we aren’t there to watch tv. The sunsets were perfect! We would definitely go back. Thank you!

We stayed at Sunset Vistas in March and had a great time! The property is well appointed and has many amenities including a fitness room, cafe and bar. The kids enjoyed the pool and the beach each day. They really liked the big deck boxes that had pool/beach toys and even chairs sometimes for all guests to use and share. The pool was typically crowded and if you didn't get down there right away in the morning to reserve some chairs, there were none available until the evening. We usually brought our own chairs. Elevators in the building are slow- we are a young family so we took their stairs many times to avoid the wait for an elevator. Our suite was pretty much as pictured. It was clean and we had a nice view of the beach. The condo is showing some wear and tear and could probably use a paint job but it didn't affect our stay. The flooring looks new and the beds were very comfortable. I would definitely recommend this condo and property to couples and families! Thanks for a great vacation!

4 friends between 29 and 45 stayed and had a great time! Clean and as expected based on description. Love how easy check in is. Really nice to have the tiki bar and cafe too! Would absolutely stay again with friends or family.

My husband and I stayed at this condo for 14 days. It was our second trip to Sunset Vistas, but first with this rental. The unit was clean and well kept. The check in information was thorough and timely. I was also impressed that we were contacted by text upon arrival asking if we had any concerns or questions. Our questions were answered promptly. Plan to visit again!

Great location, but I wish the property was a little more updated. Having beach chairs was great, wish they provided a cooler. Beds were super comfortable and great views.

Very nice to be here. Accommodations are comfortable and we loved being by the pool and walking the beach. We come to Florida to see the water and were pleased with the view. The cable connection was a disaster with no channel guide. Hope you do rectify this as it was the talk of other frustrated guests.

This our second stay at Sunset Vistas but first time booking through VRBO. We loved the view from our balcony, the comfy beds and couch, and the rectangular dinner table was perfect for playing board games on a rainy day. Our TV broke the first day and the owner responded quickly and had it replaced the next day. Would highly recommend this unit.

Fantastic stay and the room was awesome! Pool was crowded but was expected. The beach was great! Lots of food choices. Seadog was great. Highly recommend the grouper. Delosas pizza was great as usual. Good time had by all! We never needed any assistance but a number is provided if you need to reach out.

Enjoyed our stay at this location. Everything was great from the area to the property and grounds. Alot to offer for all ages. Will definitely be going back sometime soon.

I stayed at the Sunset Vista’s growing up and I was excited to have my own husband and kids stay there finally! The condo was well stocked and had just about everything you needed. The view was amazing, as expected. The owner was very communicative. The beds were super comfortable. Usually we have issues with rock hard beds, but these were really nice. The only thing, and I’m not going to fault the owner for this is the terrible wifi. This is the first condo I’ve ever stayed at that didn’t have its own router in the room. We had to use the one from the actual condo that is shared with everyone else. It was so, so slow. It caused the TV signal to go out several times and with two toddlers, it wasn’t fun. I couldn’t get my phone to connect at all the entire time. That was the only negative though.

We’ve stayed at Sunset Vistas many times and have come to expect above average accommodations. We were not disappointed with our stay this year.

Loved the location! Beach side bar. 2 pools. 1 of them is a 0-depth for toddlers. Beach is great. Loved our time!

This place is absolutely wonderful. Great view, home comforts and enough space for us to navigate around. I have small kids and my mother in law and a hotel room is just not an option for us. The beach access is great, the pool is decent and there's a little bar.. win for us all. That being said, I can't give it a full 5 stars and here's why... As a mom, security is pretty important and the master bedroom slider was broken. The locking mechanism wasn't working so we had to wedge something to make sure it wouldn't budge. The biggest one is the wireless service in the unit. There is wifi throughout the complex, but not one dedicated in the unit. There are thousands of people using it so everything is slow/delayed. There is no streaming available and no internet access at all. There were times were we couldn't watch TV at all because the tvs are a smart Roku TV but nothing would connect (basic tv channels). We tried to connect to our netflix and other services but it's not an option. There is a dvd player (not blu-ray), but no DVD's. There is a place where you can get free dvds that was in the information packet, but I have kids... they're not going to wait. That was a big thing for us. If you're an adult renting and you want to unplug, then you probably wouldn't be bugged to much by it. But at 7:30 am when my kids are asking for a cartoon and there's nothing that I can do about it and they start screaming, it's definitely something that I consider a necessity more than a

This was the perfect unit for us - well appointed (even with beach chairs, towels and beach toys), very well located and the property manager was very responsive! Couldn't get over how many people were around, but couldn't hear a thing in our unit. We would totally stay here again! Thank you for a great stay!

Only thing that we didn’t like is the black mold on the master bathroom shower curtain. Needs replaced. Otherwise, we loved the condo, the location, and the accommodations!

The condo looks as described. The best are average comfortability. The condo was not clean to our standards. I found trash in one of the bedrooms, I needed to sweep the floors when we arrived, and one of the pans still had food residue on it when we went to use it. Some of the positives is the location, the balcony, and the beach gear was a nice plus.

Condo is in a great location. Beach is lovely and beach toys provided was appreciated by my 6 year old nephew! Pool on site was great option as red tide was present in the ocean. Great kitchen space & Publix close by for shopping. Assigned parking a plus as it’s pretty full on the weekend! Ice cream shack next door is yummy. Check in and check out procedures a breeze! Beautiful space, plenty of room for our family of 5. Easy beach access and the kids loved the large pool and hot tub. Great communication, despite some hiccups with check-in everything was handled professionally, and the family agrees: we’ll be back!

Place was as advertised. The location was great with easy access to the pool and beach. There were beach chairs as an added perk. Easy to deal with. We will definitely book again if available.

This was our first time in the Treasure Island area and we loved it. The condo was exactly as described on the website. The common areas around the condo were so beautiful and everyone at the facility was so super nice. Communication with property management was super easy and we were able to check-in early. There is so much to do around the area and we had such a good time. Will definitely be back.
