This property was absolute perfection! The home was in the perfect location - close to downtown Napa, and the wineries. This house was spotless, comfortable, and very homey! Our family had the best time and we hope to return soon!

We had a great time staying at this home. The back yard was wonderful, and we enjoyed the hot tub. It was a great location for exploring Napa and Sonoma, and the neighborhood was very nice and quiet. We appreciated the extra towels for the hot tub, and coffee filters, etc. We also appreciated seating for 6 in the kitchen, living room and on the patio. The owners could improve this home by doing some additional maintenance, cleaning and adding some additional items to the kitchen: 1). Floors under beds and couches were dirty, and spilled snack food was under the couch. Cleaning team needs to do a better job cleaning. 2). Patio table was rickety and screws need to be tightened or table should be replaced. 3). Owners should make sure property managers/cleaners insure that grill is cleaned properly between renters and that the grease tray is emptied. This is a common issue in rentals and is a fire hazard. 4). Owners should include additional items in kitchen for those not eating out every evening. There were no measuring cups for dry ingredients or liquids, no mixer, no crockpot, no large rimmed pans for roasting veggies, and minimal storage containers. These are basic items in all rentals that were missing in this rental. I left feedback directly to the property management team before we left the property, but there was no acknowledgement from the PM team. Would definitely consider staying here again if these small improvements/additions were made.

Very clean house - good location, quiet neighborhood. No complaints!

We had a family wedding to attend in Napa and felt like it was best to get a house so we could all stay together. The neighborhood is very pleasant and quiet. No trouble sleeping! The beds were comfortable. We unfortunately were not able to spend time in the yard or hot tub due to all the activities we had but it was private and would have been lovely to hang out. We had one problem while we were there and the property manager was quickly in contact with us and solving it.

Was just perfect. There were 4 of us. Plenty of room and amenities. We all wished we had one more day to stay and just enjoy the house and Napa.

Our group enjoyed our stay at this home! The bedrooms were cozy with very comfortable beds and good closets. One large full bathroom was good to share, and the other full bathroom was a smaller en-suite. Kitchen and living room/dining area was a great common space with comfy chairs and great pillows / throw blankets. Backyard is cute and quiet, hot tub a nice bonus! Kitchen was pretty well stocked with pots and pans and cooking tools. Wifi worked well, and the Roku tv with streaming accounts made for a nice movie night.

Tastefully decorated, fully equipped, sparkly clean and frankly one of the best Rentals we have experienced to date. Also went for walks and runs through the surrounding neighborhoods and it was safe and quiet. Highly recommend!

The owners were extremely attentive and helpful before, during and after our stay. The house was ideally located minutes from Napa Main st and close shops and wineries. The house itself was very clean, fully equipped with kitchenware and very nicely decorated. The rooms were spacious and bathrooms were also clean and fully stocked. We used the BBQ and deck. We even took turns using the office shed outside. Neighbors were nice, no issues whatsoever. We did not use the hot tub but looked like it was in good condition. We would definitely rent again.
