Check in was easy… house was very clean. Amenities offered were excellent. The only concern that I had was ..the house and linens smelled of weed. When we opened the front door, it was very noticeable. Each day got better but there was still a hint when we left. Just wanted to make sure you all knew. Thanks

We had a great 4-night, 5-day stay in this house for our golfing trip! Our flights arrived in the late morning to PHX and the host graciously allowed us to check into the home a couple of hours early at no charge. It was just a short drive from the airport and easy to get to. Great kitchen with a huge island, large refrigerator and plenty of space. Bedrooms were a good size and we all thought that the beds were very comfortable. The bathrooms were nicely tiled and supplied with brand new towels and washcloths. The backyard and pool were fantastic and when we weren't golfing we spent a lot of time out there. Plenty of pool towels were supplied also. The communication before and after our rental was perfect. Check-in/out procedures were very easy and well communicated. We come to the area yearly for golf and would definitely stay here again as it fit our needs perfectly and was just a short drive to many of the golf courses that we like to play.

Everything about this house was perfect! The pool was warm and perfect, no hovering owners (we didn’t even see them 😁), the place was clean, and we had everything we needed for the week. Thanks!

We would be back again

The property was clean and well kept up. We had a couple minor issues and the property owner was responsive and took care of it quickly. We would use this property again.

It’s a nice size house for all 13 or 14 of us. It has a huge countertop to hang out and eat and chat while the other girls who likes to cook cooks. The seat is just uncomfortable it puts on grill marks on our tushies. Ac is good it keeps us cool and the pool is nice. Overall the space is great for all of us. Neighbors are nice when I jogged around the block in the morning.
