I like the property because ice been staying here for over ten years.

The front desk harassed me about my extended stay and charge way more for my second day. I originally booked for one day and decided I’d stay one more day. I went through booking.com. I called the front desk and said I’d stay another day. well they charged me way more than the first day and they called over and over and over until I came down to pay. they refused to charge the same card I used the first time. it was very annoying since I wanted to sleep in

Peacefulness, Breakfast was good, staff was really nice. Even under construction it was a good stay. Had no problem getting clean towels.

A lil dusty in room.

I liked that you had blackout curtains. It exceeded my expectations :) The room could be as dark as I wanted to.

The only thing I didn't like is that the rooms could be more sound proof. I could hear a lot of what was going on in other rooms.

The room decor was fine as was the layout. The location was good for my stay.

The bathroom was in need of professional remodeling. It appeared that one or two tiles on the outside of the shower had been poorly replaced. There was a very poor caulking job done on the base of the door to the bathroom. The tile grout was very dirty on the bathroom floor-if you can't clean it, you might as well just put in vinyl which can at least be cleaned. The main room was very dark. The lighting needs much improvement. It was almost impossible to read. The lobby was a mess due to construction, but at least progress is being made. I found the bed to be uncomfortable. It seemed very hard as did the pillows. I slept very little as a result. I try to stay at Hilton properties because they are usually very good. This was the exception. I hope they can straighten things out.

On check-in I was not told that I had to request that the room be serviced. On the day we checked in there was no bars of soap in the bathroom. One day 2, I went down to request new towels - this was when I was told about the new room servicing schedule.
