Large family vacation with kids ages 2 to 13 and seven adults. We enjoyed our stay! Highlights: - Lots of room for kids to run around - Everything was exceptionally clean - Check-in/out was a breeze - Pool access right next door with child-lock fence, so we weren’t always worrying if someone left a side door open - Two sets of washers/dryers - Lots of kitchen supplies - Well supplied with toiletries - Ten minutes from the strip Considerations: - Some things could use some TLC (front step was a little wobbly, odd leak from the gutter by back patio, dishwasher was clunky) - You will need to drive trash to a large dumpster a block away All-in-all, it was a wonderful home and would stay here again!

We have a large family, but have managed to get together each summer for the last 19 years. Generally we look for a large house with access to swimming and enough features in the Home for games and cooking. The Chateau Mountain Manor by Beth’s Breakaways was absolutely the best we’ve stayed at. It was the First place where, on the last day Of the start, my kids all asked could we stay here next year. The House was beautiful, spacious and every bedroom has its own bathroom. The kitchen facilities included 2 refrigerators and was more cabinet space than we could use. The online Guide To the house that Beth sent us was by far the most complete and most professional one I’d seen. Interaction with Beth, Christie and the crew was superb. I stupidly set off the smoke alarm frying French Toast without using the exhaust fan, and friendly Beth calmly walked me through the reset process. We were missing one of the billiard balls and Beth herself immediately drove over to deliver it. (We actually found the ball, apparently hidden by a previous guest, but not in time to let Beth know not to come) Anyway, I hope I’ve made it clear how much we enjoyed our stay and appreciated Beth’s service.

The place fit our family of 20. It was in a quiet location that was close to Branson. We wish more double or queen beds were available instead of trundle beds to accommodate older teens and young adults.

The manor was as advertised. Great views from atop the ridge. We enjoyed s’mores at the fire pit all 18 of us had plenty of space. The pool next to the home made it so easy to come and go. We felt at home and were in a great location to do it all.

This could not have been any better was there 5 days and still got lost inside. It was spacious inside and out. Beth was great to work with and we hope to come back for a family reunion again 18 of us and had more than enough room. Thank you Beth and home owner it was perfect.

If you are looking for a huge place with lots of room...this is the place! PLENTY of space everywhere for everyone! The only issue we had the whole time was handled promptly and happily! We would recommend this place highly!

Great experience!

This wonderful 5500 sq. ft. house checked all the boxes for our family group! Location was perfect Floorplan and room sizes were perfect Amenities were perfect Cleanliness was perfect Our group varied in ages from 1 year to 78 years old and everything more than met our expectation. Beth and her staff were extremely responsive to make our stay enjoyable so we could have some great family time together. In 20 years of coming to Branson for a family holiday this year was without a question the best!

Their were a total of 16 of us with only one 16 year old. The home was spacious and everyone had their own space when needed. Game rooms were a plus which everyone enjoyed. Kitchen was fully stocked and large. Overall, just a blessing to be all together.

This was the perfect house for our family getaway. It had lots of space and activities. We enjoyed the kitchen the most- large enough for cooking in and playing games together. The screened porch and lake views were an extra bonus.

We loved this home. 7 bedrooms with king beds, most with additional day beds, & 2 kids rooms. Upstairs and downstairs laundry. Games & activities inside & multiple outdoor spaces. It was wonderful to be together as a family and also have room to be apart. We'd love to be back next year.

Awesome place for a family reunion!

Beth was amazing. She quickly responded to any of my text/messages within minutes. The lake views from the house and the location were spot on. The house was more than big enough for my family of 11. The only issue that we had was the tv connection as the wireless signal was not strong enough for all of the tvs to stream; however the cable tv in the room that my daughters were in was perfect and we were not there to watch tv. Also when I told Beth she responded quickly and was willing to send some one out to look at it so it did not ruin our stay. We will be back again for sure to make more memories. Thanks for being amazing Beth!

We loved the house and the fact that each bedroom had its own bathroom. Lots of king size beds was a bonus. We were saddened to see the mass development around the house. Some hedges to block some of that would be nice. Adding more supplies to the kitchen like baggies or storage containers, foil, some kleenex and better utensils (I think there were issues with a spatula). An upgrade on toilet paper would be nice too. Hot tub was nice though the circuit breaker tripped several times. Cornhole was fun, the deck was great. The night we were going to have a fire outside and grill burgers, it rained. Loved how big and spacious everything was. Plenty of room for the 13 of us that stayed.

One of the best place we stayed at esp with many kids we had. We combine 3 family and it was the perfect fitting. The kids had sooo much fun. They dont want To leave. Beautiful home, even i fell in love with the house myself.

We had a wonderful week long stay. Loved the space to spread out. Nice deck with a view. All kiddos and adults had fun, playing in the pool next door, pool table, shuffle board, air hockey and all. Very nice and clean, and appreciate having great communication with Beth!! The upper floor A/C wasn't working when we arrived and Beth had maintenance on it ASAP. He was a pleasure and very nice and fixed it up in no time. Very close by to many attractions. Had Pizza Ranch deliver via door dash...it was very yummy.

We could not have asked for a better experience! Beautiful house with wonderful views. Our family enjoyed the pool options (including indoor) as well as the hot tub! Hope to come back again in the future!

Family in town for large wedding in Branson. Fantastic accommodations at this beautiful home. Everyone asked when we're coming back again. Lots of space to relax and unwind. Perfect for larger families.

Great place for a family gathering

After a bit of a rocky start, neighborhood electricity out due to thunderstorm, the rest of the weekend was great! Beth was fabulous to keep in touch and keep the electric company working for us! Our family was gathered to celebrate a 50th wedding anniversary and the house fit us perfectly! There was room for everyone and having a pool table and game room was perfect! We will stay here again or any of her other properties!
