This property was paradise for my large family. Amazing photos but even better in person. Plenty of excursions and activities to take part in but we never wanted to leave the house.. we had everything we needed without leaving. We had never been to Destin, but will definitely be going back!

It was amazing. The house was fantastic! and the private pool was a great size for our large family of 31. It was our first time to stay in a house all together and this house was spacious with a very large kitchen, living, and dining area for our family meals! The weather was fabulous and beach only a short walk! We loved it!

As a large family, we found this house to be perfect for accommodating everyone comfortably. It was clean, well-equipped with everything needed for a beach trip, and the pool was fantastic for days when we didn't feel like going to the beach. We highly recommend this home.

The house is absolutely amazing! I bring in 10 pastors for training, everyone has their own bedroom and bathroom. It has an amazing pool and hot tub. I can’t find another house as nice anywhere

Home was beautiful and just like the pictures.
Had very high winds one evening and maintenance came around next day to check on us and the home. The home was clean upon arrival. Kitchen stocked with all appliances and dishes. Would lease again.

Before arriving for our stay, the communication with property management was timely and proactive. We arrived a bit early into Destin and while we shopping, we received a message that house was ready and we could check in a little earlier than expected. Which allowed us to unload our vehicle and head back out to finish picking up supplies. Upon entering the home, the house was immaculate. The bed linens were clean. All the appliances were functional and clean. This was an added bonus because we have stayed in other homes in Destin that did not meet this standard. Our guest list included about 30 adults and there was beds to accommodate the entire party. The neighborhood was relatively quiet and its proximity to the beach was ideal. We had access to rather large golf carts to accommodate our large party but due to beach proximity, a large portion of our party walked to the beach. There was plenty of functional space within the home which we utilized. The kitchen was a nice size with plenty of cabinets, closet, and refrigerator space. We brought a chef in, and she and her team enjoyed using the kitchen. Wifi was reliable and easy to access. The checkout process was simple and straightforward. We would definitely recommend this property and stay again.

This place is simply amazing!! The hottub and pool make a vacation worth while!!! Not only is the place itself absolutely stunning, it's fully stocked with plenty of towels and all the necessities thats required to have a great stay. I would recommend this location 10 of 10 times. I look forward to staying here again in August!!!

Our week in Destin at the Sapphire Shores was our first attempt at gathering for a four-generation family vacation. The property was absolutely perfect for our needs. Everyone, all 25, had a great time. Many wonderful memories were made, including my granddaughter becoming engaged on the beach. The week was such a great success, that we are returning next year.

The house was beyond what we dreamt it would be! From the moment we walked into the home it was breathtaking! The pictures do not do the home any justice. It far exceeds what you think it would be. Very clean, great amenities, very nice pool, and the staff was very welcoming and friendly. We are certainly booking again!

I was tasked with organizing a joint family vacation with both my and my wife's family and so we got two houses, Sapphire Shores and Dolphin Dreams only one street over. Sapphire Shores came with two golf carts which was perfect for carting people back and forth to each house, although Sapphire Shores was the main house for everyone. It was more than enough space and even with all of our family hanging out in the house during the afternoons and evenings, it still felt spacious. I'm big on home cooking and this kitchen was amazing complete with almost any tool you might need to get the job done when cooking for so many people.
The team at Destin Dreamers were incredibly responsive to any needs, maintenance or questions we had during our stay and the whole process was so smooth and easy from booking to checking out.
It was a magical vacation for everyone and we can't wait for the next trip to Destin. We will certainly be staying with Destin Dreamers again!

We reserved this home for our annual girls trip. The home is incredible and exactly as the pictures on VRBO showed. Plenty of room for 20 women to enjoy their stay. This home is a block away from the beach. Our group enjoyed all of the amenities that come with this home.

Thank you for a wonderful stay! We hosted a retreat for 30 women from around the country and the space this house provided was incredible. The pictures online definitely held up to the true in person beauty. We had a few hiccups at the house and Destin Dreamers was very quick to send out a tech to resolve issues. Being 2 blocks from the beach and having two golf carts were perfection, as well!

We had 22 family members and room to spare. The pool was excellent for kids and adults. The kitchen and living area was big and perfect for cooking and hanging out together. We were concerned that it would not be as fun since it isn't on the beach, but we ended up staying in the house and pool most of the time which was so much fun. The beach is super close and easily accessible if you wanted to spend your time there. Plenty of entertainment to keep the kids busy and happy. Communication was excellent and attentive. Would absolutely recommend this house and Destin Dreamers. If we do another trip to the area, we will definitely stay here again.

Our family- ranging from 18 months to 79 yrs- had a wonderful time staying at Sapphire Shores. The accommodations were wonderful, great pool and location. The staff was easily accessible for needed repairs. The beach towels and sand toys were so appreciated! We also enjoyed the golf carts. The location to the beach made multiple trips daily quite easy! I would highly recommend this property.

We stayed at Sapphire Shores the week before Christmas and checked out on Christmas Eve. Destin Dreamers, the property manager was very responsive when asking questions about the property and suggested things to do in the winter in Destin. The house is beautifully decorated and very spacious! A highlight for our family was the amazing kitchen and living space where there was plenty of room to hang-out, cook together, eat as a family, and play games. The hot tub and pool area were great and even though the temperature was unseasonably cold, we were still able to enjoy the outside amenities. I would recommend this house for all ages. We had 5 Grandparents all over the age of 70 and the elevator came in handy when moving from floor to floor. Not to mention, it made loading and unloading tolerable as the gazillion stairs would have been hard. The location is perfect with just a short walk to the beach and centrally located to many shopping areas, restaurants, and activities. We were able to use the golf carts a few times at the beginning of the week but then it became too cold. Out family enjoyed our stay and will definitely be coming back to Destin in the summer months!

We had an unbelievable stay. The property was fantastic. Finishes were great. The only reason I did not give it truly five stars is that the lights for the pool were not working, which was a big mess based on how beautiful the backyard is but other than that we had no issues at all would definitely consider staying at this property again, and it truly does sleep the amount of people that it states the place is immaculate and huge

We are 24 friends and family staying with us for our small wedding. Ranging in ages from 18 months to 85 years old. Beach only a block and a half away. Made it perfect for a wedding on the beach. The golf carts were perfect. Management was quick to respond for any questions or needs. We would definitely rent again.!

My husband and I came down to renew our wedding vows with our friends and family. Wow what a magical time!
From the moment we walked in we were in heaven. We’ve stayed at many other places and this by far surpassed anywhere we’ve stayed. The home was truly the most incredible place we’ve ever stayed that wasn’t a resort.

This house is new and beautiful, its nicely located close to the beach walking distance also comes with 2 golf carts! this place is huge and perfect for big families and the pool and hot tub is awesome, would stay here again in coming years! Excellent service provided by the agency smooth check in and check out process.

Absolutely great house!!! It was my fiancé and I 50th 3-day birthday event. We invited a select group of family and close friends. Everyone ABSOLUTELY LOVED the house. The house was more beautiful than expected and much bigger than I expected. Very spacious. It was clean and well maintained. It was accommodated with everything you can imagine, disinfectant, clothes detergent, bath towels, body wash, hand soap, toilet paper, pots, plates, wine glasses, utensils, slow cookers, baking equipment, card games, board games, etc... I brought my own thinking the house would have only a minimal amount of supplies and equipment, but I didn't need to use anything I brought. The management responded immediately when I thought something was wrong with the garbage disposal and nothing turned out to be wrong. Great location. Again, awesome house but best to go in the summer months to really enjoy the pool and beach. I am in the midst of planning a summer trip and want this exact same house. It's worth the price. Missie

We stayed at Sapphire Shores for 18 days from Nov 19- Dec 6th. We had the whole family come to Destin for the Thanksgiving holiday. The home was wonderfully decorated, well taken care of and well deserving of praise. We had over 18 people in the home and everyone enjoyed themselves. The home could have easily fit over 30 people. We were able to fit all 18 of us at the large dining room table for family meals. The conversations were wonderful and the large kitchen made meal preparations easy and enjoyable.
The kids especially enjoyed the heated pool and game room. My daughters loved the bunk rooms. Destin Dreamers checked in to make sure our stay was wonderful. The two included golf carts made it easy for the family to get around even though we were only a few hundred feet from the beach.
Overall, this was an enjoyable trip and the home is beautiful. We could not have asked for a better place. We will definitely be back soon and will make this an annual event.

This house was absolutely amazing! All the rooms were spacious & beautifully decorated. We had a large group, over 25 people & everyone was comfortably situated. The kitchen, dining area & living room were big enough for all of us to enjoy breakfast & time together. The private pool was so much fun for everyone, especially after the beach. Which is only a short walk away from the house. And if you don't feel like walking, you can use one of the two golf carts! The houses location is also a short drive away from so many restaurants & shops. We would love to stay here again for future trips!

We are very pleased with this home! Everyone in our group was satisfied and amazed with this house! The kitchen is huge very easy to cook in, had all the utensils we needed. Loved the dining table it fit all of the adults perfectly. Staying at this home we did not need to go out anywhere for attractions because it has a large pool, ping pong table, pool table, arcade system and two golf carts to explore Destin. Everyone was definitely kept busy with all that this home offered for us. Also the beach was walking distance perfect with kids! The management team made our stay perfect!

A wonderful family reunion getaway
In total there were 28 members of the family with ages 11 months to 68.
The house is modern, clean & well appointed.
The location is excellent, with a very short walk to the beach and plenty of nearby restaurants and grocery stores.
Camilles bistro style restaurant was a very short walk.
The two electric golf carts were a huge hit and we visited the rooftop bar at the Henderson Resort often! (Also very closeby)
We had minimal issues with any of the appliances etc.
Whatever issues we did have were remedied in a timely manner.
Plenty of space and an immense backyard pool made for a memorable family getaway.
I would definitely recommend this place!

Absolutely fabulous! Room for all 38 of us to find a quiet corner or be a group in the pool or at the beach. Golf carts took us everywhere close by. Amazing kitchen space let us cook for everyone with great counter space and accouterments.

Incredible Property
Chris and the Destin Dreamers management team made sure our stay was perfect. There was 1 hiccup around the Hot Tub Heat and they solved it. That's all that anyone can ask. I only even mention it to give confidence that if a challenge arises, and sometimes they do, then this team will make it right. They even visited the home to ensure our stay was excellent. Top Home - Top Service - Excellent Location. Can't go wrong with this one!
