We loved staying at Julie and Parry's studio home! Absolutely gorgeous view, perfect accomodations for us two seniors. We had everything we needed and with a surprise snowfall, Parry was quick to plow so we could travel on. We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We’ve stayed in countless hotels, bnb’s, VRBO’s and this one is by far our most favorite for a nice quiet cozy getaway. Would 100% recommend!

Clean and spacious

We had an amazing time at the studio! It was so homey and had everything we needed! I was in love with the unique windows and the view from the patio! We saw deer and a family of javelina.The WiFi was spotty like others mentioned but understandable with the location. But who needs WiFi with that patio! We met the host, Perry and he was just awesome! We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely go back. Jim and Georgia

I absolutely loved staying in this little hideaway. It was perfect to escape the Phoenix heat and relax. The studio was more spacious than I anticipated. It’s a little guest house that is separate from the main house and very private. It has a beautiful balcony with a stunning view. I felt very safe walking around the neighborhood with my little pup. Even though it feels tucked away, it’s only about a 10-15 minute drive to downtown Prescott/Whiskey Row. I can’t say enough good things and I will definitely be back!

The house was well-appointed, well-decorated and well supplied. The host checked with us each day to make sure things were as we would want them. When he and his wife went to church on Sunday, they invited us to use their hot tub in their absence. It being 97 degrees, we passed, but it was a gracious offer. Unqualified recommendation. I will book again when i next go back to Flagstaff.

This property is exceptional. In a beautiful neighborhood, but is very private and quiet. Hosts are very kind. It was very well appointed and clean. A few minor points would be to have cleaners dust and vacuum cobwebs on interior and exterior, replace cushions on chairs on deck & sharpen Kitchen knives and replace bottle opener that was rusted. Also, more explanation of how to operate TV etc, with the 4 remotes. These are very little things, and we fully enjoyed our stay.

Came to visit my son in college. This cottage was the perfect place. It is actually very convenient to most of Prescott (12 min to ERAU, 6 minutes to Walmart and groceries) It is very secluded and quiet. Perfect place to stargaze. Zero light pollution. The views from the deck are stunning. Amenities were perfect. My stay included 85 degree days AND 25 degree nights. Cottage always stayed comfortable. Perfect spot for a couples weekend or single stay where you want some privacy.

I needed a place to clear my head and relax. This place was perfect.

Beautiful view, very clean. Excellent!

My husband and I were there for four nights and it was perfect for what we wanted. The space is roomy and everything was clean. The bed was comfy and the kitchen well appointed. It was also warm and very quiet. There are great views through all of the windows and the neighborhood has lots of terrain for walking. The location was a 10-12 minute drive to downtown and Whiskey Row with a grocery store and restaurants even closer. The owner introduced himself on our first day there and made sure we had everything we needed and to let him know if we needed anything else. We have put it on our "return to" list next time we visit Prescott :)

The view off the porch is worth the stay and the fireplace made it cozy at night. The Hoddons were a sweet couple available for our questions. We would highly recommend this property…just not on the dates we want to go back!

When the area received snow, we chose to stay inside for the day. Being able to enjoy the incredible view from the large windows was so much better than being stuck in a motel room. Lots of turns to get to house but worth it for the seclusion and view. Still close enough to town and major roads to get around easily.

Charming studio with a balcony and fantastic view of Thumb Butte. Super close to my sister's home. We hope to stay again in the future!

What a wonderful vacation retreat and a great place for peace and quiet. The windows, the sunlight, and the deck exemplified the amazing views. Every little detail inside was charming. The hosts offered amazing hospitality and were not intrusive. It felt like a retreat, yet a home away from home. The location is amazing- it's in a great community which feels set apart, but is still close to the city. I would definitely stay here again and am so appreciative of the owners offering this beautiful gem as a retreat for others to enjoy.

Nice studio with plenty of mountain biking and hiking trails close by. You feel like you're in the middle of the forest but town is within minutes. Owners were great and checked in to make sure all was well. Great place that we plan on returning to.

We enjoyed our stay immensely. The owners Perry and Jen were welcoming and sweet. The view was spectacular and wildlife was in abundance. This is a place I would recommend and we hope to return someday!

This is a great place to stay, close to the metro Phoenix area.

Property was very relaxing to stay at. Beautiful views, allowance for pets, and just a laid back vide to the place allowing a person and their family to relax and enjoy their time away. Would recommend to individuals staying with pets.

Had a great time in Prescott and the property was very nice, with an accurate online listing. The only issue we had was internet connection/cell service so we had to put our work away while on the trip. The owners were onsite and responsive.

This house is exactly what I hope to own one day, only in a cooler climate, and maybe with a shower door placed on the right side instead of left of the bathroom wall so it’s not behind the RR door. The house is beautifully built—all the featured were carefully considered (beautiful, wooden, built-in sliding screen doors, for instance). It is just stellar! The location is MAGICAL. The weather was way too hot in June for me to as thoroughly enjoy hiking as I would have, say, in October or November, but alas this is when I have the time off, and we still went for several arduous, enlightening hikes. It was a complete and total pleasure! Thank you for opening your house to us!

The furniture could use some updating, it is very rustic. The only negative comment relates to the bathroom; it is small and the water pressure is non-existent. Overall we had a nice time and the location can’t be beat.
