Property was clean, close to beach, sleeps a large group of people, close to shopping

Very nice large house with plenty of baths. plenty of dishes, linens and towels. We paid $700.00 to heat the pool, it was freezing when we checked in, called property Mgr. he came right over and turned heater on, said cold because been vacant for 2 weeks. The spa controls do not work and when wet will shock you while in spa. We covered up for the kids would not touch. We are repeat renters, sent us the wavier and code for golfcart, couldn't find it, called and said the stopped providing golf cart in February.

Very nice. The maintenance issues were addressed promptly.

The property was absolutely perfect. We had the best of 2 worlds, the beach and the personal pool. If you don’t have fun at this property, it’s your fault.

We arrived early and drove by the house prior to being able to check in. After actually entering the property my expectations were exceeded. The house is beautiful on the inside! I feel like the pictures didn’t do it justice. We had 23 family members and had more than enough room! The set up was ideal to have all the kids on the top floor and the rest of us on the 1st and 2nd floor. The proximity to the beach is incredible! While there were obviously lots of people around we never felt crowded on the beach or in the water. The pool was an added bonus for those that wanted a break from the salt water. The whirlpool portion was the same temp as the pool (and maybe was supposed to be?). The only issues we had was the whirlpool jets not working the first night and the garbage disposal and both were rectified right away the next day after calling. The use of the golf cart was beneficial to make a quick run to the store or smoothie king for the kids which was literally 3 minutes away. We definitely plan on coming back to this property! The water, beach, house, and amenities were all spot on!! And may I mention how wonderful it was to have AC after a hot day on the beach?! A must in my opinion if you’re visiting in the summer!!! I highly recommend this property to anyone with a larger group!

The property was lacking in comfort, cleanliness, poor bedding and linens, surrounded by trash as soon as you exit property to beach. Poor plumbing and the hot tub never worked properly.

This is a beautiful beach house, and it is a great rental for a large group with the 8 bedrooms all with attached bathrooms. We had 6 kids under the age of 7 and the house and outside area is perfect. We enjoyed the pool and hot tub. The boardwalk to the beach is right outside of the back gate and just a short walk to the sand. We had a wonderful time and would stay here again.

All around great experience from beginning to the end. Highly recommend them!

The house was great . The construction going on next to the property created a big problem. We had sawdust in the swimming pool, they blocked our parking space with their delivery trucks, they hauled a large pile of sand in to mix with concrete we had dust from the bags of concrete mix all over our vehicles and in the air. The workers were wearing masks so they didn’t have to breathe the dust.

Overall it was good. Outside needs more work but the property inside is really good and spacious. We had good time.

The location is perfect for getting to the beach. the house is brand new on the inside. It literally takes 30 seconds to walk from the back door until you step on the beach. We had an issue on our very first night as we were burglarized while we were sleeping. The pool area is next to the boardwalk that everyone takes to get to and from the beach. When we came up from the beach our first night, we put all of our beach bags and coolers in our gated pool area. Someone came into the gate (it does not lock) and stole several items including a credit card and we had to file a police report. For the price of the house and the price we paid, I am shocked that the fence around the pool isn't better quality. If they had a better fence and locks on the pool area, I would give the place 4.5 stars out of 5

Nice property in a great location to grocery store, shopping, and fast food. The beach is a few steps away. Management responded quickly to our concerns. I did not like having to call them almost daily to turn manage the heat in the pool. One will have very little privacy out on the pool deck once construction is completed on the building to the west. There were two toilet paper holders missing in the bathroom and pulls unattached from one of the dressers. We did not let Management know about these issues but should have. My husband repaired the drawer pulls.

Everything was pretty good, we had a few trouble with things but they were taken care of by the maintenance crew. Thank you

We do this 2 times a year, nice property. Whitest sand around. I would bring your own pans and pots or stop by Flea market and buy some. The tv remotes don't work even with new batteries. But you can download Fire remote on any smart phone free.

It was a great and huge house. Perfect for a large group of people. Great pool and super easy beach access!!

The property was nice and we liked the house and the location to the beach, although there was construction happening from the time we arrived. They start at 7:30 am. We feel like this should have been disclosed to us. There were a few things that the property manager needs to know and address for future guests. When we arrived, we called to see if we could at least put our luggage by the pool since we arrived a bit early (it was very clear that we should not even ask to access the house early without paying a$300 fee). She said she would call or text right back to let us know. Never heard from her. Over the course of our 5 day trip the following people stopped by, the lawn people worked on the backyard by the pool, the property manager stopped by to find out if everything was ok(basically to check us out-we felt), the pool guy to service the pool and the ice maker service repair man on Mon morning at 9 am to service the ice maker-it was not broken. He was just there to service it). We had no idea any of these people would stop by. You may want to give your guests a heads up that maintenance and other people will be by. The first night the electrical outlets in a few of the bathrooms did not work and we lost power on the 3rd floor. Then we reset the electric and it worked. The bathroom above the living room was leaking and you could tell it had been repaired before. We called and they sounded like they knew that this was happening. Said they would check it out the next day and never heard from them. The beach service was not set up for us the first few days and then the 3rd day had 2 chairs and umbrella. The last day we just claimed 2 chairs and an umbrella and we’re not sure it was ours because the name of the house was not on the back. Kind of confusing… the pans need to be replaced as they are old and worn. It would be nice to have an extra blanket or two but there were no extras. We understand you give a starter supply of toilet tissue and paper towels. For the money we paid it would be nice to have 2 ply toilet paper. The rules on every wall were a bit extreme and i could be wrong but feel like this is a fairly new rental based on some of their extreme rules. We had a great time but for the price we paid we felt like things could have been handled a bit different and communication about construction, maintenance people, etc. would have been nice. Also the dryer doesn’t dry very well. Again, we had a great time but not sure it’s worth$

All 17 of my family members had a great time! It was my 80th birthday and we had a fun family vacation!! The house is in a great location and we all had a really fun time! We may return to this house in the future! Ilene Reith

Seaside palace is quite the convenient place for a family to stay, it is spacious, suited for a large family, short semiprivate walkway to the beach,, beach in view from property, large pool size in the compound to provide for enjoyable swimming by all, young and old.

Beautiful home for our wedding. We had our children, their friends, and our friends. 18 people total. House was perfect for a small wedding reception, and the family Honeymoon as well. Thanks again for a wonderful home.

My family enjoyed this house, although construction was going on it didn’t bother us. Only suggestion is there should be more lighting in pool area after dark. Overall it’s great place to stay we would book again!

We had a group of 19 from four different families. The place was spotless when we arrived. The kitchen and dining area was the perfect size for our group. Every bedroom was spacious and had its own bathroom.

no words to describe the house, the location. everything perfect and wonderful, service 1000 , cleaning the house wonderful, 1 time I see an amazing cleaning. all new a wonderful space for children .. i will come back for sure

House is between 2 very ACTIVE construction sites. We only had one day of quiet. Heated pool was nice for the kids but an additional fee. Beach is available from a walkover, however, there are only 4 sand beach chairs and one folding chairs - you are not allowed to use the washer or dryer for beach towels (none are provided) so bring your own- we purchased to use for pool area. If you use towels for beach, be prepared to find a laundromat. The bath towels are thin and small bath size; you would be doing laundry all day and you can't launder those from the beach either. The kitchen is not well equipped for large group cooking. We were staying in for Thanksgiving and had a family of 12 with 4 kids. The pans are old and small. The stove is marginal. Only 7 mugs for coffee but several very tiny cups...maybe a euro size, not practical. Only 2 dish towels and one potholder. I only had 3 hangers in my closet. The upstairs game room looks good but you need to move the beds to use the foosball game. We had little ones (10, 8, 2 and 1 year old) note that there is NO door alarm out to the pool. Sink stopper in downstairs bath does not work - what a pain and who wants to call a handyman when you are only there for 5 days. It wasn't awful but just an okay rental. I think we should have been advised that it is a full blown construction area. They did not pick up the garbage or recycling on the entire street all week even though we were advised to put it out twice per week. We would not book again. We did respond for a review to the local realtor rep and although they said they would contact the property manager with our concerns, we never heard back from anyone. I would seek an alternative - this one is a "no deposit return" booking. I really don't like to give a negative review but I don't want anyone else to spend this kind of money and be disappointed over the holidays.

We had a group of 13 staying at the property. I had looked for weeks for the right fit for our group and this property did not disappoint!!! Spacious for a large group, a beautiful pool and spa, nice beach chairs at the house to use on the beach too. The home was very clean, which we were all pleased with! An outlet mall is across the road, a quick 2 minute drive in the convenient golf cart! Groceries, great restaurants all close by. The pictures are very accurate of the nice furniture and bedrooms. Being able to walk out of the back door thru the gate and onto the beach was pure joy! We completely enjoyed our stay- you’ll enjoy yours as well!!

This was our first family vacation with my in-laws, our family of 5 and my sister in law’s family of 6 (plus an additional friend of my nephew). When booking my mother in law wanted a pool and my father in law wanted to be basically on the beach; plus enough room for 15 that we wouldn’t be on top of each other, then we found this place! It was the PERFECT spot for our large group, had a pool and hot tub AND it was right on the beach. There were SOO many bedrooms that my husband and I actually got a room to ourselves while our 2 youngest shared the Firetruck bedroom. We put ALL 5 of the teenage boys upstairs with the 2 full bunk bed room and the king with the queen bunk room. It was perfect for them to have the pool table and football table. Plus they had a fridge and small kitchenette for drinks and snacks. The property came with some great beach chairs and included a golf cart for quick rides to the Surf Shop and Smoothie King. The beach chair and umbrella setup that is included with the house was far away from the direct access so we just used our own umbrella we brought and the chairs that were at the house. Much to the chagrin of my father in law we never even needed the beach wagons as the walk was less than 10 secs so we always just texted someone to bring something out when they could. Other than the included beach chairs/umbrella setup being far from the house access to the beach and the construction around the house (they never worked on the other houses early and honestly it wasn’t a nuisance). If you aren’t careful though you might miss the house as it is off a gravel road off Norwood. This was honestly one of the best trips that we have all had together. The kids loved the pool and frequently rode their bikes to the local shops. Restaurants in the area were great, there is a grocery store across the street we took the golf cart to AND the outlet malls are across the street too. It was absolutely perfect (did I say that already?)
