This property is excellent. Exactly as listed and very close to centre of Seahouses. Parking can be difficult if you have more than one car (as we did). A map indicating the location of the local authority run car park would be a useful addition to the document issued by the owners - just to avoid confusion with the private car park run by the harbour office.

We had a lovely stay at this property. We had everything we needed! The beds were really comfy, so we all slept really well! The property was in a perfect location to get to everything! Would definitely stay again!

Ladyburn House provided everything that I and my group of friends could ask for for a short break in Seahouses. The bedrooms, bathrooms, living area and kitchen were first rate. Definitely a place we would like to revisit.

We had a an excellent long weekend stay at Ladyburn House, and everyone in our group commented on how lovely the property was. The welcome basket of treats was a lovely homely touch.
We had a couple of minor issues that were resolved in a timely manner and at minimal inconvenience to us. Communication with Sasha was excellent.
The location of the property was great, although Seahouses isn't a massive town anyway so everywhere is within easy walking distance. I can heartily recommend Insieme for a superb Italian evening meal!

Really liked the decor but I think a thorough clean is needed as we were disappointed at the cleanliness in some areas. Great location for walking in and around Seahouses. It would be nice to be able to sit and enjoy the views but we were disappointed to look straight into the caravans from the kitchen area.

Fabulous property. Lovely and clean. Very spacious and central. The beds were comfortable and although centrally located it was very quiet and peaceful.
We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and the thoughtful welcome basket was a lovely addition.

We were amazed at how this house opened up once you stepped inside. It had spacious bedrooms and a lovely living/dining/kitchen area with sea views. Seahouses is a great place to stay and we were close to the harbour. Fantastic house for a family get together.

We have just return from a weekend at Seahouses staying in Ladyburn House it was fantastic.
The house was spotlessly clean and had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. We were a party of 6 adults and there was plenty of room for us all to have a really good family get together.
The location of the house is perfect a few minutes walk from the harbour and local shops.
I would certainly recommend staying in this house if you want to visit Seahouses and the surrounding areas.

A huge house that will easily accommodate 8 people. Large living space with all the things you will need for a self catering break. If you don’t want to cook each day then several pubs and restaurants within easy walking are an option. The hosts were available when needed and helped resolve any small issues we had. Although there is limited parking on the property the hosts provide a permit for the village lot which is convenient and close by. An absolute must for anyone going to Seahouses who want space.

We booked this for Christmas after needing a change of scenery and we were not disappointed. It was like a home from home. Decorated for Christmas , clean and everything we needed to have the perfect family Christmas away. Not to mention we were a stone am throw away from the sea for our Boxing Day walk.

Wonderful 3 night stay in this amazing property. A holiday home with the wow factor, comfortable, clean, beautifully decorated, so nice to come back and relax after being out all day. A lovely wee welcome pack very much appreciated. Very good value for your money .Will definitely be back.

Lovely clean house with all the amenities you could need to be comfortable. Close to harbour and shops and pubs. What more could you want. Thanks for a lovely stay.

A lovely stay, in a new property. Comfortable beds, nicely furnished. We had an issue with cleanliness of main living area which we have addressed with owners, it didn’t spoil our stay but was a bit disappointing.

This was our first visit to Northumberland and Seahouses and it was fabulous. The weather was very changeable as expected at this time of year but the quality of the property made it a pleasure to stay in and our little dog loved it to. It was so modern and comfortable and had all the mod cons you could need. We loved it and will be back soon. Thank you x

Beautiful house in lovely seahouses. Very clean and everything you needed. Close to beach. Parking a big bonus. Would highly recommend. One small problem pillows far to soft otherwise absolutely perfect.
