Everything was perfect didn’t need to contact the owners, very well equipped. The heated pool and hot tub was brilliant. Whole family had a fabulous time. Very relaxed holiday and a lovely clean villa. Netflix was good for the children in the evening.Went to the Italian the villa recommended and it was superb.Highly recommend this holiday.

The villa is amazing it has everything you have st home and more. The pool was heated and stayed a minimum temperature of 30 it was like a big bath! And the hot tub was a great addition to spend the evening soaking away.i have already booked to go back again !!

Spent a relaxing week in this high-end villa which really is as good as the photos. The management were super friendly and and took care of our every need. The pool and hot tub were kept exceptionally clean! The villa was decorated tastefully with modern decor and the kitchen was well stocked with a huge range of cooking equipment and mod-cons. The top of the range blender was a particular highlight. Perfect healthy smoothies every time! I slept soundly all week in the comfortable bed and given we stayed in late October the fresh, fluffy duvet was appreciated. Would definitely recommend for any family or group of friends. You won't be disappointed.

We have stayed in Cyprus in Villas a few times and I must say this is the best one I have stayed in so far by a mile. Everything was Pristine on arrival. The villa is in a great location close to both Coral Bay and Paphos, with a small supermarket a very short walk away. Guy the owner made a huge effort to make sure everything was ready for our 2 young children and any issues were sorted straight away, his pool maintenance man regularly called round to check everything was ok and clean the hot tub and pool. Hot tub, hammock, heated pool, large bedrooms, widescreen TV with all UK catch up and Netflix. Honestly couldn't ask for anymore! Thanks again

This is a great villa and really amazing hosts to deal with. We stayed two weeks and are actually about to book our next years vacation. And we are more than happy to stay at Guy and Ella's lovely place again. We had concern about the review that got posted form a past guest complaining of a cat, but there was no cat when we arrived at the Villa. The villa is big, lovely decorated, with nice garden, and walking distance to the village. It was clean and equipped to maximum with everything you can think of that could make you stay more pleasent. The hot tub was very popular, we used it everyday! Before making a booking I talked to Guy and he seems to be really nice. I really am looking forward to spoil my family with our next stay at this villa, and would recommend it to everybody!

Really glad we did as we ended up having a fantastic time here. Our group was just about on the maximum allowed but there was still plenty of space and, for the evenings we stayed in, the kitchen and barbecue facilities were easily enough for all of us. We didn't end up making a lot of use of the TV/entertainment system but when we did everything seemed to work and was pretty straight forward to use. Mostly though we were either out exploring the local area or round the pool.As for cats, we only saw one outside in the garden in the whole time we were here. I should also mention that when we contacted the owner Guy about this beforehand we found him to be very friendly and professional, something which was reflected in the quality and attention to detail of the villa.

The BBQ facilities were also fantastic- I think we must have used it about 5 times in one week for dinners and breakfasts! My friends and I just had the best holiday for some years. The villa made it! Was gorgeous, couldn't have wanted for more. The highlight was the heated pool and hot tub, spent the afternoons sun bathing by the pool, dipping in and out when we needed cooling down, then when the sun went down, jumped in the hot tub for sundowners. There's nothing quite like watching the sun do down while drinking mojitos in a hot tub. The rotisserie bbq was then lit for spit roast lamb and pork that could feed an army. The kitchen was a joy to use and was very well equipped, even for an experienced chef. The TV and electronic kit was brilliant as we could watch bbc iplayer and net-flicks, awesome. The beds were very comfy and rooms cool and dark to sleep in. Showers were hot whenever we used them. All in all, the villa was just gorgeous and really made our holiday special. Would come back to Pathos just for the villa and sun of course. 5 stars, just brilliant!!!

Myself and a group of six others have just arrived home from our annual visit to Paphos. As standard, our return back to the UK is always a depressing time, however, this year in particular. In part this is due to leaving this fabulous villa and the fantastic hospitality that was extended to us by the hosts. The pictures of the villa really don't do it justice. It is huge, lovely decorated, well kept and clean. The location is great, quiet yet close to shops, restaurants and bars. We really enjoyed the garden, our big heated pool and the hot tub! Guy and Ella provided us with excellent information, they really did everything to make us feel welcome and relaxed. I would highly recommend this villa and hosts. Thank you so much for a wonderful time!

The villa was beautiful however, if you have memebers who has eczema or asthma (which we did), beware! We had a suprise when we arrive to know the owner has a pet cat. We had no warning before hand and sometimes it made our stay very uncomfortable. Also the sky tv promised does not exist. They will provide u an ipod to connect to the tv to watch off an app which does not work! Also no charger even if you did get it to work. The dvd was hopless. All the dvds provided was scratched so badly it does not play and no rentals nearby. Luckily we were only staying a week otherwise I think the kids wouldn't had survived another night without entertainment. The villa is situated in a very convenient location. Nice bakery and shops within walking distance. Please be advice to take note and pictures if any problems when arrive and the condition of the place when you leave. We made our mistake not to and we got conned out of our deposit! Overall it was a great place to stay but got let down by the after sale services.

This villa is exactly as described. It is furnished to a high standard with everything you need, including a dishwasher, washing machine etc. The villa was plenty big enough for all 7 of us to have our own space & there was no arguing over the bedrooms as they all were large. The villa was very clean & the pool was warm & cleaned regularly. A good location within easy reach of Paphos & restaurants. I can't wait for my next visit.

This villa is amazing. It is located in a good place, a short walk to supermarket, bakery and a few lovely restaurants and a bar. You are only a short drive to Pahos & Coral Bay. The villa it's self has 4 huge bedrooms and was big enough for my family of 7 to be able to spread out and not get under each other's feet. The pool was a good size, warm and cleaned regularly & the jacuzzi was an absolute treat. The whole villa was impeccably clean and was furnished to a really high standard and full of mod cons dishwasher, tumble dryer etc that made this a relaxing stress free holiday. I would most definitely 100% bring my family to stay here again.

Myself and several friends stayed here for a special birthday trip. The photos online of the villa looked great, and upon arrival we wasn't disappointed! The place is huge and well kept, the pool and hot tub are great additions (we spent most evenings dipping in and out of the hot tub!). There are a few restaurants and bars walking distance away, and lots to choose from in Paphos a short drive or taxi ride away. Already booked my next trip back there! Would definitely recommend!

This is a gorgeous villa in a quiet location, close to local amenities and the city of Paphos. The facilities were an excellent standard, well maintained with great attention to detail to give a relaxed homely feel. Our group particularly loved the pool area with direct access off the lounge and the kitchen. It was the perfect place to start and end the day, and great use was made of the outside dining, well equipped kitchen and rotisserie bbq. Our hosts had provided excellent information on local restaurants and attractions, so we soon found our feet and were able to enjoy the sights and tastes of Cyprus. If you are looking for a great place to relax with friends, or family in the sun with all the creature comforts of home, then this is a great place to stay. We will certainly be back.

I had the pleasure of staying at this villa in July with a group of friends. As soon as we stepped inside we loved it! The rooms are all really good sizes, there were 7 of us and we all felt we had our own space to relax. The villa was really clean when we arrived and had all the facilities we could possibly need for our stay. The outside space is what really sold it for me, the hot tub is amazing (we spent most of our time in it). The pool area is a great size, we had quite a few BBQ's out there during our stay. I found the owners to be really helpful, detailed information was sent to us prior to our visit to ensure we had everything we needed. There was also a really friendly guy called Dave who deals with the swimming pool etc. he was very helpful when we arrived, he explained how everything worked and gave us tips on local restaurants. There are some really nice restaurants a short walk away from the villa and if you take a drive in to Paphos you will find plenty of lovely places to eat on the harbour. Overall we loved our stay at this villa, I enjoyed it so much I've booked to go back again in April with my family.

I stayed at this villa with 6 other friends, sharing the 4 double bedrooms for a week in August and thought the accommodation was just fantastic! We all had large rooms, most with there own en-suites/bathrooms, which were well air condoned so we could sleep in cold rooms, while it was baking hot outside. The rooms had blackout curtains so were very dark and we didn't get woken up by the very bright sun, we all slept really well. The lounge and communal space was well furnished with comfortable sofas and a plasma tv and games console. The kitchen was well stocked and I cooked for my friends 3 out of the 7 nights using the spit BBQ and kitchen appliances. The dishwasher was a godsend, as was the large fridge freezer. Both the kitchen and lounge had doors opening out to the outdoor space and swimming pool. The pool was very clean and we enjoyed eating breakfast by it, in the sunshine each morning. I would highly recommend this villa and will definitely go back next year.
