We enjoyed this apartment immensely. Beautiful space with well appointed bathrooms and comfortable beds. It rained almost our entire stay m but we did get some sun to enjoy the incredible outdoor space. Maria made arrival so simple and Stefano (doorman) was delightful—gracious and so willing to help. He gave us a terrific lunch recommendation on our first day. Oltrarno has such a great neighborhood feel and so close to all the historic sites—didn’t need a cab at all! We can’t wait to return.

We absolutely loved this flat and would not have changed a thing. The check-in process with Maria was personal and seamless and the welcome gift of wine and pasta was so thoughtful. Stefano the doorman was so warm and was great with our kids. We loved having our morning espresso on the terrace each morning and walking outside to be right on the Arno River. The best gelato we had in Italy was right down the street. We were incredibly comfortable and give this property 5 stars!

This apartment was the perfect rental for our family of seven. It was on the quiet side of the river, but very close to everything. The apartment was not only beautiful, but quiet and spotless! The check in/out process was very easy and we adored Stefano, our concierge. Stefano was kind, funny and full of helpful information. We felt safe and thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We could not have been more pleased with the location, the splendor, or the livability of this absolutely beautiful home. The four bedrooms were elegant and comfortable. The living area and kitchen were beautifully designed and superbly appointed. The layout was conducive to family meals and gatherings and the private panoramic terrace was truly amazing. But the best feature of this fantastic home might be its unique combination of luxury and location--alongside the Arno and a three minute walk to the Ponte Vecchio--which could not be better. We normally stay at the five-star hotels nearby, but never again. This beats them all. The check in process was easy. Mariam greeted us with a big smile and warm welcome. The building's doorman, Stephano, provided helpful recommendations on where to go, what to see, and the best restaurants nearby. It almost felt like we were home and we can't wait to get back. Our advice to anyone reading this would be to look no further. Book it now. You cannot do better than this.

Beautiful views from the property. Outside terrace is very pretty and perfect for hanging out with other guests. Roberto the doorman was very helpful, and Maria was accommodating with check-in. Loved our stay in Florence!

This home is absolutely stunning! It's located in a historic building, but everything in the home is brand new, modern, and designed with an interior decorator's touch. The home is located right on the Arno River -- a fantastic location -- just a 2 minute walk to get over the bridge and into the heart of Florence. And just a short 3 minute walk to Ponte Vechhio bridge. There's a helpful doorman (Stefano) in the lobby of the building if you need any help weekdays. There's a small elevator to take you and your luggage up the three flights. There's a HUGE outdoor deck which we absolutely loved. It's private so it's only used by your group. We visited in October and the weather was great so we spent a lot of time outdoors watching the sunsets. Maria was our VRBO host and greeted us upon arrival. We were able to check in a few hours early which was greatly appreciated. Maria showed us around and how to operate the elevator and kitchen, etc. The Palazzo Lanfredini really is as gorgeous as the photos. Everything is located on one floor so once you are in the unit, it's very easy to get around. There's a total of 4 separate bedrooms. Two of the bedrooms have queen-size beds or larger. The other two bedrooms each have TWO twin size beds. There's two full baths, plus an extra half bath, which makes getting ready in the morning easy. We absolutely LOVED our stay here. I recommend this place to everyone and will definitely be staying here again. HIGHEST recommendation!

We stayed here with family to celebrate our sons wedding. The home was perfect. We come to Florence often (3-4 time/year) and have stayed in many places-this one is special. I am also in the luxury travel business-so, can say from Experience this is a winner!! Bravo!

This apartment is lovely and provides plenty of room. We were very comfortable with a group of 8 people. The patio is a nice way to relax after a day of walking around the city. Communication with the owner is easy and efficient and Stefan, the doorman, was very helpful and funny. This is a great location, central to so many fun neighborhoods. Apartment is very clean and includes air conditioning and laundry machines which were much needed at this point in our trip! Maria, who greeted us on arrival and departure was wonderful. I would highly recommend this apartment!

We travel to Florence often and have stayed in this apartment the past two times! The location is perfect, the apartment has been updated and is beautiful…and finally…the balcony is incredible!

Clean, large rooms, equipped with everything you need to get started on your stay. Wonderful location with a wine window around the corner. The beds were very comfy and the air conditioning really good during the 100 degree heat. Maria was very helpful with everything and we would certainly stay again.

I saw another guest post recently that this was the nicest VRBO rental apartment they’ve ever stayed in and I couldn’t agree more! It was literally spectacular! Location was central to everything, max 15 min walk to shopping, sights and amazing restaurants. What’s more, the apartment itself was stunning. Totally remodeled interior with four generous bedrooms and a huge deck. We spent every night out on the deck sipping wine, talking about our day and staring at the incredible view of the Duomo! In addition, the staff working with this property is top notch. Maria was fantastic and very responsive. Stefano, the doorman, was incredibly helpful, ordering taxis, helping with luggage and giving great restaurant suggestions! I would 100% recommend this property to anyone looking to spend time in Florence (long or short stay), you will not be disappointed. And I can’t wait to go back :)

This property it beautiful! Very clean, great location with lots of space and storage in each bedroom. Best of all it had both a washer and dryer and really good air conditioning. I would recommend this property to any larger family staying in Florence.

Everything about this property is amazing! Our family of 6 thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we will be returning in the future to stay here again. The property is top notch and the owners were very responsive to all questions along the way. Stefano the doorman made our visit so much more enjoyable as well with directions and recommendations. Every morning our kids (ages 8-14) would look forward to their interactions with Stefano as we would head out. By far the best VRBO we have ever stayed in during all of our travels -- and this property made our vacation even more special.

We were in Florence for a family wedding in Fiesole in a villa. The apartment was beautiful and great location. The large terrace was amazing with stunning views! Marie at check in and check out was wonderful and felt like an immediate friend. Stefano the doorman was extremely helpful and friendly-we did get him to sing some opera! Definitely would highly recommend!🇮🇹

Beyond impress with this property. The attention to detail was more than we could have asked for. The apartment was spacious, beautifully decorated, and located in one of the best areas of Florence. We enjoyed three nights and would have loved to stay longer. What made this place feel like home though was the building’s concierge, Stefano. He was such a delight to speak to everyday and so incredibly helpful with great dining and sightseeing suggestions. We would highly recommend this VRBO to our family and friends; and will definitely love to stay here again on our next trip to Florence.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful stay at this beautiful and quiet apartment. The outdoor space is the perfect place for morning breakfast or relaxing after a long day of sightseeing. We had a wonderful stay at this property. It was spotless and well located. As others have said the doorman Stefano was so helpful with dining suggestions and helping us arrange a cab to the train station. The unit is close to everything but so peaceful. We would definitely return and recommend this property highly.

Santo Spirito is a wonderful and relaxing location right on the Arno and perfect for exploring Florence. Stefano the building manager is the best and makes you feel right at home the moment you arrive. The outside deck is as advertised - spacious and relaxing. The manager Ciro communicates well and is accommodating. The apartment is clean, and is good for just 2-4 guests or even up to even 8 guests comfortably. We would recommend Santo Spirito to any worthy travelers.

Our apartment was fabulous, the whole experience was 1st class. To the checking in with Maria, our door man Stefano and the location. The apartment was beautifully presented had everything to make our stay very comfortable. We could walk everywhere with great restaurants, close to a grocery store down the road with everything we needed. Stephano our doorman was always very helpful giving us places to see and places to eat. He was also very helpful calling us a taxi with all our luggage to get to the train station. Thank you for our wonderful stay and will recommend to everyone.

we had the most beautiful and memory stay in Florence and Santo Spirito. location is perfect. Away from the bustle of tourist to be private but just close enough to walk everywhere. Patio has the most amazing views but was under some construction while we were there. Apartment was clean and had everything we needed—even Netflix for kids to unwind with at night. Great restaurants and cafes just steps away—La Bottega di via Maggio and Ditta Artigianale Check in/out and communication was easy When we return to Florence we will 100%stay here again.

There’s not a better location in Florence! Fabulous outdoor space. Beds were comfortable, check in was easy. Elevator was helpful to bring bags to the third floor. Parking was extra and fairly convenient.
