We really enjoyed our stay here and would highly recommend this place and location. The condo is totally newly renovated and in a very nice complex. The hammock on the porch was heavenly. I was there with my 13 year old son and felt very safe and comfortable. The pool area is really nice as well and free to use. Our host Raul was great communicating with us before and during the stay, and gave us helpful recommendations. Note that the beach right near the place is generally not good for swimming due to currents (lots of signs and red flags warning about swimming) so you’ll need to drive a bit for a beach day but it worked out well. We experienced a power outage in the area our first night (not anything our host could have controlled). Residents at the complex told us the outage was longer than normal. Overall, we were very happy with this property for our Puerto Rican vacation and can wholeheartedly recommend it to others!

Raul, was a great host. He communicated quickly and answered all of our questions. Upon arrival we noticed how clean and well thought out everything was. Tons of kitchen items for cooking, there’s seasonings and olive oil, etc. It was just nice to not have to buy every single thing we would need to cook during our stay. Rooms were plush, beds were great. All rooms have a fan (huge plus) as well as great working A/C units throughout the home. Patio has an awesome hammock that is great at night for relaxing. Neighborhood is gated and very nice as well. No security issues at all and felt very safe. If you’re looking for a great home in a good area that’s close to waterfalls and beaches, this should be atop your list of considerations. We were very pleased with everything and have no regrets about our decision to stay here.
