Had a fantastic two weeks at Es Parats. This is a wonderful villa - excellently equipped and furnished. Great location within walking distance of the many restaurants at Porto Petro.

This villa is fantastic and whilst the photos shown are impressive the reality is better. I don't think we have ever stayed in a better equipped property that was very well presented throughout. The outside areas are fantastic and for two families we could not have asked for more.

Everything was very nice. The house is very well equipped and with beautiful furnitures. Location very nice with a few minutes drive to beaches and restaurants. The contact with the owner (Markus) has been smooth and quick. Highly recommend.

Super schöne Villa. Nächstes Jahr bestimmt wieder! Wir waren dort zu zweit und haben das Haus und die Umgebung inkl. Meeresrauschen sehr genossen. Alles super sauber und gut ausgestattet. Schöner Pool mit schöner Terrasse und sehr gepflegtem Garten. Barbecue und „Lounge“ auf der Terrasse wirklich sehr schön. Die Betreuung vor Ort hat uns gute Tipps gegeben und war sehr freundlich. Schlüsselübergabe etc. alles gut geklappt. Auch der Besitzer hat auf Anfragen schnell geantwortet. Das Haus liegt nahe am Meer und an Porto Pedro, sodass man alles gut zu Fuß erreichen kann. In dem kleinen ursprünglichen Fischerdorf Porto Pedro gibt es einige Restaurants, z.T. echt mallorqinisch. Wir waren im April dort und sind viel mit dem Rad in der Umgebung herumgefahren. Räder kann man bequem in Cala D`Or mieten. Die Räder wurden uns (zumindest im April) ans Haus geliefert.

What an amazing finca in an amazing private location. We booked Es Parats and took our 3 children. Something for everyone! It’s within walking/biking distance to the beach and to the quaint town of Porto Petro with its nice restaurants. For those that like to exercise - there is great walking in the nearby nature park and great road cycling out the front door. We had bikes delivered from a shop in Cala D’Or. There are so many great things about the house I am not sure where to start. It’s newly renovated so there is nothing really to complain about. The gourmet kitchen is well equipped for those who love to cook on a gas stove. The patio off the kitchen is great for dining - we never used the formal dining room. The rest of the covered patio is great for working, cocktails, etc. and you can cool off in the pool or sunbathe in the charis and pool bed. We did not spend much time in the living room but enjoyed the art work throughout the house. Everyone slept well in the beds - they are comfortable and the linens and towels are all of good quality. With a house full of people using the wifi, it was fast and suitable for zoom conference calls and streaming. The host was friendly and helpful and provided details about stores, restaurants, and features of the finca. We have rented other places in Mallorca but really enjoyed the privacy of this house and its proximity to other places. It’s an easy drive from the airport and on the way you can stop at one of the grocery stores. You can certainly stay here and never want to leave as the house is so comfortable and amazingly decorated. We highly recommend it and plan to return.

Though the weather was mixed and cooler than usual for this time of year, we thoroughly enjoyed our spring vacation at finca "Es Parats". We found the well-appointed finca matched the advertisement exactly. The owner provided all the information we needed before we arrived. Lynn was there to meet us as planned, was very friendly, and provided an introduction to the house and suggestions for where to go in the neighborhood. This finca has everything you need to enjoy Mallorca, even on a rainy day (stable high-speed internet and a cozy TV room). Although we would have liked to spend more sunny days at the nearby beach, we opted for a day trip to Palma, which didn't disappoint. We definitely will return next year.
