Could fit our kids too. Perfect for us! So clean and nicely kept inside.

We absolutely loved the house! Pictures do not do it justice! The cleanliness was impeccable to other stays we’ve booked at. The house has everything you need to just pack up your clothes and go! Hot tub under the stars left us in awe! We loved our stay and we will be back!

The house was beautiful. The pictures don’t do it justice. The neighborhood was quiet. The furniture was comfortable and we enjoyed the air hockey table. We did not use the hot tub but it looked nice. The king bed was comfortable. There is one bathroom that is shared by the two bedrooms. The shower was awesome! The host was responsive to questions and concerns. We would go back.

Let me start by saying the pictures on this listing did not do this house justice!!! As soon as I opened the door, it was like stepping into a model home!!! It was clean, decorated beautifully, and it just felt welcoming!!! The beds were so comfy and the kitchen was stocked with everything needed (even though I didn’t cook)! The hot tub and “game room” were a huge plus to this house!! The neighborhood was quiet and so close to Main Street! I will definitely come back to Fredericksburg and stay at this property!!

We loved our stay. The layout of the ranch was perfect for us. The bed was so comfortable. We could have stayed for a long time. We had a great time at the house and exploring Fredericksburg and surrounding area.

The Edison House exceeded expectations for our annual girls trip. Located in a quiet established neighborhood not far from the activities on Main St- this house was the perfect spot to relax and regroup after a busy day. Exceptionally clean and decorated very nicely , we felt right at home enjoying the open concept living/dining areas, nice backyard, patio and hot tub. Would highly recommend and we will definitely be staying here again on future trips to Fredericksburg. Susan was an exceptional host and answered all our questions and gave great recommendations recommendations! Cabernet Grill is a must for dinner and you don’t want to miss Sunday lunch at Vaudeville (reservations recommended for both!).

This place was as advertised. It’s a relaxing place. It’s located off the beaten path but close enough to all the Downtown Craziness. Def recommend this property and the Property Management was a breeze to work with.

Not Disappointed
Very nice, not disappointed! Everything nicely redone. Lots of hot water and water pressure. Comfy beds and wonderful kitchen setup. Quite neighborhood, any distanation we headed to didn't take 12-15 min. Will defiantly keep this one on our list.

Perfect Girls' Weekend Getaway
This house was perfect for our getaway! Very spacious and newly remodeled, with all the details! The location is nestled in a quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Fredericksburg, but not to close. Easy access to all wineries. The host was most gracious!

Cozy and near Main Street
We stayed at Edison Ranch over Memorial Day weekend and felt perfectly located in Fredericksburg. A tad bit further than average walking distance (for us) but close enough to park and walk. Hot tub was nice after a day of walking and shopping and drinking. Cozy in the morning for reading on the patio or in the foyer. Definitely will want to stay here again in the future.

This is the place you’re looking for!
Wonderful location, close to Main Street, but far enough away to avoid the traffic and music at night. Everything interesting is close by.
The house itself was clean, comfortable and all around exceeded expectations. I was pleasantly surprised by how nice it was, and in my opinion the pictures don’t do it justice.
The hot tub and the game tables in the garage gave us something fun to do when winding down for the night. Only thing I have to complain about is that we didn’t stay longer!
If you’re looking for a nice, perfectly priced place to get away for the weekend or for a week, with a group or just the two of you, this is your spot!

What a fabulous house!
My husband and a friend drove from Memphis to visit the wineries in Fredericksburg. The house was beyond our expectations, everything was so clean and updated. All the little details weee thought out from the toiletries to the coffee available for us to use! It made for a wonderful trip!

Perfect spot In Fredricksburg
This place is completely updated and adorable, perfect for the four of us - two adults/two kids. Close to town and wineries and has great amenities- hot tub, fire pit, games, and great space. I’d stay highly recommend.

Perfect home for a girls weekend
Five of us stayed in this home for two nights. We had a fantastic time, the house was nicely redone and well-appointed. We especially enjoyed the hot tub and the proximity to downtown Fredericksburg.
