We came to celebrate my boy’s 6th birthday. Everything was absolutely fabulous. The only reason for the 4 stars is the hike to the ocean was tough! That could have been advertised a bit more clear, especially when you are traveling with kids and trying to carry items it was extremely difficult. Otherwise great condo.

We had a wonderful trip to the beach and the cottage is beautiful and well stocked to make your stay enjoyable. Thank you 😊

Very clean and convenient to the ocean and places we wanted to experience on the coast. Check in and out was very easy. Relaxing fun place to be! I would definitely stay there again.

Booking and checking in/out was incredibly simple, and the property was clean, well stocked, and comfortable. Communicating with host was very easy and she was lovely. We have stayed countless times at Seascape, but will definitely go this route again in the future as it is so much easier and we know we are getting just the right unit!

Unit was very clean, so cute and as described. The complex is also clean, quiet and very nice. There is a stairway down to the beach that is a little jaunt and may be a difficult if you have issues up and down stairs, but for us we worked it into our morning workout. We used the hot tub and it was very clean and the perfect temp. Good views of the ocean from primary bedroom and living room with balconies. Had everything we needed in the kitchen and was overall a great stay! Close to shopping and restaurants. Loved our visit to Capitola for this! Definitely recommend!

The property is in a great location - you can see the beach from the patio. It’s also exactly as represented in the pictures. We enjoyed are stay here. Aptos itself was pretty foggy during our stay and it seemed to be less foggy in pleasure point. Not if was just our weekend but we would definitely stay here again. There is a great coffee shop within walking distance (huge bonus) and the beach at the resort is much nicer than the public beaches.

We enjoyed ourselves in the lovely unit. It was well equipped and we didn’t need anything extra. Beautiful view of the ocean and the deer and bunnies.

Let me start by saying that the owners of this property are AMAZING! Their level of communication, thoughtfulness, and hospitality were great. The reason I gave this property the rating I did had mostly to do with the fact that because we did not rent the unit through the resort, the resort was very unaccommodating on any requests that we had. They would not let us reserve fire rings, they would not give us golf cart service back to the unit, no room service, etc and they simply acted like we were off the radar. The unit itself is pretty, and the location is decent, but was not totally clean when we received it. Floors and carpet were dirty, sand everywhere and it felt like we needed to clean when we arrived. The kitchen was tight and outdated, and the pots and pans were not totally clean and not really usable so we had to buy a bunch of new disposable stuff. The thing that sort of finalized the rating is that the owner requires you to not only strip the beds of all linen before you leave, but also to make sure that all dishes are washed and put away before leaving as well. If you’re going to charge a hefty cleaning fee, you have to assume that people are going to use dishes for breakfast before they leave. The request is unrealistic and frankly unwarranted for a place you were paying to stay in. The owner was amazing like I said. I feel terrible giving this honest review, but I definitely won’t be back.

Beautiful place. Nicely decorated. No need for anything. Well equipped. Very nice resort with music and restaurant. Highly recommend. I really appreciate all the thoughtfulness the owner puts into the what a guest might need. I wish we could have stayed longer.

Had a beautiful stay with my family for my husband’s 50th birthday… Condo was clean and lovely and amenities were wonderful!

The listing was very accurate and the location was perfect! Nice that they had some beach toys and chairs. They also provided the resort feel by providing toiletries and robes. My only complaint is that for check out they ask you to do the dishes and put them away. Loading them and running the dishwasher is no issue; putting them away requires you to plan ahead quite a bit. Not the first time I saw this during a check out, but venting about it in general.

Loved the property and matched the pictures exactly. Condo was clean and gorgeously decorated. Heads up, the second bedroom bed is very firm.

The Seascape Resort is great and the beach and Seascape Village are walking distance. The rental unit was great. Clean and comfortable.

Awesome property , just did not get cleaned when we arrived from previous people . Only down side . Got a hold of owner who was able to get the cleaning crew out quickly . Rough start but awesome place and location for the family .

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this beautiful resort. The location was perfect! You could see the ocean from the balconies, walk to local shops and restaurants, and easy access to the freeway! We hope to be able to vacation here again!

Beautiful condo in a beautiful location. Host was responsive to all my questions. No issues, unit was exactly like the pictures. Got in a good cardio workout in walk down to & back from beach. Played round of golf @ Pasatiempo Golf Course in Santa Cruz. Definite bucket list golf course!

It was perfect- spacious-clean-full operating kitchen with supplies-ample parking-lovely location!

The condo was lovely - just as advertised. We appreciated the details like dish soap, laundry soap, beach chairs, beach wagon , pool towels and a well equipped kitchen. The only issue we had was that the condo had not been cleaned and the housekeepers has to be called by the owner after we arrived. Apparently there was a miscommunication but they came right away and took care of it while we went for a walk. Other than that we loved it! Saw a family of deer. A little grocery store a a couple eating places were a short walk away.

The owner was very responsive during the whole process. The Condo was absolutely stunning. Everything was comfortable and well appointed. It was my first time to California and I was surprised at just how chilly and foggy the coast could be in June, but the condo was close to many things including beautiful redwoods so we got to do a variety of activities as well as have a beautiful ocean view directly from the condo. Thanks for a wonderful stay!
