We had plenty of room in our unit and the location was perfect. We had so much fun! Unfortunately we had to leave a day early due to the hurricane.

This was a very nice place with a great location! Beach chairs, toys, extra fans were all provided. Half way through the stay the refrigerator stopped working but staff got it fixed. Also some of the ceiling fans didn’t have pull strings or and the light bulbs were out but there were two extra box fans which came in handy! The floors were very clean but it was very dusty and the toilets had to be cleaned again by us in the bowls. The view is fantastic and again the location is perfect! Right by Johns Pass and all the fun! You can tell this is a used unit which makes me happy because people need to see the beach! However, it needs some love and TLC.

Great location! Walkability to shops and restaurants was perfect. Our adult children were able to come and go without needing a car. Like other reviewers we wished there were some items like oil, paper towels, etc. Nonperishable things left from other guests would be helpful. We left paper towels, plastic wrap and foil for the next folks. We would definitely go back!

This property is exactly as described in the advertisement. It is right on the beach and across the street from shops and restaurants so you don't need a car.

The communication was outstanding with the owners. The unit has a fantastic view of the Gulf and great location.

The location can not be beat!!! I was there with my two daughters and four friends, so having the three bedrooms and two bathrooms was perfect! The open concept was greats, so we could all talk and laugh while someone was cooking or creating cocktails, and the ability to walk to so many shops, bars and restaurants was fantastic! We even walked over to the pizza shop and had pizza on the beach!!

Our stay was really nice at this location. The beach was white. The water was calm and you could literally snorkel and see through the clear waters out to 9/10 feet of water. We were able to collect lots of shells etc. The beach crowd was family oriented and not a party atmosphere. All the shopping, eating and adult beverages right across the street. The beds were comfy and the air was cool. The only recommendations I have for the owners is to please provide the basic necessities that are in most VRBO rentals such as paper towels, kitchen spices etc. Please provide better sheets for the very nice beds. The sheets were very thin, like 100 thread count. Lastly, the glass sliding door was extremely difficult to open and close. You might want to see about getting that fixed. Besides that, this place was easily ranked in my top 5!! We will return!

St John's pass was just as listed. Condo was just as listed. Added some toys to the toy Bin. The only thing we needed and didn't have was a box fan. So we went and bought one. Now it will be there for others use. Wish the ocean water would have cooperated. But the pool was nice. The elevators were on and off. We had a lady with us that had a walker so it hindered her a couple days. Thank you for a successful vacation.

Enjoyed our stay. Four brothers reunion.

This property is just as promised. Clean great location. Pool was awesome. Condo has everything you need. Only criticism was parking for second vehicle was expensive

Everything was great except the one of the showers and the bedroom rugs could have been cleaner but everything else was great. The beds were comfortable. The location and beach is wonderful. Would definitely go back.

This property was so great! So much room, great views, great beach and the best of all was it is right across the road from John’s Pass. Todd and Cheryl were quick to respond to a check in question I had. The Condo was very inviting and they had everything you could think of in the kitchen. Even beach chairs and beach toys for kids! We loved it and will be booking back for our next Summercation.

Great condo right on the beach. The owner was quick to respond when we had questions, and very helpful.

Great location! Walking distance to everything you need. View of the beach was picture perfect from the condo. We have 3 teens so it was great to have beds for all of us! No fighting on who gets the pull out couch. Kitchen had all that we needed to make meals. Condo was clean and had plenty of towels, garbage bags and soap. Great to have the laundry in the condo as I did laundry everyday. Loved our stay and would come back in the future!

We really enjoyed our stay here. Between being on the beach but still within walking distance to food and shops, this was perfect for us. Would stay here again.

Perfect place to stay. Clean and spacious. Incredible view. Easy check-in. Heated pool. Laundry in facility. Right on the beach. Across the street from many shops. Parking space -- with a car you can get out and about to all the great eating and shopping in the area.
