Excellent communication from host. The beds were comfortable and the house was very clean, which are two of my top requirements. Plenty of space to hang out and visit and we had everything we needed.

We enjoyed our week long stay in the home. We really liked the yard, and the kids loved being able to go upstairs and play, it was the perfect kid area.

Great place exactly as described. (Not always the case on these sites.). Jason was super accommodating, even when I locked myself out. Will be booking here again!

Great 2 week stay at Jason’s place. I’m a digital nomad and wifi is fast, supported all work functions. Fantastic sunlight coming in lots of windows, updated design and furnishings. Nice area to walk during breaks. Jason is quick to respond if needed. Would stay here again

Great location and friendly host!

Our family of 5 was in the Dickinson area visiting family. Jason’s house was a perfect stopping point for us. The location is very convenient to I45, Kemah, Galveston, NASA and surrounding communities. Jason’s house is clean, has a good-sized yard and plenty of extras in the cupboards to help a guest feel at home. We would definitely recommend Jason’s place. My kids had the following comments when asked what they thought of the house: My 13-year old “It was really nice. I like that we all got our own beds. I think it was modern and perfect and really really nice. To be honest, it was better than the other places we have stayed at” My 11-year old “It’s nice and modern and it’s got a nice kitchen” My 9-year old “I LOVED it and I LOVED sleeping in the loft and it was all so nice and so modern.”

This property was accurately listed. It was very clean. Minimally stocked but had everything needed to cook. We loved the big island in the kitchen. Easy to access the property and great communication with the manager/owner. We would stay here again if we needed a location in this area.

Jason was very easy to communicate with, and the property was just as described. Very comfortable home and great fenced yard if you have dogs. We will stay again. Close to the Space Center, Kemah and about 30 minutes to Galveston Island.

The weekend was great and we enjoyed the area.

Arrived late in the evening and the instructions Jason had sent us worked perfectly. Got unpacked and chilled before bedtime. The house was exactly as described online. It was clean, perfectly stocked, new appliances, clean from top to bottom and was perfect for us and the dogs. Pups loved the fenced yard and lawn was mowed and beautifully landscaped. The air conditioning worked marvelous and ceiling fans were great as well. Met the owner —Jason— and he could not have been nicer. Would recommend this great home to anyone. Our son lives in the area and we will be back for sure. Brad.

This property was fantastic for our family! Everything was great! I would suggest to the host more towels and pillows for the beds would have made it better but other than that the beds were comfortable!

We were in Dickinson to visit family. This home was the perfect location to visit with my step son and his family while providing our own personal space. The home was the perfect size, quaint, clean and close to everything. Jason was a pleasure to work with and quickly responded to any questions I had. Will definitely be staying here again for our next visit.

Stayed here with friends and family for the weekend so we could visit the NASA Space Center. We appreciate the owner letting us use their home. Owner did a great job sending information for check-in and was very responsive if you have any questions. Thanks Jason!

Very nice house, place is close to everything even churches! Highly recommended!

Located in a quiet Dickinson neighborhood the property was well maintained, clean and as advertised. The layout was interesting and mostly functional for us. The upstairs loft bedroom was a bit challenging for older guests to use as it looks to be more appropriate for kids and teens (no end tables or bedside lamps) and the staircase was especially loud and creeky. The sliding barn doors on the bedrooms and bathroom were attractive but didn’t close for complete privacy. The mostly empty bookcases in the living room along with only one floor lamp made the living room seem sterile and less inviting than it could be. Overall, this is a lovely property and Jason is very responsive and had great communication. The kitchen layout was fantastic and we mainly gathered there. Maybe a few more dishes, a larger frying pan and a wine glass or two would’ve made it hit the standard we’re accustomed to.

Easy access and great accommodation.

Ended up hosting a gender reveal gathering that weekend. The place was excellent for hosting. Only issue was critters. Couldn’t tell if the scratching at night was raccoons (which we saw in the neighborhood), possums, or some other rodents. Also, had teenage drama with a large water bug (cockroach) in the shower that was, to be honest, a source of lots of laughter throughout the house. Anyway, critters aside, it was an awesome place and perfect for our needs.

Property was really nice. It had everything we needed for our stay. Look forward to staying there again the next time we are in the area.

This home was very sweet to stay in with my two dogs. The yards were perfect for my dogs to run around and play. Covered parking! The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful. You can really see how much thought and care is put into this property. Everything went smoothly and I really enjoyed my stay.

I dont think I ever stayed at a more relaxing home. Jason was very helpful and I Almost didn't want to leave the house to explore the area, that it was so nice. Definitely will try to come back.
