We had the whole family together in the house for 7 nights, the layout worked out very well for the 8 children having the basement with TV, games, and room to play. They also enjoyed playing ping pong for the 1st time. Most of our activities were within 25-30 minutes, and grocery stores were within 10 minutes. We had excellent communication between us and the host anytime we had a question or something to be taken care of. One thing people have to take into account is that with Colorado's climate, many places may not have central air conditioning despite 90 degree temps during the day. That is a bit of a challenge to get all rooms cool enough at night. Otherwise, for a large group this house worked out great!

We enjoyed our family trip to Colorado. The vrbo was comfortable. The kids loved the hot tub, the beds were comfy, we had a blast playing the meme game. It was great to have a grill and large kitchen table to enjoy meals together. Having a washer and dryer was a lifesaver.

This is the perfect place for family and the location was amazing! Plenty of space for everyone to spread out, yet the living/dining room with a nice long table gives a space to come together again for meals and games. The outdoor area was rustic but spacious and the kids enjoyed the hot tub which was a nice bonus. We spotted deer, rabbits, chipmunks, and lots of birds. Also relax on the front deck and enjoy the beautiful mountain views. We would definitely come back to stay!

Our stay here was great. Everything was described as it is. There was a third shower in the basement, which was nice with 15 people staying. Plenty of seating for meals between outside and inside and space for everyone to spread out.
FYI- There are many stairs to the main floor, if you have someone with accessibility issues. It’s in a beautiful area of Colorado Springs, easy to find. Very quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed our stay!

I don't know where to even begin with how absolutely fabulous our stay was. The house we had originally booked had an unforeseen issue. Tanya called us and informed us of the issue and immediately relieved any concerns by offering us a bigger and actually better house that was more suited to our needs. We were a very small senior class on senior trip and had some specific room needs. I cannot stress enough how much we appreciate Tanya and her drive to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. Thank you so much, Tanya, for letting us stay in your beautiful house!

The house was great. Made us feel like we were in the country due to the deer every morning and end evening even though we were in the city.

This is a nice spacious home that offers amazing views of the mountains. The beds were very comfortable and the water had water conditioner added to it which made for a very nice shower experience. The host was very responsive and the space was very clean. This was a perfect place to celebrate a birthday and spend time with family.
One thing to note. There is only two televisions in the entire home. One is in the living room and is roughly a 36 inch television which is pretty small for such a large space. The other one is in the basement area where the bunk beds are for the kids which was helpful. It would have been nice to have televisions in the rooms. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, thank you for hosting us.

From check in to check out, everything was a super easy process. Tanya was a wonderful host, and while caught in a snow storm while visiting Breckenridge, we got stuck for a day and a half, and she was so understanding and so very accommodating. Definitely recommend this stay. There was plenty of room and the scenery was amazing, and the home is beautiful!

This was the perfect place for our family to celebrate our sons first birthday and new years! The host was very responsive to any questions. We also brought our pets. There is a lot of space, both inside and outdoors. It was a great stay!

We had a group of 12, with 6 kids (ages 1,2,6,6,7, 10), their 4 parents and two grandparents.
The house is very spacious and was perfect for our needs. We BBQ’d on the grill, played the arcade game downstairs and enjoyed every minute of our stay. It was reasonably close to many local activities (Manitou Springs, Pikes Peak, the North Pole, Garden of the Gods, the list goes on and on.)
The back patio and covered deck were fantastic places to relax outside away from the noise…😂
We would definitely stay here again.

So first, I have to say, this VRBO had the best beds. So comfortable! This house is in a safe, quiet neighborhood, and has a great view out the front. We had five adults and one child and we had ample room. You really can’t go wrong with this listing.

This was a GREAT rental! We were in Colorado for a funeral, the host was so understanding and kind. They allowed me to bring my 5-week-old puppies, so they weren't separated from their mother. Nice fenced in yard. Hot tub. Big spacious house for the kids and family. I will definitely be staying again. It's quiet and peaceful and has beautiful views. We loved it! Great hosts!

We loved our stay! There were plenty of towels, the house was so clean and comfortable to sleep 6 adults and 4 toddlers. The hot tub was wonderful to warm us up on the cold nights- also VERY clean! We were greeted by deer every morning outside the back porch. The neighbors were friendly too! We plan to stay here again :)

This rental is nice. It is an older house with older furnishings. All in all it met our needs and we enjoyed our stay. Very roomy for our group of 10. The view was awesome. Also a great place if you have a med to large dog. Has a nice fenced in area in the back.
The appliances are a little dated. Glass top stove was cracked, but we made it work. (I recommend changing it out) The dishwasher went out, but the owner had it fixed same day.
Great communication with owner.

Fabulous home for our early family Christmas. Host even provided a tree, which set us for the holiday spirit. Home is on a hill with a beautiful mountain view from the living room. Central location with quick access to any where we went. The home had all we needed - spacious and comfortable beds. Cooked several meals and well stocked kitchen. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay!

We had an amazing time in Colorado Springs, the house is large and sleeps a lot of people-Plenty of bathrooms- this was perfect for our multi family vacation. Hot tub was nice after long days of hiking and walking! Could use some updates but we liked it and would stay again if ever back in the area. Owner was very quick to respond to questions. So overall I would recommend.

We stayed at the Park Vista VRBO for a week on our 1st annual family vacation with my 3 children, their families and my mom. Everyone loved the property and the location. There was plenty of spaces for everyone to gather together or to have some quite time. The house was very clean( I am picky) and the kitchen was well equipped. We will definitely book again if stay in Colorado Springs again.

This home is amazing for a family or a womens retreat like we did. Awesome space for your dog. Very clean. And the veiw off the master sweet of pikes peak was spectacular. Nice and close to everything you need but far enough away for peace and quiet. Host is amazing. 5 star plus review!

This lovely rental has everything! Beautiful house, but still feels comfortable and we can have fun and be ourselves. Hot tub was great! Outside was natural and quiet, deer walk thru in the morning. So pet friendly, nice enclosed yard for them.

We had an amazing time with three families in one house and it was plenty big enough to accommodate us all. We made lots of memories and are very glad this house made it possible!
