We enjoyed our stay mostly. Our unit was clean and easy to find and easy access to everything. Our major complaint is that this is 3 floors and I did not see that listed on the information in the listing. We are 73 and 71 yrs old and carrying our luggage up 3 flights to the bedroom was not too convenient. We are not in bad health but still was not a pleasant situation. I wish I had seen that on the listing, I would have not chosen this particular place. Coming out of the master bedroom one is about 3 feet away from the stairs going down. My husband was slightly dizzy due to the altitude and it was quite nerve racking to be so close to stairs going down from our bedroom. We did not stay both nights due to this! I was not dizzy but it was still disconcerting to have the stairs so close to our bedroom door. Wish this would have been listed clearly so older people dont rent this!

The original unit rented had a water problem prior to our arrival. The property manager was very helpful in trying to accommodate us and switched us to another unit. The new unit was the same floor plan, clean and acceptable but not newly renovated like the unit we booked. We were given a discount for the difference. I would rent here again.

Very conveniently located rental property! Perfect for our family getaway!

We loved it even tho it didn’t snow and while we were there temperatures were great. It was a quiet neighborhood. We just went around to see the towns and its surroundings. The only bad part about there is the people there, they are not so welcoming. From everyone there only 5 were somewhat nice.They didn’t give that much information on sightseeing or anything at all. But other than that everything was great 😊 . (And yes we could google places but sometimes it don’t show you everything)

We really enjoyed this Riverside retreat in Ouray. It's right next door to the hot springs and walkable to downtown and many trailheads. We enjoyed the extra touches like toiletries, starter packs of laundry detergent, dish soap, pet waste bags. Loved the online resource to check in and communicate with the property manager as needed. We will talk our friends about this great place. Thank you!

Walkable to town and hot springs. River outside balcony. Very tastefully remodeled condo and very equipped kitchen and bath. Clean and comfortable

The condo was absolutely great but for those coming with trailers or oversized vehicles be prepared to haul your belongings. Due to the units location in proximity to the hot springs the parking is a bit wonky. This is a split level condo with 3 flights of stairs. The single downfall with the inside is there is a single shower and on the 3rd floor.. The shower head faces the shower entry and is not adjustable so water gets out. All in all we weren’t disappointed in anything about this condo…. The items above are just some items look out for…

From the easy check-in to the cleanliness of the property this is a perfect rental. Only little negative is the traffic noise, but if the windows are closed on that side and open on the river side all the noise is taken away. Thank you for making our stay special!

The river was outside our back door --- best feature --- with access to the Uncompahgre River Walk thru a gate next door. Also, we were next to the Hot Springs and across the street from the Perimeter Trail. Town was just a few blocks away. Walking distance to everything. Definitely will stay here again.

The property was very clean, well furnished, and had everything we needed. The staff went above and beyond to help us with a shipping/logistics issue that we had. (Of our own making). Don't have anything negative to say. We would certainly stay there again.

Although it was a nice place, roofers showed up on our second day and rained down nails and asphalt on us all day. They were hammering until 830 at night when I had to go out and yell at them to stop so we could put our kids to bed! Unbelievably bad😒

Very nice, clean, and well-appointed town home. The property is right on the Uncompahgre River, on the north end of Ouray. Walking distance to the Hot Springs and a large park; there is live music from 5-9 on Thursdays throughout the summer, but it was quiet by 10pm. Everything you need to cook in the kitchen, lots of extra towels, pillows, and blankets. Good garage space with bike racks. Only drawback is the proximity to the main road in town, but most of the places to stay in Ouray are close to the road, as it’s the only paved road in town.

This is a beautifully remodeled and meticulously clean townhome at the entrance to Ouray on the Uncompaghre River. We had all the equipment that we needed to cook meals and enjoy our stay. It was a perfect romantic getaway. We loved having a garage and sitting on the deck overlooking the river for meals. This is a great place to stay while you explore all there is to offer in Ouray and nearby towns! Of note: There are 4 flights of steep stairs...keep in mind if a problem for you. There is no A/C, but keeping the windows at night kept us cool.
