Great house in a beautiful location. Plenty of room and huge window to watch the surprise snowfall! It was a wonderful experience for all of us. Would highly recommend.

We had a great time here and the house was wonderful. the only thing is the oven had not been cleaned in a long time as we turned it on the house was smoked out and the cable in the living room did not work but we made due. Over all a great place to stay and i definitely recommend this house.

My business partner and my family’s spent a relaxing weekend at the cabin. The cabin worked well for us 4 adults and 7 kids. There was things to do for all ages. The heated pool at the lodge was an added bonus.

Stayed for 3 nights. Can’t beat the price, great location close to terry peak, lead, and deadwood.

This cabin is beautiful, all the amenities we could want, very comfortable beds and furniture. We loved the fireplaces and the large dining table/fully stocked kitchen. The community clubhouse was also a great hangout with the heated pool, hot tubs, pool table, etc. We will definitely be coming back!

We had a group of 11, 6 adults and 5 kids and this cabin was perfect for what we needed. The kids and adults loved sitting in the hot tub and enjoyed the pool at the clubhouse. We will definitely book this cabin again the next time we are in the area.

House was clean and well maintained. There was plenty of room for our family of eight both inside and out. The rustic setting was very relaxing and location to bars, restaurants and casino's was perfect, just a short drive. Check-in and out was slick and communication was great with the rental agent. Would definitely stay there again.

We had a great time staying at the Blackhorn Lodge! We all really enjoyed the hot tub, gaming area upstairs, and the community lodge. It was a great place for a family trip!

Our family stayed for 4 nights celebrating a milestone birthday for our mom. We had families with children and loved the spacious location and right across from the pool. It was welcoming and great to host us all together. We had lots of room to visit with the two decks. The beds were clean and very comfortable, the kitchen was perfect and had all we needed. The hot tub on site was perfect and clean. The 5-10 minute drive to Deadwood was also really nice to be close to the action. The only thing we would say is apart from this cabin itself, the shared clubhouse pool needs some TLC and a bit more cleaning with the amenities.

The location of this cabin is great. The property itself is beautiful. Only a few gripes. The oven quit working 3/4 of the way while cooking our prime rib and there for kind ruined that meal for us. And there were no extra garbage bags.

Our family had a fabulous Thanksgiving at the Blackhorn Lodge. We were able to cook an entire traditional Thanksgiving meal without having to bring our entire kitchen. The house smelled wonderful upon arrival and memories were made. The large table was perfect for playing games. We may have to make this a new tradition. We had so much fun!

The property manager was kind enough to notify of impending snowy weather the day prior to our visit and offered a refund. To me the snow was an added bonus, and luckily the roads opened and we were able to make it as anticipated. Unfortunately the cabin had no shovel and the walk had not been shoveled prior to our arrival so getting everything in the cabin was a challenge. The mid October storm was a surprise to everyone. The Cabin was delightful and the perfect relaxing get away. The downstairs lights were not working and the property manager was prompt to assist with solving the problem. We never did get the downstairs fireplace to work which is the source of heat but was not a major issues as the temperature warmed up during our stay. The hot tub was wonderful and very private. We would defiantly stay again as it met all of our needs very nicely.

We enjoyed our stay very much. There was plenty of room for us. 4 bedrooms and we enjoyed the shared spaces. We enjoyed our nightly visit from the deer. We did enjoy most of the wildlife while sitting out on the deck. It's not too far from Lead or Deadwood.
