Teresa helped us from the start with her lovely property. The home was very well stocked, roomy for everyone, and central right off a main street. We didn't get to use the hot tub as planned but the board games and snacks were a hit. We had some road noise because of the easy location but nothing too crazy. We would definitely stay here again.

Its was amazing, great location, very clean and very immaculate. Wonderfully decorated and fully furnished. This stay was everything we had hoped for. The hot tub was a huge plus. We also found it well stocked and plenty of linens as well as very open space. We would definitely visit again. 10/10

This was the first time staying anywhere other than a hotel and it was amazing! Our host was super friendly and great with communication, answered any questions we had right away! The location is great! Two minutes from a store and right next to a gas station! The house itself is beautiful and plenty of room for all five of us who stayed. Would definitely come back and recommend to all!

Home was very clean! Decor quite interesting and we loved the key scavenger hunt! I think my favorite bedroom was the New York Room! Homeowner was very nice and quick to answer when we called her.

Very nice overall..we did Branson activities (zip line, go carts, SDC)and Springfield stuff too..caverns etc..30 min drive each way..house was big and comfy..house is on corner lot and backs up to convenience store and is sided by thorofare on west..looks a little commercial. BUT it was extremely quiet, 2mins drive from wal mart..the themed rooms were fun and the beds were comfy!

We gather every year to celebrate a birthday. So having a home that holds all of us comfortably was really nice. We enjoyed the sunken living room and we all fit on the couch together. There were even additional chairs had we needed. We also took advantage of the hot tub and deck. Spending time together was the priority of the weekend. But this place was also close to both Springfield and Branson which gave us more options of things to do. I will definitely be coming back for next year's birthday celebration.

We were very pleased with the home in Nixa. It exceeded our expectations, the pictures are accurate and the amenities were great. Very comfy beds, plenty of showers and bathrooms for all 6 of us. We walked to a nice Italian restaurant. We will be trying to book this home again next time we are going to the Springfield area.

I would absolutely recommend this place if you are wanting a home away from home! Very clean, absolutely love the decor! They hidden keys kept my 10 year old entertained our whole stay. Definitely a 10 out of 10!!!

We stayed over the weekend to attend Comic Con in Springfield. The property was beautiful and nice a cozy 😍 super easy check in, and great communication. The property is close to so many different things, and just a short drive to Springfield. I would highly recommend!

Great home with all the amenities you need. Also the two bedrooms with double beds have trundle beds. Not sure I remember seeing that in any of the descriptions. We had some issues with the internet connectivity for the TV’s but the home owner was very responsive and got it resolved for us quickly.

Several friends and I stayed at this house during a golf outing in Springfield. The house was fantastic with all of the amenities you need and recently updated. Four big bedrooms, many flat screen TVs, hot tub. You’ll enjoy staying here!

We had a wedding in Ozark, MO. It was only 15 minutes from Nixa to Ozark, MO. This house accommodated our group so well! It was Clean., spacious and so many amenities that made the stay that much better. I would stay there again in a heart beat !

Nice home in Nixa
We stayed here for a week in July. Overall good experience. The kids loved the key game and the home was clean, spacious, and comfortable. A couple issues did crop up. Several ceiling tiles fell onto the floor in one of the bedrooms, so we decided to leave that room vacant. We also ran into trouble with ants in the kitchen and dining area, which the owner had warned us about on the day of check in.

Beautiful hide away in the middle of everything.
House is beautiful, decorations are interesting, but it all works so well together. Hot tub out back was nice. We never figured out the steam shower so only recommendation would be to add instructions to the book. Key hunt was fun, and we enjoyed the home very much.

Clean and Convenient
This house seemed much bigger on the inside than it looked from outside. The unique bedrooms were all very comfortable and the kitchen/dining and living room were plenty spacious for our group of 7. The scavenger hunt was a fun, unique touch, and we had a great time relaxing in the hot tub. Thank you for a great stay!
