there was a weird odder in the room

Found a couple bed bugs which is reason for a lower review. Room was nice size and staff very nice.

Older hotel. Pretty clean. Breakfast wasnt much. Bed was comfortable but room was really small

No problems … things worked !

Front desk was super nice and accommodating. Very clean inside even though it was a bit outdated. Comfortable bed and good option of TV channels.

Room is nice enough.. lobby felt like the A/C was out but the room was cool enough, pool was nice enough but no privacy… feel like you are on the highway. Could be a nice place but then again for the rate I would say it’s what you pay for. People are smoking…. Our floor smells like cigarette smoke. Bed/bedfing comfortable

Clean and well cared for older property. Friendly and helpful staff- accommodating when we asked to change rooms due to a mildew odor coming from AC. Breakfast typical. Coffee was ok.

The clerk did not welcome us. He could not find our reservation on the computer. He did not give us eye contact while talking to us. Our room had pubic hair in the toilet. The toilet did not flush. The chain fell off two times in our overnight stay. The "free" breakfast was minimal. There was no salt or pepper available. We were eating in the dining room when the attendant came in turned off the lights and began to stack chairs. We asked if he would like us to move to the dining room and he replied, yes. We moved to finish our coffees. He came into clean the two tables. As he cleaned the one, he turned and looked at us with a cloth and spray bottle in hand. My husband asked, "Would you like to clean this one?". He replied, "You can go to the lobby". I have never experienced such poor customer service in a hotel.

All the staff was very kind, professional and accommodating to our request. The room we had was wonderful in cleanliness and layout. The bed was a ok but the pillows needed to be replaced due to lumpiness and over all lack of comfort. The shower was set up nice but the holder for the shower head was not able to use because it was torn up prior to our arrival. The shower head when it was on was non adjustable and the water stream was like using a power washer at max levels. It actually hurt to shower. The toilet seat came off in the middle of the night when I was using the bathroom. I was able to reattach it thankfully. I secured it back to the position it should have been in to begin with.

Great staff clean rooms housekeeping was friendly

Staff is friendly property is clean. Easy accessibility to dining and stores. Nestled in-between Springfeild and Silverdollar city. No traffic. Playground across the street yet quiet.

The property was fine. The breakfast options were limited and there was very limited seating in the breakfast area (seven total chairs at two tables!). Not a very welcoming area. What breakfast food they did provide was tasty.

Hotel had no elevator to the 2nd fl. Recently had knee surgery and had to carry belongings up 2 flights of stairs. Found hair in multiple locations in the room. AC/HEAT was non-operable...thought it was unplugged because it was off (no power to it), but realized this was not the case...either it didn't work, or, what I believe, it was turned off from another location to save energy....not cool for menopausal women. I was not greeted when I walked through the door, which coming from a previous hotel manager is a customer service NO-NO! Staff not unpleasant, but not as pleasant as they could've been. Honestly, place was kinda drab, so just remember the old adage....YOU GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR! But paying $85 for this was waaayyyyyy too much!

Everything was great. This was my second stay at this location, and I'll stay there again whenever I'm in the area.

Much better quality than expected! It was perfect for our weekend trip and an arguably decent distance from everywhere we needed to go.

Stayed for the weekend to visit family. Staff was friendly, rooms clean. The only thing was the bed is pretty hard. Overall a great stay- will return.

The room was clean but room next door was partying so I did not sleep well. Someone even knocked on my door in the middle of the night. I was there to relax so not a great review.

Everything about the property seemed nice, clean, and comfortable. The price was reasonable, and I can definitely see myself staying there again!

Other than the toilet not flushing properly it was a nice quiet stay. Sweet, friendly people that operate the hotel and I felt safe while traveling alone. Very clean newly renovated hotel! I'll stop back again my next visit through Nixa but wishing the cost was more competitive.

Beds were comfortable, bathroom-the toilet kept running all night, we told the front desk. Breakfast was very minimal, the breaker had flipped so nothing was working correctly and took a long time to get going again and unfortunately we were in a hurry. No elevator. We did not know this ahead of time and would have stayed elsewhere had we known, due to mobility issues with stairs.

We have stayed at this hotel mulitple times, and never had an issue. We stayed in the room with the jetted tub, and it was awesome. We will most def try to get the same room when we come back.

The front desk staff and housekeeping staff were both very nice and helpful. Check in was easy. The hotel was clean, but had a musty smell in the halls. The musty smell in our room was awful. They gave us something to spray in the room and it was better. There were tiny holes in the curtain. A burn hole in our blanket. And one towel was so thin you could see thru it. But the room was cleaned every day and it served our purpose. Breakfast was pretty good also.

My room was clean and had plenty of room. The breakfast the next morning was minimal, as many hotels have been after Co-vid.

We were quoted for 2 nights booking online but then we ended up paying a hundred dollars more. A total rip-off!
