We had such a wonderful time in Kelli’s place. The location is fantastic, you’re right on the beach. The views are spectacular and the home is comfortable and wonderfully appointed. Thank you!

We loved our experience! The access to the beach is unmatched. The house was exactly as described. The home’s access to the beach is a public access where others pay to park and enter the beach so there were times pulling into the house or leaving was a bit confusing but nothing to keep us from staying again! We will be booking again!!

The proximity to the beautiful beach was everything we wanted in a vacation rental. We have three kids aged 2.5, 7 and 11 so it was great to be able to be on the beach within a couple minutes and run back for lunch and bathrooms. The big kids did a surf camp all week on the beach which they loved! We are healthy eaters and there were several great food options for us in town. Communication with Kelli was quick and helpful. The condo is beautifully updated and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The whole family rated our trip 10/10. Thank you!

Great location right on the beach with views of the morning sunrise. Couldn’t ask for a better place to relax on the beach. Close to restaurants and convenient to other Wrightsville and Wilmington attractions. Will definitely return for more family fun.

We enjoyed our short stay at this beautiful home on the ocean in Wrightsville Beach. Our teens toured UNCW in Wilmington and this home was the perfect beachside retreat. Kelli was attentive and provided lots of information on the area. The home had every amenity that you could ask for. We hope to be back in the near future!

We usually book single family homes and was a little hesitant on booking a townhome but this cute home was the perfect spot for our group. Clean, well appointed and nicely decorated! Kelli was great to communicate with and check in was easy. The beach access is right next to the home and although convenient while staying there it did get a little busy with public beach traffic coming and going. Overall everything was great!

This property was clean and well maintained, and the location was immaculate. It was only steps from the beach, and a great neighbor. The property owner was attentive and made sure that everything was in place for our stay. This was a couples weekend and everyone ejoyed their stay.

House was immaculate. Beautifully decorated and was stocked with everything needed for a week at the beach. Perfect location with great beach access. Neighbors were super nice and very helpful. Highly recommend. Third parking space was a game changer. Very hard to find at Wrightsville Beach. Will return.

We had a great time. Great beach access, perfect for families with small kids. We spent our nights on the deck enjoying the ocean view. Kelli was great!

The Host was a pleasure to work with and dedicated to providing the guests with all the necessary information and instructions to make it a stress free stay. The place was beautifully decorated, comfortable, and the location was absolutely perfect! They could teach a class on how to be the ideal VRBO host in terms of communication as well as knowing what your guests need in a vacation rental so you never have to want or ask for anything.

I don’t want to give this place too good of a review because I don’t want anyone else to find out about it. What an incredible rental. We hope to have many years returning to Wrightsville Beach and staying here. You really couldn't ask for anything better than this. Its the real deal.

We will absolutely be back. The location was amazing (steps from the beach), the unit was clean and updated, and there is a lot to explore in the area. It was a great weekend away for our family of four.

We had an amazing time at this property - the updated interior/furniture, the view, everything you need ... from the fully stocked kitchen to the comfortable beds to Wi-Fi to the location. Great overall experience! Construction of neighbor’s house was disclosed in the listing. Worked only happened one day while we were there so wasn’t a big deal. Appreciate the transparency.

The home is great as it has been updated recently. Bathrooms are brand new and the bedrooms are spacious. You cannot be the location and we loved spending time on the porch under the giant umbrella. The owners thoughtfully supplied numerous items like aluminum foil, coffee/Keurig cups etc as well as bath products. It was very helpful. We also grilled one night as they have a fantastic gas grill on the back patio.
We hope to stay again on future trips to Wrightsville Beach

Excellent Communication, Property, Furnishings & Location
We have used VRBO several times to find properties at the NC beach. This was the best experience we had. Excellent communication with the owner, excellent property and perfect location. Also, the house was nicely furnished. My wife and other family members throughly enjoyed the stay. I hope we have an opportunity to stay at this property in the future.
