Enjoyable stay. Right across from pool. Plants / trees on patio were overgrown and therefore it made it difficult to fully utilize outside area, could be season / time of year

Property was outstanding. Well equipped with everything. Location was ideal. Due to the weather over the weekend we were unable to play golf but found the pro shop was very accommodating. Great trip for the family. Eric was a great host.

Location was great and the place was clean and well appointed. We opted for the amenities available at the club along with the community pool across from the condo keeping everyone happy! The view from the patio provided a ring side view of the course which entertained our budding 3 year golfer. Will definitely stay here when we return to Palm Desert. Thank you Eric for all your help in answering our questions!

This house has pretty much anything you’d need for a great stay. Living room is comfortable and very bright and uplifting, the beds are comfortable, clean and the rooms are beautiful.
The heated pool and spa is just steps away. The resort is beautiful too!

Eric's home at Monterey Country Club is very comfortable, spacious, well equipped, clean and is a perfect spot for stay in the Palm Springs area.

Loved the four bedroom aspect of this property that accommodated our two families. Due to this east facing property, the house and patio were on the cool side which would be perfect for warmer months. Loved being on the golf course with golf privileges and the home had two cruiser bikes which were used daily. Pool and spa were directly across the street. Great location to shops and restaurants on El Paseo. The house was well stocked with pots, pans, dishes etc. Homeowner was very helpful with a few minor issues. Overall, we had a nice stay.

It was exactly what we were looking for a relaxing weekend away. The house was wonderful and had every amenity we needed.. the pool was conveniently located across the street and came in very handy.

Spacious and well maintained home in a relaxing setting. Quiet neighborhood, right across the street from the small garden setting pool and hot tub. Convenient for walking and jogging and close to restaurants. Owner was a pleasure to work with.

My family and I really enjoyed our holiday weekend at this house. It's very comfortable and roomy with everything you need. The surrounding community is great and we were able to enjoy the pools and pickleball courts (big hit with the kids!). It's also very close to El Paseo shopping and restaurants, hiking trails, and Living Desert Zoo. Communication with Eric was very easy - thank you! 5 stars all the way.

The home was beautifully appointed as in a terrific location. Everything looked better tha. The pictures. All drawers we labeled and the kitchen was stocked with many helpful things.
I didn’t notice that I needed to sign up for the Country Club days before our arrival. Thanks to the owner extending himself, we were able to make full use of the club, including our first time playing pickle ball. Eric was terrific and responsive to all of our inquiries. Our overall experience could have been better. We would highly recommend and will be back.

Property was perfect for what we needed. Clean. No personal clutter all over the house. Easy access to the garage. Cruiser bikes. Outside patio on golf course shaded and relaxing. Everything needed was there. And owner/manager was responsive within minutes of any message/text. Five star!

My group of friends and I stayed here for the Indian Wells tennis tournament. The house was exactly as pictured, super clean, organized and instrux on how to enter and exit were simple and clear. Our host, Eric, was beyond communicative, kind and accommodating. He was able to grant our request for early check-in and was helpful when we asked about 240v charger for my electric vehicle. We didn't spend much time in the house since we were at the tourney most of the time, but it was a wonderful base for us and we would definitely stay again. Thank you, Eric!!!

This home is incredibly well located in a lovely neighborhood close to shopping, grocery stores, restaurants etc. It is well-stocked, clean, and quiet. We had everything we needed for our 2-week stay. There is plenty of room to spread out and yet it is still cozy and welcoming. The views of the golf course and mountains are just icing on the cake. Checkin was seamless and Eric was a pleasure to work with!

We enjoyed having bright, large open areas in this home. It is very clean and modern. We loved having the highchair, crib, pack n play and kids utensils, plates and bowls all available to use. Plenty of pillows, blankets and towels are also in the home.

This property was exactly as it was pictured. Clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location great for hiking and dining out. Eric was a great host. We had a small problem with the keyless entry and he responded immediately. Would definitely return again .

Our family of four really enjoyed Eric’s property at Monterey Country Club. The condo was beautifully renovated and stocked full of everything you would need for a great stay. Eric is a fabulous host. We would be delighted to stay again.

Excellent across the board. Pet-friendly, well equipped with everything we needed. Comfortable beds. Nice fenced in patio so didn't worry about dogs escaping. Great location within the community - quick to get in and out. Owner was very helpful.

This house was PERFECT for our weekend stay! I wish the owners would come to my home and help me with a fraction of their organizational skills! Nothing was out of place and soooo easy to find. Not one complaint. Beds and living room were all cozy! In fact my brother (who has a bad neck) hates all beds and he slept so well on the den pull out couch...so that was a real bonus! I hope this place is available next year for our family weekend! ALL AROUND FANTASTIC! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

We had a great stay at this unit which is extremely well-sized and suitable for a family. We had a baby with us and the high chair, crib and pack n play were extremely helpful to have on hand. The unit was extremely tidy and well-outfitted. Eric was very easy to deal with, timely on responses, and made the check in process very seamless. Monterey GC is very centrally located and close to all the places you want to be in the desert.

Best vacation rental
I have rented or stayed in at least 25 vacation rentals in the last decade and this is the best home that I have ever stayed in. It was no where the most expensive and it is the top on the list.
This home was very clean, had plenty of everything you need in a home, and didn’t have any clutter. Everything was “just right”.
The beds, couches and chairs were all very comfortable and in excellent condition.
Note to those that are staying in the summertime: this home takes a while to cool down given the desert location. Make sure to adjust your expectation of how long it takes for the home to cool down on your first day there. The desert is extremely hot in the summer and it will take many hours for the home to cool down. I promise that it will happen but it is completely normal for it to take a while to happen.

Home has everything you’d need for a wonderful stay! Beautiful & comfortable furniture/beds. Great location, few steps across street to pool, lovely golf course view out the back. Host very accommodating, we’re looking forward to coming back again next year.

Birthday on Serena Drive
I decided to celebrate my birthday with close family members and our Palm Desert stay at Serena Drive was amazing. The space was clean and our stay was restful. The kitchen was well equipped so canceled our restaurant reservations, hit the grocery and just cooked and stayed in. Communications with Eric were easy. He promptly responded to my messages and the instructions provided for the house were easy to follow. Three days were too short of a stay at that property but we enjoyed every minute of it. Thank you, Eric for being a gracious host.

Great stay!
We really enjoyed our stay at the Monterey Country Club. Erik’s place is very well stocked with all the comforts of home. We enjoyed sitting on the patio watching golfers as well as lounging by the pool that is very close to the unit (just across the street). Erik quickly responded to any questions, which was much appreciated.
Would love to stay again!
