This was a great house for our family of four. Perfect location. We loved the privacy and seclusion of the property. We also loved the calm water and easy access to the ocean from the dock and stairs. Very clean and well decorated with no clutter. You can't go wrong with this house. We can't wait to go back there next summer!

I actually wanted to write my review after day one at Nautilus by the Sea, but I messaged the owners direct and waited till I got back the the UK to write the Vrbo review. This is THE most incredible place - the online photos don't do it justice. The photos are accurate, don't get me wrong, but to arrive at and stay at NBTS, is totally breath taking. Walked up to the front door is like a little oasis of colourful shrubs and flowers and the white and blues were just gorgeous. Then when Monica opened the front door, all of us took a sharp intake of breath and unanimously went 'WOW'! It is the most stunning place inside and out. The decor, the colours, the furnishings the fixtures and fittings - just designed and decked out with love and feels like you have really arrived in Exuma. The entire kitchen/living area is open plan and looks out on to the patio terrace and then out on to the dock and the sea. That was our view, every day for 5 days and we were so unhappy to leave - mainly because we wished we had booked it for longer instead of moving on to somewhere else on the island. Amenities wise, it has everything you need and I can't say that about many self catering homes. We used the BBQ every day. Kayaks and paddle boards too. Being on Hoopers Bay is spectacular and we saw lots of turtles (take them lettuce) and marine life from the dock. 100% the only place we will stay in Exuma when we go back. If they will have us. If you are looking for the perfect island rental, this might be it. Lodging is beautiful. Location is perfect. Amenities were outstanding. Service from renter was fantastic. We will be back.

The Nautilus by the Sea was perfectly located on Hooper’s Bay. You can kayak, paddle board and snorkel right out the back door. The bay is unbelievably clear and we were able to see several species of fish right from the dock. The home is lovely with incredible views. We enjoyed our stay very much.

The home is so nice, and well appointed on the water, centrally located in Georgetown, near the meat market and easy to get around to most anywhere. The pics of the property don’t do it justice - it’s absolutely stunning. The kitchen has nice features, all new appliances, great cooking ware, and the bathrooms are all nice and new. I would definitely stay here again. Don’t have any reservations about staying, just book it. The property mgr Monica is an absolute delight and terrific communicator too. Loved our time here!

Rented the house for a girls trip and the photos online do not do it justice. Monica was amazing and met us at airport and took us to the house. When you walk in, you are blown away by the view. Everyday we had a turtle show up (we named George) and we fed it lettuce. We had huge nurse sharks swim by the house three days and the kayaks were easy to load in the water and take us over to the beach. I recommend taking the water taxi over to Chat N Chill and have a drink and feed the stingrays. It did rain a few days but the house was spacious and we had games and tv to keep us entertained. We will be back to this property soon!

What an absolutely perfect property to spend a week in paradise with our group of friends. From the moment you walk in the front door, you are greeted by the most spectacular view of the water. You can tell the house was built with so much thought and care. It's beautifully decorated, with very comfortable beds, and plenty of space to spread out and relax. We used the paddle boards and kayaks every day. The turtles swim by daily, or you can paddle down to the docks to see a bunch more. The backyard and dock were our favorite spots to hang out and relax. The internet went out on the island for the week but we hardly noticed. Monica was an excellent host, very responsive to our questions, and even brought over a DVD player because the internet was out. We are already planning our next trip to come back. This house has one of the best views in the Exumas, thank you for allowing us to rent it for the week!

This was our fifth trip to the Exumas. Probably the best service we have ever had from a caretaker. Monica went above and beyond from the second we booked until we got checked in. The house is even better looking than the wonderful pictures. High quality construction and furnishings. The outdoor space has many facets and all very inviting. Highly recommended house.

Seven of us stayed at this house for 10 days with ages ranging from 21 to 63 and everyone had a great time! The photos are very accurate and the waterfront location is wonderful. We would have loved another bathroom for our group but we managed and the outdoor shower was a plus. We think that a couple more kayaks, especially a couple of double kayaks would be a big plus for this house so that the group could kayak together to the nearby beach to spend some beach time. Hooper's Bay is a beautiful beach and worth visiting the turtles there. We went on a couple of boat tours with Antonio from Johnson's Getaway and he was fabulous. He took us on the full day Swimming Pigs excursion and the half day Sandy Cay and Lazy River excursion. Both were highlights of our trip and we would highly recommend doing this as the true beauty of Exuma is in the water.

We have 5 teen kids and this place was perfect. The house was just as good as pictured and the back patio/landscaping was amazing. Plenty of areas for sitting, eating, sunbathing, etc with Chairs, swings, umbrellas, and Cornhole court, all facing the beautiful Hoopers Bay. We also got great use out of the kayaks and SUPs at the docks. I highly recommend renting a boat for a day or two if you're familiar with boats. It’s a great way to explore Exuma and Stocking island and find your own slices of paradise. The dock and mooring allowed for easy drop off and pick up from the boat rental company. The only small criticism is I wish it had a third bathroom but the outside shower is a nice touch and was frequently used. Give it a try. There’s a good chance we will be back in Exuma again and if we are, we will definitely stay here!

This was an unforgettable vacation with our 3 kids!! We absolutely LOVED the house and we received amazing service from Monica, the Property Manager. Would definitely return if we get the chance.

Nautilus by the Sea was the perfect property for our 8 day stay in Exuma. The pictures online are great and accurate. The home is very well kept and has all of the amenities of home. Monica is the best- very accomodating and responsive. The space is very clean, comfortable, convenient to everywhere. We will be back and I hope Nautilus by the Sea will be available!

This place is great! Location is great. Very close to a beach but I didn’t miss the beach with the dock. Beds comfy. Most everything you need was provided (a cooler and drink coozies were all I missed but property manager brought 2 coolers as soon as I mentioned it!). Property manager was very responsive and helpful. The place was really great. I took off a star for cleanliness bc the cabinets and some of the baseboards needed wiped down but this is being picky.

This impeccably appointment home and extraordinary location on the turquoise sea, exceeded all expectations! Paddle boarding and kayaking every day over to feed the turtles, snorkeling swimming, BBQ’ing and lounging all in the “back yard”. This vacation was truly paradise.

We spent 10 days at that location and it was not enough. This is paradise but for adults, considering the access to the water is very hazardous and we wouldn't recommand for young children. The view is absolutely gorgeous wether from inside or outside. The exterior living space is great (maybe missing some tanning chairs...). The interior is brand new, well furnished and equiped. Yoga, meditation, connexion with the nature and ocean : that's the place !!!

This was a great property and has an awesome deck where we spent most of our time. Property manager was great, very responsive and had great recommendations for our trip. We would definitely go back and stay here again! Just beautiful!

Our family had a wonderful stay at this house. The hosts were very kind and accommodating and the views of the water were beautiful to wake up to. We even spotted a few turtles and stingrays!
