We had wonderful stay with a group of tennis friends composed of 9 ladies. The condo is conveniently located in North Myrtle Beach and has a beautiful oceanfront view. There were many grocery stores, restaurants, and popular attractions nearby. The condo is nicely furnished and was stocked with everything that our group needed. It was clean and the layout was perfect. The owner, Stephanie went out of her way to make sure that we were satisfied. She was very quick to respond to any requests or questions that we had. It was a fantastic stay. No complaints! Thank you Stephanie! We will be back next year!

This is the 2nd time we’ve stayed with Stephanie. Her unit is so beautiful, clean and well appointed. We cook together as a family and the kitchen was amazing. Everything you could possibly need is there. Very large dining room table for our whole family. The rooms and large balconies were large and clean. The mattresses, we found out were new and very comfortable. The pool and beach were fantastic and we had such a great time during our 8 day stay. We were there during tropical storm idalia and Stephanie was in very frequent contact answering all of our concerns and even brought us a half dozen flashlights in case we lost power which we didn’t. Worth every penny!!!! Thanks Stephanie for another fantastic vacation!

Love the set up. 3 king rooms and the longest sofa I’ve ever seen (ha!) Great for a family of 8 adults and 2 littles for the week. Steps to the beach and the pool/hot tub, well equipped kitchen. We hope to be back!

Great property with plenty of space for our entire family. The rooms were clean and spacious and there are plenty of bathrooms. It may sound like a small thing but the kitchen was appointed very well, which is important to us since we prepare a lot of our own meals. 5 stars.

We were 2 families of 5 and this was the perfect place to accommodate us! One of the biggest pluses of the home was that almost every bedroom had an en-suite bathroom! With so many people, multiple bathrooms was much appreciated! We enjoyed having the upstairs “bonus room “ type space with the pool table that allowed some extra hang out space to separate the kids and adults if we wanted. There was plenty of seating at the dining table and couches to comfortably hang out in the main living space. The property truly is oceanfront which was amazing! Literally can make coffee and sit on the balcony. We were a little nervous about the balcony sturdiness with small kiddos. We loved there were multiple parking spaces so that really convenient too.In regard to location, it was a smidge further out to a lot of things we ended up doing it we had cars so it wasn’t too bad. We had never been before so be aware if you’re planning to do things in north myrtle beach vs myrtle beach. Overall super comfortable, beautiful beach front property with a responsive owner!

The property was overall pleasant, but the rooms were on the smaller side. Guests staying in the rooms near the entrance reported being bothered by elevator traffic and noise. There were plenty of great amenities offered at the property, and guests found that parking was easy. Additionally, the property had easy access to the beach. The owners were very easy to communicate with.

This condo was great and looked just like the pictures. The open dining, kitchen, and family room was perfect for meals, family games, and watching movies together. Everything was well stocked. The refrigerator was huge! One of the best welcome baskets I’ve ever seen. The only negative was the cramped laundry space but everything else made up for that. There were 8 family members from teenagers to a Grandparent, we all enjoyed our stay and had plenty of room to spread out. Stephanie was great to work with. The location was nice. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to friends.

The property was everything listed and more! The kitchen cabinets had everything we needed to make our meals. One of the best properties we have stayed at! The view from the balcony’s was beautiful. If only the weather was tad better for our trip!

This was truly one of the best vacations we’ve ever had with our family. The space was amazing six bedrooms, five bathrooms nobody was ever without a bathroom to use and you know that with kids and large groups that’s important! Stephanie, the host was just amazing, she is very helpful and responsive, although we had no big issues by any means. Morning, coffee on the balcony was just mesmerizing. Beds were comfortable although we tend to like one more firm and we did find the twin beds were not very comfortable for older teens and young adults. We certainly had everything we needed to prepare meals and enjoy our stay. We would most definitely consider this for a future family vacation destination again.

This was a fantastic unit that impressed all 14 of us in our extended family. Stepanie and her husband were not only accessible and responsive but plain good people. We would gladly recommend them and their unit to any and all.

We rented this condo for our annual trip. It was perfect for our needs. Very nice! The girls want to stay here again at the same time next year.

Happy New Year! This is the second time my family of six stayed at this property during Christmas week over the NYE holiday (5 adults, 1 Tween). Everyone had their own bedroom and bath. We love the kitchen, dining table and open floor plan. This year, there were several streaming channels available for great movie nights. This two floor villa has two masters on the upper level with a shared balcony. The pool table was great for family tournaments. The ocean views are an awesome sight to wake up to and it’s a short walk to the beach. This property is very well maintained, it was very clean and the kitchen is stocked very well. Love the welcome basket. You will also find everything you need on Route 17 in NMB, several food and clothing stores and restaurants minutes away. We had an amazing time! We’re going to try a summer stay, next time..

Great location, easy to get in and out of. Owner easy to work with. There are plenty of kitchen supplies for whatever you want to do. Second time there, will be back.

This is a fabulous place to stay in North Myrtle Beach! Stephanie was very friendly and answered all of my questions. We loved the space and with 10 adults and 4 children, we fit perfectly! LOVE that they made sure we had plenty of seats for all of us. We enjoyed all sitting together for dinners and plenty of room in the living room for us to play games and enjoy getting together as a family! The view is stunning. We would sit on the balcony with our coffee and watch the sunrise or just sit and listen to the waves and visit together. We will be back!

This unit is just as pictured. It’s spacious, nicely decorated and well stocked. I can highly recommend a stay in this unit. The manager is cordial and very accommodating. There is a private entry to beach, heated pool, and sufficient parking. 5 stars!!!!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here, the condo was right on the beach and very convenient for everything. The condo had everything we needed just not a kettle for our tea drinkers. Would absolutely book again.

We had a great time at your property. All of our family and grandchildren were with us, and there was plenty of room to spread out. We love the decorations, and the kitchen was fully stocked for anything you might need to do. Only warning is that there is not a gas grill on the property, it is charcoal. We were not prepared for that, so that was the only hiccup…

This was more than I could imagine for a family vacation. The unit was fabulous! So much room for everyone. A dining table that fits everyone. The kitchen was beautiful and had everything you could possibly need. The pool is big enough for all the guests of the property and the beach was beautiful. Communication with Stephanie was easy and fast. Thanks for a great vacation!!!

Our extended family had a great time at Stephanie's vacation home. The location was excellent being so close to the beach. We loved having a pool at the condo as well. The house was roomy enough for 4 families- 14 of us in total. The kitchen and oversized fridge was great to cook meals. Stephanie was super responsive to any questions.
