We loved this property and would definitely stay there again! The dock and yard are beautiful and pristinely maintained. The home was super clean upon checking in and the kitchen was well stocked with cookware. The deck was a perfect place to enjoy a dinner with a view of the beautiful lake. We loved the hot tub as well. The property felt private and neighborhood is lovely and nice and quiet. We rented a boat from the marina right across from the house - it could not have been easier. 10/10!!

My husband and I truly enjoyed our week on Lake Norman and the house we rented. The location was perfect. Quiet neighborhood, great dock, private beach and the view of the lake was spectacular.

Family vacation. Included my husband & myself, our son, his wife their 3yr daughter & 7week old daughter & a great dane Check in was easy..communication was great.The house is very comfortable and roomy.,beds were comfortable, love that there was extra toothbrush incase you 4 got ,1st aid kit,extra TP, tissues in every room,extra trash bags,paper towels, beach towels, laundry detergent,books to read games to play... All the little extra supplies is a very much appreciated.The beach area was beautiful(.shade was always available for baby & dog).perfect for the 3yr old to play in & adults too We spent most are day in the water. Rented a pontoon.the new dock is very nice. Huge deck only wish it had a rooftop for some shade..the deck gets very hot on barefeet. We All had a great time..we cant wait to come back.. My only complaint would be. A bigger table inside to all eat together..it was too hot to eat dinner outside on deck table.. Thank you for opening up your home.. we Loved it..We had a Great time. The house was in great shape and perfect for our family of 5. We had a boat delivered to our dock and spent as much time outside as possible. We even had family pictures taken on the beach. It was a perfect display of Lake Norman.

Really nice property, exactly as advertised. Ali was a great host, she was very attentive to any questions we had and proactive so we didn't have many! The kids enjoyed kayaking and the dock and my wife enjoyed the beach area and s'mores by the fireplace!

Fishing trip with friends couldn’t have gone better, perfect set up for a fun weekend with amazing views. Owner was so helpful on local places to try and responsive. Will be back

Super cute cottage with great views! We loved the location as we were exploring neighborhoods around the lake for our retirement. It was a short drive to excellent food and shopping; we enjoyed our stay immensely.

It was a working vacation for us and the spot was ideal. Beautiful views and the internet works great! Huge bonus for us, we were able to bring our dog. We spent some time walking around the Davidson College campus (lovely!) and had a fun dinner at Havana 33 our last night there.

We were a family of 5 and really enjoyed our stay. Ali was very responsive to any needs we had and the check-in/out process was easy. Having dock access and the property’s location was a big reason we chose to stay here.

I have stayed at this property several times (family in Mooresville). House is conveniently located and has everything a lake house should have. Sandy beach, firepit and hot tub. Its located in a quiet neighborhood with mostly year around residents. The property manager was available for any questions or concerns. My favorite of all the properties I have rented previously.

We enjoyed our quick getaway so much in this beach cottage. You will not be disappointed if you stay here! Beach alone is beautiful and super convenient just steps out the back door.

We had a great time during our stay on the lake. The house was very clean and we had fantastic views of the lake! The bed was super comfortable and loved that the house was decorated for Christmas!

The excellent weather made the stay at the bungalow better. We might have felt a bit squished if we didn't have the deck & beach to enjoy & the opportunity to eat outside.

Lake Norman is a beautiful area! The house was super nice and clean, beach and lake were beautiful, hot tub was an added bonus, Webber grill was awesome for burgers, stay exceeded our expectations. Ali was a super nice host and communication was great with her. Lots of stuff to do near by, our new favorite area.
