The home itself was fine. We had no hot water for the majority of our stay and could get no one to fix it. We had to fix it our selves and the property manager would not reimburse us.

as prior reviews stated the beds very comfortable,cabin well appointed lots of towels and accessories ....only a mild suggestion all the bathroom sinks drained very slowly...had to wait forever to drain so I could shave....maybe that was the issue. Saw a total of 11 bears that were there to greet us and to say bye.The road getting there was an adventure in itself.

This cabin displays evidence it a continuous rental, no up keep. Cabinet doors are broken, broken chairs on both decks, mildew on the shower curtains. Thick cobwebs over all the outside lights. Half the lights did not work or are missing bulbs.

The door off the double bedroom downstairs would not open the knob is about to fall off. The cob webs need to be swept away before we got there. The patio door by the game room would not lock. Beds were comfortable. Not enough trash space in the outdoor trash. Knives need to be sharpen. No broom I bought one. The corner cabinet would not shut without hitting it hard. The stairs were to loud. Love the view. The kitchen chairs are falling apart, one couldn’t even be used.

Is good location. Little hard to drive there. Has all kitchen utensils. Cons: towels not good and had clogged vanity sink.

Being a regular at cabins, this property is the most disappointing while being the most expensive. The were no condiments, down to the absolute basics (salt, pepper, sugar, oil etc). While this is not a required amenity, this is the first cabin where this simple courtesy was lacking. There was a single roll of paper towel for a two-day-stay for 15 guests. There was no utility closet. With four families with children, we didn’t have a broom to sweep the floor for basic cleaning. There was one vacuum cleaner in a closet, which was broken an unusable. The silverware was also inadequate. The management didn’t take into consideration the headcount. We had to handwash for every meal DURING the meal to cater to all of us. The kitchen sink, a bathroom sink, and a tub were clogged. We had to wait for them to drain after every use. The trash was not taken from the previous guest’s stay. It was full, and we had to jam ours in because it’s a bear country and we couldn’t leave it outside. And the biggest disappointment was the beds. At $446/night, we had to sleep in cheap motel quality spring mattresses. Every single bed was squeaky and wobbly, and the pillows were inadequate and flat. After the first night, we all woke up with sores and aches, and dreaded to sleep the next night. Highly disappointing, uncomfortable, and unsatisfactory stay. Would not recommend to anybody who is looking for a comfortable stay. I strongly suggest the management pay attention to the upkeep of the place, especially when you are charged high dollars per-night and even higher for fees and cleaning.

Decor, location, spacious, perfect layout

We loved the cabin and our time there. We saw a bear family on several occasions, which made our trip. The cabin was in a great location, close to everything. The beds were very comfortable. The hot tub was great! I wish they had a fire pit though. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely come back.

Beautiful home and very relaxing.

Very comfortable home only minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed playing pool in the game room and soaking in the hot tub after a day of hiking. Beds were comfortable and great amenities provided. Would definitely book again.

The address to the house needs to be corrected on google maps. the house was good from the inside, but both balconies were not cleaned. both sofa/beds were bad, one bed in one of the rooms downstairs also had spring problems on the mattress, and could not sleep on them. other than that it was awesome. we had to adjust and had a great time, we all saw three Black Bears. that was awesome. road to the house is a little steep. it was close to downtown. overall yes I would recommend anyone to rent this place. I would rent myself again too and most likely I will next year. communication was above and beyond.

We were renting this cabin to celebrate my husbands 70th birthday with whole family . He collapsed 2 weeks before we were to go and had to have open heart surgery getting 5 bypasses . Vacasa would not change our dates even though no one had rented the place at all in October . Vacasa fees are higher than anyones on VRBO . You are lots better off renting from an individual. Only one daughter and her family got to go . I wouldn’t rent anything associated with VACASA

Cabin was very clean and beautiful. Had a problem with the hot water heater, but they fixed it quickly and even on a weekend. I will definitely stay again.

Parts of the cabin did not get cleaned. Dirty towels were left hanging in one of the bathrooms and it was hair on the sink and toilet. That made us wonder if the entire cabin had been cleaned or not.

I brought my family and friends out to the smokies for birthday! It was the best experience I’ve had down there yet great view great cabin everything was amazing!

We love the floor plan of this cabin. Lots of privacy for several families. The hot tub was awesome and we also like that we can walk into town. It is a bit of a rigorous walk but worth not worrying about parking.

The cabin was very nice. It needs new mattresses and new towels and rags but other than that I was very pleased with our stay.
