The house was perfect for our family. Perfect yard for the grandkids to play and the access to the pool was so nice. We have been vacationing in Truckee for years and will for sure come back to stay at this house.

This was a great house for our large group of 8 adults and 5 children. All 5 bedrooms were upstairs. There was a large common area looking out to the woods. The shared amenities (pool, beach, tennis) were a 5-15 minute drive from the house. We had an issue with the TV and Tahoe Gateways was very responsive in resolving the problem.

Our family of 10 had a wonderful time at this beautiful well cared for and well maintained cabin. It accommodated all of us comfortably. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. There were plenty of towels and bedding.. I can't think of anything it was lacking except maybe a few extra blankets but I brought some so it was no big deal. We pretty much got snowed in but there were shovels and sleds in the garage for us to use. We had a great time and I would definitely choose this place to return to.

Beautiful home with all needed accommodations. Lots of individual spaces for our group to spread out and relax.

We brought our young grandchildren to experience some snow play. The house was very accommodating and we just walked out back to make a snow run for them to sled on…no car travel!

No Firewood Power Outage - 8 hours, no heat, no hot water, no way to cook food Trash Cans Full - had to take garbage home with us due to property managers statement of charge for leaving trash behind Something is living in the attic / space between the roof and ceiling above the master bedroom, scratching and clawing starting as early as 5:00am every morning

We spent a long weekend with our daughters and their families in Bearfoot Lodge. It is definitely the best house in Tahoe that we have rented. The layout was perfect for the variety of ages we had. Everyone was able to find a spot to relax or play games and not feel like we were on top of each other. The kitchen is exceptionally well stocked and roomy enough for several people to be cooking at once. We will definitely return to this home.

Two families from our extended family shared this house and there was plenty of space. The layout of the bedrooms is a little funky but we made it work. The downstairs living space is really nice for a large group to hang out together. The kitchen is well stocked. We cooked Thanksgiving dinner there. The double ovens are a nice touch. There’s plenty of seating for a large amount of people. The backyard was covered in snow when we were there and it was so fun! The yard is flat and then has a small hill down to a meadow so the kids built a sled run off the back of the property and the smaller kids built a snowman. The dogs ran in the snow. There aren’t any other houses behind the property so it makes for a private feel. The only suggestion is more blankets and pillows!! It might not matter as much during the summer but in the winter this is a must!
